Our new quartz kitchen countertops are beautiful. The demolition and installation crews were very professional. Sarah in the office was pleasant to work with and did a stellar job coordinating and helping us work through concerns to ensure that we were happy with the ultimate outcome--which we are :-).

Jeremey, Suzette and Sarah walked us through a new granite countertop process. They didn’t bat an eye when we wanted something DRAMATIC like blue granite. The project turned out better than we could have hoped and they even made suggestions to help utilize all the material, incorporating a bath vanity, a window sill and topping a pony wall with the same material. We love the result!

You wouldnt believe me if I told you NW Granite & Flooring is at the epicenter of Marble, Granite, and Floor material selection and Customer Service but it is.Moving from the Big City to the Island we never expected exemplary service when searching the Island for Countertops for our recently updated 1960s Beach House. We were initially introduced to a jovial character by the name of Jeremy. He was thoroughly interested in our project and looked at our plans and made a cost calculation. This calculation was in line with the others we received but there was something about Jeremy and NW Granite & Flooring that we noticed. Jeremy turned us over to Sarah who he said was his right hand person. It turns out Jeremy was the owner! Who knew He was so humble and polite while at the same time demonstrating his in depth knowledge of his products. Although Sarah didnt own the place, she was every bit as sharp in knowing her products, what worked, what didnt but most importantly listened to my wifes requirements and addressed each and every one. Our bottom line is; the team at NW Granite went up above and beyond to satisfy us and over delivered. To under promise and over deliver is rare today. Tony installed our kitchen back splash and did an amazing job! He was extremely organized and made it a point to give us the options available for spacing of the grout, the different edge pieces, and the caulking options. We were very impressed with his work and he was always on time and very polite. The work was completed in the time allotted, and we are very pleased with the outcome. Based on our experience, we think that Northwest Granite and Flooring is the very best place to buy countertops and flooring on or off Whidbey Island! After receiving dismal treatment by the owner of another countertop company on the island, our realtor suggested NW Granite and Flooring. We called and visited their showroom and were treated like VIPs from our very first contact. Sarah is very knowledgeable and followed up regularly to update us. We even got our countertops installed early!Unfortunately, after installation, there was a problem with the material, causing the seam to rise. I enjoyed working with NorthWest Granite -- They were very attentive and worked hard to find me a flooring that I love. Then, after receiving it, they installed it perfectly even though it required removing the old flooring. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

When we decided to move to Oak Harbor, we determined to buy locally. We received several recommendations for Northwest Granite and Flooring. We worked with Suzette, one of the owners, and she helped us choose a flooring that is absolutel perfect for our home. The quote was well within our budget. We replaced flooring in all but two bathrooms and the laundry room. The quality of work by Brad the installer is first rate. We are planning to replace our kitchen counters with stone and Northwest Granite and Flooring will be our only choice. It is very satisfying to know that the referrals were accurate.

The brick tile I ordered for my hearth pad was very high quality, reasonably priced, and delivered on time.The staff was very professional and helpful.I ordered a custom shower and counter tops for my kitchen/bathrooms.Update: The shower is now complete and looks great. There was delay due to an injury but they have now finished. There was a cracked tile and they came right back and fixed it. Countertops are going in next week!Update: counter tops are now in and look beautiful! Would use this company again!
