This store finally got their repro working well, and making prints for occasional needs for my business. When I picked up my prints today I noticed when I left that they are closing this location!!!??? But there is nothing about this on the website, or information about if they are just changing store location and staying in Oak Harbor. Does anyone know?

I had a time sensitive print job to do. I was having issues with the online order system. The clerk helping me was stumped. Ian the store manager was called in .He dealt with the online customer service got the job printed and delivered in time!!Greatly appreciated the creative extra efforts to make it happen .

OfficeMax merged with Office Depot several years ago, but some stores still have the old logo. The interior definitely mirrors Office Depot. This location. Had great customer service. I was greeted upon entering the store, and was asked if they could help me find what I was looking for. I got what i needed quickly, and was on my way. Special shout out to Micah for his great customer service.

They did an awesome job of fixing the iPad my kids cracked the screen on and managed to bend the corners of. Made it look brand new again and the customer service Ive experienced from everyone Ive interacted with has also been great

Office Max has everything an office (home or small business) needs, right down to coffee machines and water coolers. These folks are the unsung heroes of retail, helping businesses be successful while allowing them to manage their office supplies intelligently. Good people.

Great products, good prices. Amazing staff, very helpful! I also appreciate the rewards program. They always had everything I was searching for. This is the place I will use for office supplies and service.

These guys are always friendly, willing to help, and is the only office supply from my knowledge here. The copy and print people are very nice and give good quality. But usually you will see one person there taking quite a few people in line so the service can be a little slow even if you email them ahead of time your orders. Perhaps some cross training from other departments so that they can help if they are not busy at the time?

This is a generic Office Max location. The staff are more friendly than your typical box store, but it is still a box store. I can beat their prices, delivered with Amazon. If it wasnt a big box I would shop here more to support a local business.In sum - a little pricey, a generic box, but helpful staff.

Find some of the best deals on planet Earth in electronics at the store their clearance sections at the right time you can find the most ridiculous deals. I actually got an HP 15 in laptop i7 processor 7th gen 400 bucks youre not going to find that anywhere on planet earth trust me Ive looked but somehow they consistently are putting out quality laptops full terabyte drives 8 gigs of RAM and i7 processors for $450+tax. Staff is pretty knowledgeable and polite definitely recommend swinging by if you got a couple bucks to spend.

Never have anything in stock, always told I need to order it on-line. Why have a store front if you arent actually going to stock it?

Had to run in to buy ink to print out an assignment t for a Class, It 5:30 pm, meaning dark in Oak Harbor. I walked in the went to the ink isle. Was having problems find the right cartages, than I heard the guy. at the register yell I am watching th ink isle After reading a number of boxes I finally found my cartridges display turn to go to the counter the finally was coming over but he never ask if he could help me. I asked him do you have these he said yea stand by the register I will get them . I Black he is white and acting wired, do I have say anything else.

Store is clean. Copy center is very helpful. Good selection. There is one staff member that ruins the experience every time. Not only does he give incorrect info but has wasted my time 3 days in a row while attempting to resolve an issue. Yesterday he foolishly chased down a customer, today he was center stage rambeling on and on as I returned the wrong item he sold me... Never again. Ill order from Amazon to avoid the theatrics.

I have had terrible experiences almost every time I go to this store. It took me 18 min today to drop off a thumb drive for printing. The previous time, I was there an hour. I only needed to mail something FedEX. Constantly under-staffed, You can never find someone to help. There is always one person at the register, or you have to check out in the printing center. The printing center is understaffed. The older lady I have dealt with on two occasions was very rude and jumped from person to person. She actually held her finger up and told me to hold on in the middle of helping me and told me I need to see what these other people need. The other customers actually commented on how rude she was to me, and they themselves would complain. I was not able to do so, because the manager FINALLY decided to jump in and help with the long line. VERY DISAPPOINTED EVERY VISIT I HAVE TO TAKE. The store is always filthy.

A very clean, well organized and stocked store. Had exactly what I needed.

Good selection of products, but the staff/customer service is terrible. We waited in line to checkout for around 20 minutes while 3 employees stood around chatting... one of them directing us to wait in line at the print center to make our decent sized purchase of a home printer. If they weren’t the only office supply store in Oak Harbor, I would never shop here again.No one approached us while we were looking at printers to purchase (approx 15 minutes of reading about each printer and looking up amazon reviews to actually figure out what would work for us.) Next time, we will shop directly from Amazon.We shopped between on December 16 between 5 and 6pm.

Advertises a lot but cant deliver kind of a useless store but the only one on the island so unfortunate for the island people

Terrible terrible customer service, I’m surprised this place is still open. Every time I go it is empty of customers and full of associates pretending to be working.

Has everything I expect when I go in and I cant recall ever finding missing details like prices or any pressure from its associates. To this date the store always seems to have been well run and the employees well chosen.

Always enjoy going to Office Max the employees are always very helpful in what ever I need.

There is something wrong with my controller to my hard drive they sold me a faulty computer im telling you nothing is better or even comes close to my hp dv7 pavillion with the 17 inch screen i wish so bad i had waited now that they came out withthe the new model. this Toshiba is way over priced and the support sucks bad.UPDATE! - Well i used the new 900. Toshiba for 2 months and had OM remote techs check it out three times all three times they informed me it has a bad hard drive. Toshiba informed me that they would not fix it until it did not work at all if it happened with in the warranty time. So im taking this to tge level of OM corporate. Im pissed i feel robbed and taken advantage of. Basically the guy the other day said i hadnt purchased the extended warrant so too bad for me, that was it. over well im not done im gonna wear this one out for sure..actually the store ended up doing me right but i had to go through corporate to get that to happen so u figure ur own stars.

We were the only ones in the store, the prices seemed a bit high for the planner that my wife was there to purchase. Customer service was lacking, two employees came over not to ask if we were finding everything ok but to ask if the children were ours. Like I said we were the only ones there. They didnt want my children near the furniture that was there for them to look at and sit on...
