Great local coffee shop!! You get that cozy “ma and pop” coffee shop vibe, while still having that freshness of a third wave coffee shop who roasts their own beans. Yummy coffee. The barista Jadie was soooooooo nice. I showed up way early and asked for a pour over and she was so nice and cheerful. Excellent coffee shop and service.

SO GOOD. Their iced lavender oat milk latte was bomb! We went 5 days in a row during our stay in Oak Harbor 🤪 !What made it even better was that their ice cubes were coffee cubes, so while the drink was melting it wasnt getting less coffee-y. Genius ✨!!!

Wow exceptional coffee. I was having a terrible day so I decided to walk in and get a coffee. Malia, the woman who made my coffee, greeted me in with a welcoming smile so big I could even see it from under her mask. She was very sweet and made my coffee exceptional. I am now a regular and keep my eye out for her car when I drive by.

Nice staff here but slightly disappoint on how served my bagel. For the price $2.75 be nice if bagel was already butter and not on a paper plate. Bagel are best buttered right after toasted. The bagel other wise was great. Place has no room for dish washer so thats why the paper plate.

Coffee was fairly good. Gave us the energy for the 90 minute drive home. If you need coffee and are nearby, stop and get some.

Love the smell of roasted coffee beans when you walk in! It has such a pleasant environment, and the sweetest people working. They also serve Whidbey Bagels (YUM) and have great quality coffee. One of the best places to get a white mocha, and all of their other drinks are so good too. They never disappoint! Plus I love the bags of their roasted beans.

Coffee beans are 5 stars (love having a local roasters), but drinks not so amazing (today anyway). Ordered a breve and the milk was heated too high (burnt taste), also lots of bubbles and not silky smooth the way it should be. Maybe other baristas there are better, so worth trying to support local.

Major issues with service, clearly poorly managed. 3 visits in a row with major issues. Talked to the manager/owner after 2nd visit, tried again a month later, encountered same employee, same customer service issues, and 2 cappuccinos that ended up in the trash because the milk was burnt. I was using a gift card I received when I moved here, I wont bother redeeming the rest.

Casual little spot. It’s is NOT specialty coffee so do not go here expecting that. My coffee soul was dying on the inside a little but I just got a sugary mocha and called it a day to get my caffeine fix. Nice people working and a small town charm to it.

Good coffee but very little seating. Its a roaster that also has 5 seats if you want to drink your coffee there. The barista who served me did not ask me what I would like, and barely said a word. She seemed bothered that we came in so close to closing (30 min)The actual roasting equipment is cool and takes up most of the space which is why they only have a few seats. Fine to grab a cup and go, but not a place to unwind

I got a mocha with an extra shot of espresso and boy did it wake me up! The coffee is very good. An interesting thing was that the coffee was somehow the perfect drinking temperature straight away. I know thats a weird thing to mention, but this is my review, and you already read it. So there!

We agree that the coffee is very smooth, with no acidic flavor.Richard talks with the roaster who explains why it is smooth, slow roasting.

Excellent peach smoothie, good fraps, lots of cozy places to sit, a huge antique looking coffee roaster machine, delicious scones, could use more choices of food though as the only choices were scones, a cinnamon twists and bagels. Definitely do recommend though

Coffee is okay. Its not the strongest coffee, but a lot better than Would-Be Coffee (Whidbey Coffee). It is a neat atmosphere, with a coffee roaster in the shop (if youre lucky enough to see it run, youll enjoy the smell). Prices arent bad. Its not the best location, so its easy to miss if you are just driving around looking for a coffee shop.

Weve been coming here since we they opened. Its our favorite coffee house by far. Atmosphere, coffee, staff are all great. Have had their specialty coffees to their drip coffees and have enjoyed them all.

EDIT: the last two times Ive been, its not been the same. The staff arent as polite, the latte with coconut milk was terrible, and they dont offer organic milk. Their coffee beans are still just as good.FIRST REVIEW: Great coffee roast, not burnt, excellent flavour. Friendly staff. Nice place.

H-Moon Bay is the only thing I miss about living in Oak Harbor, and I make a point to stop by every time Im in town. They serve some of the best coffee Ive ever tasted (Ethiopian blend is my preferred variety), and every friend whom Ive taken there agrees. What really sets them apart are the coffee ice cubes, which dont dilute your cold beverage. Absolutely genius. The baristas are friendly, competent, and consistent. The only drawback for me is a lack of food options (I like to hang out and eat wherever I go), but I understand that they want to focus on coffee. Worth it.

The coffee was extremely fresh and delicious, but unfortunately the customer service was lacking. I felt like I was treated like a Ghost. Although I was the only customer in the shop, the barista was more concerned with cleaning her spoons than tending bar. I was forced to ask HER if she was interested in taking my order instead of the other way around. Her excuse was, that I was sitting by the counter, not standing by the counter. What difference does that make?I worked as a barista for 2 years, and any time a customer came into my store, I greeted them and made them feel like a guest, NOT a ghost. I did like that Tuesdays offers a $2 discount on 1lb of coffee beans. I may return next week, depending if the coffees flavor leaves a better taste in my mouth than the bitter cold one I experienced today.

My favorite coffee shop on Whitney Island! The owner roasts the beans with a vintage cast iron roaster right in the store. The iced drinks are beyond incredible and youll know why as soon as you order one. Dont miss their daily deals, and pick up a pound of Moonstruck or Reveille, Reveille - theyll grind it for you for free.

Best coffee on Whidbey Island. No doubts coming from a coffee connoisseur. Highly recommend if you drink coffee straight black. Oh, and they have organic roasts!
