Top shelf workers. That Michael is such a doll

We had John of Island H20 install our whole house water filtration system 5 years ago when we were on a shared well and he was very attentive over the first couple years to making certain that our water system was working properly. However, last year, he helped us convert our system over when we drilled our new well. Since that time, our water has been horrible. We called in January for service and he did not show up to help us until April. FOUR MONTHS LATER! At that point, he added extra costly items to help our water deal with the iron bacteria. The water got even worse. Then he sold us a new media that would help us with the iron problem. He said the media would last up to 12 years. It lasted a year before he had to replace it (at the cost of $700+). He then decided he needed to move the order of filtration systems in our well house. The water is the worst it has ever been and we cannot get John to respond to any of our issues. We have thrown good money after bad with this company and they have basically told us that our water is the worst and they cant help us. We are now looking at having to spend thousands more to replace the entire system in order to find a company that will actually service and guarantee what they sell.

Water everywhere from a purge button leaking on my old Water Softener overnight in my garage. I like to use local companies in the Oak Harbor Area whenever I can so I called Island H20 Systems formally Culligan Water) I spoke with Jennifer on the phone, she was very helpful. I was concerned that I might have to wait another day but Jeff called me back, came over soon after and in a short time all was fixed!Great Service, Fair Prices, Id highly recommend them!

Jeff replaced our pump, cleaned all the sediment out of our well, installed new sanitary cap, installed new reverse osmosis, new water tank, water softener and other filters for our home. Prompt and great customer service!

Repaired my well - replaced drop pipe with hole in it and installed new pump. Great work and great people to work with.
