Literally the friendliest Starbucks weve ever visited! So friendly!! Would recommend to experience real customer service!

This Starbucks is not a vacant field as the only picture on Google Maps currently shows. Starbucks should get on here and post some representative pictures. It is an open store site with as of 5 October 2020 sit down service. I have one very major complaint and that is the placement and size of the menu text - it is too small to read. This is not unknown to the management for when I mentioned this to a worker there was a common acknowledgment. In counter with the previous review I found no deficiencies with mask wearing.

Have ordered a pistachio latte at 6 different locations. This one was the only bad one. Burnt coffee and poorly mixed. Not sure how you mess up coffee so badly. Ended up trashing it after a few sips and going to another starbucks

I’m a regular customer who goes almost everyday and lately I’ve been very disappointed. The barista did not make our drinks good and it had no flavor. I asked her if she can put a little more flavor and she gave me an attitude and rolled her eyes at me. She did not apologize for anything. I am very unsatisfied with her unprofessional customer service.

Loved all the girls at the old Starbucks next to safeway. Love the convenience of the new drive through. I am a regular customer and purchase at least 4 times a week 2 or more drinks at a time. I have had several disappointments since the new store opened. Drive through has messed up my drinks several times forgetting to put my flavor in my drink to not getting it all together. I have done mobile and get to the store and still wait 5 plus minutes to get it. Today was the topper. Order mine and my sisters drink today THE SAME EXACT drink i get daily. i get to the window and she had made my drink a hot and not a iced as i ordered. Then remade it again and it was a Tall not a Venti that i ordered and paid for. When she tried handing it to me i was very polite and said it was a Venti not a tall. She gave me a eye roll and turned around no apology nothing. Drink finally was made correctly after a good 5 minute. When handed to me she said NOTHING to me. Was very disappointing!!!

We ordered 5 things here and the only thing they didnt mess up was the cake pop. Basically spent $20 on a mystery order.

Not too much to say regarding this specific Starbucks location in Oak Harbor. They are generally all the same no matter what store you go to. However, since this location is almost in the heart of Oak Harbor, I would expect a larger indoor seating area and outdoor area. All the seats are full for most of the business day.I dont mind too much since it is a quick walk from my office and I usually head back to work anyway.

Consistently the slowest coffee service I have ever experienced. If you have the time, I suggest the other location in town or a local coffee vendor.

Place is dirty, even when the particular counter area is unused at this time. The sidewalk in front of store has a lot of trash. Staff is slow to respond. Even mobile orders take a long time.

Very nice employees, however customer names are not used, people grab each other drinks due to confusion. Staff is becoming slow when overwhelmed and on average 10-20 min wait. Ive been here four times, hoping things will change.

Love the place. The internet is fast, staff is friendly, and they make my tea just right. Plus it always smells great.

Did a pick up order for two cups. One was a tall cup of coffee. When I got there the order was not done. After waiting for five minutes without being acknowledged I asked about the order. Was told it was being worked on. After a few more minutes the barista put a drink on the counter. She did not call out a name so I went and looked for a name and it was one of my drinks. I asked about the other one which was just a regular coffee and was told it was still brewing. Finally got the coffee and left. So As we were driving My husband took a drink of the coffee and it was cold. Not warm but cold.Not going here again. Horrible customer service and cold coffee aren’t worth it.

I have been going to this Starbucks for 8 or 9 years now and have always been treated very well. One thing I HATE👿 is paying $5.00 for coffee and having some kid (yes Im OLD) act like its my duty to throw money at them. I enjoy walking into this store and receiving a big welcoming smile and being asked how everything is going, I know its their job but they do it well. If a mistake is made (a couple of times, my fault) they promptly ask how to correct it and dont make me feel like an idiot such as when I mobile order to the store at the other end of town (another great place) and just fix me my drink the way I want. Not as many soft comfy chairs as I would like but limited space so forgivable.

So I came into a Starbucks today and I will say that they were very pleasant thats the only reason that they get to Stars other than that for the hundredth time ever going to this place they have gotten my order wrong literally like every single time I asked six times specifically and they got my order wrong and then they expected me to let them remake it while theres a giant line of people in there my advice is go across the street to Whidbey coffee they are much better service much better with getting your order right oh and they got my girlfriends order wrong as well and that was a basic order my advice is to not shop at this Starbucks they will continually get your order wrong and then expect you to just be okay with it

Starbucks was cool I had a hot matcha never had that before it was pretty disgusting but I was on a date and my date just made the the sitting there at Starbucks very nice had a good time

The manager, Erin, and her cadre of employees always make sure that the visit is interesting and enjoyable. Always a have a wait of at 5 people, but everyone is friendly and social so time flies by. The place is well kept, shelves stocked, and if you cant find something an employees is always ready to help.

The coffee is consistent, the employees are friendly, and service is usually pretty quick. Deducting 1 star bc the prices are quite steep compared to most local retailers.

This is a fairly small Starbucks with a short bar and stool facing the front window on the left side, as you enter, and three or four very small tables on the right side. While the parking lot has disabled parking spaces, I wouldnt necessarily recommend taking a wheelchair inside.The staff is always friendly and efficient. Ive had one bad coffee there, but they replaced my coffee immediately.

Coffee is good. Issue with employees lack of work when I visited today. They seemed very talkative to other costumers and got distracted enough they wouldnt work on orders

Every time I come here, no matter how nice the staff are, my order is wrong. Ive even sent a Mobile order and it was wrong. I dont understand how even a simple white chocolate mocha order can be so messed up. I guess when I have to be up before 630, when the one in Haggens is open, I just have to go to Whidbey Coffee. They arent the best either but, much better than this. Im so frustrated with this store.

I love this location and the staff! My husband and I go here frequently (a few times a week) and have never had an issue. Everyone is very kind and respectful. Our fave Starbucks for sure

Twas good. It didnth taketh to long retreave beverage. Nor did the time exceed my expectations, it was pleasantly priced and the flavor met all of my expectations as well. I was pleasantly surprised and surely will be returning with utmost haste upon my next nearest adventure. Treat they self.

First and last time here. Waited much too long and received the wrong order (correct name but wrong product)...I was driving when I saw and had to return to get my right order.

Despite a friendly demeanor of the staff, this location exhibited extremely poor deployment. Only one barista behind the bar, working hard to catch up on all the drinks, while other co-workers were standing around or counting sandwiches. I actually walked out after waiting for close to 15 minutes, leaving the ordered drinks behind. Very unfortunate.
