I had an eye emergency, they got me in the same day and were outstanding. The administration team rocked, my optometrist was very professional and amazing. That was my second visit. My previous visit was ab a year ago for a regular checkup and new Rx. It was also a five star visit.

Not happy. I call this office the “Land of NO”. Very rigid and inflexible front office staff. My particular optometrist gave misleading personal options they differed from the lens manufacturer and a diagnosis that differed from the last optometrist at the same office. Looking for another provider.

No lines to enter, waited short time in lobby. Escorted by friendly staff, all in all a enjoyable experience.

Super nice staff! Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication on what I needed, so now I have a over priced $385 pair of reading glasses. Going elsewhere..

Everyone here in the office is absolutely amazing. I am very pleased with the care I was given. The staff is friendly and helpful. The eye doctor is fantastic. I will be going here from now on.

Their doctors and staff were all amazing, helpful and knowledgeable. I even had a billing issue and they completely wrote it off without any type of argument! What!? Thats unheard of.

I have used this eye doctor in the past and have always left with a mediocre feeling about them. This most previous time I stepped on my glasses completely busting off both arms and bending the frame. I called and explained my situation, the clarity of my sight was affected by the state of my glasses. They gave me an appointment 3.5 months out and when I stopped and said whoa, hold on you dont have emergency appointments available for situations like this? The receptionist told me an emergency is a scratched eye, or an infection..... Then she told me that I can bring my glasses in and get them fixed to the best of their ability so that my glasses are wearable for the next 3.5 months..... she walked out with darn near an inch thick worth of packing tape on each side. The duct tape I used to drive there was less obvious than that. The right arm of my glasses didnt even make it to the highway 20 stop light before falling down between my seats.... Needless to say I made an appointment with Harborview Vision on Whidbey Avenue, got an appointment 3 days later, and have received my wonderful new glasses already and the prescription is wonderful and my glasses are no longer broke. I will never return to Whidbey Vision.

The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, they really make you feel comfortable. Everything from the appointment scheduling to the actual appointment was seamless. Great experience overall😊

The staff is excellent kind and caring. They went above and beyond to ensure my eye exam and contact fitting was a success. Hats off to the good folks that work there

Its good but they have a 10 minute thing they will allow. Bit if your one minute late then your out of luck. It sucks because they will offer to fix a broken glasses but they wont give a new perscription 😤😤😤

This is where I go for eye Care. I have nothing bad to say. Well satisfied with this place.

They quoted me a price and when I got bill it was doubled

Eye doctor is awesome. Was told it would be a few days for my trial lenses because they didnt have my prescription. Its been three weeks and no call.I have called for information regarding my trials, will not tell me anything only that they will call me back. No call back. Unable to see with previous lense and will not givr me a new lense prescription until I get my trials. Really frustrated with customer care.

Popped my lenses in for free, when I was worried about breaking them trying it myself! Awesome ladies!
