Products are fine once you get them. Service is extremely slow. Make multiple trips for one thing and never ready over a 2 month period.

Great attention to detail when provided a large sticker and was able to design a small embrpidered patch for my baby blanket gifts. And very pleased with the engraving of our water bottles so less likely my kids will lose them.

I brought in my own design to have it be made on wood. One: I didnt get it how I explained I wanted it. Two: the name on the plaque was miss spelled ( even though I wrote what I wanted twice on two separate pieces of paper). Three: I was told to return on the following day to pick it back up (fixed) and so I did but the person who handled the engraving machine didnt show till an hour after the store opened. overall it was a fast service (7 days), maybe they were having a bad day.

I have never been to a place where the customer service was as great as this place! Seasha, the business owner, personally assisted me with all of my needs, and her turn around period is way better than ordering from Things Remembered. I highly recommend this engraving shop!

Had a piece of wood that needed engraving, two weeks after dropping it off nothing. Stopped by to ask and they said they emailed me but i did not receive an email (checked spam, trash and inbox), two weeks later same thing, a week later same so 5 weeks passed and once again they wanted me to write down my email. I took back my piece and by that time it had already warped and now i need to remake the piece. Ohh and the day that i picked it up i contacted another local engraver thay had it done in under 3 hours.

Ordered a custom brass plate from another state. Custom shape,size, and design. Received it on time with perfect quality. Could not even get it made locally in Medford Oregon.

I ordered one hat with 4 letters. It has been three week with multiple missed dates. Never call back! Still dont have it. If you want it this year, go somewhere else!!

I wish i could give this place a negative star, it took them 6 months to fix a mistake that they made on one of my paddles. They lied to me for 6 months that they will fix it. I had to mail the paddle to the person that the paddle was being made for.
