Needed a custom dish garden. They assisted with plant selection and had ready for pickup on the same day. All were pleasant and helpful.

We are a florist in Phoenix, Arizona. One of our customers had a death in the family and he requested flowers be sent to Oak Harbor, WA. I choose the Greenhouse Florist & Nursery and I gave them a unique request. Its Christmas time, and everything is red and green, but Chris wanted pink and yellow carnations and daisies! Ordered Easter flowers for next day delivery. I left the design and flower choice up to the florist. I am so happy with what was delivered! Unique design, beautiful colors, fresh flowers and greenery, and the ducks were a wonderful surprise!

Well the store itself is great, it has a lot of unique plants including bonsai trees, the service was good no complaints the flowers i received as you can see are very nice. The problem and the reason i am giving this 3 stars is the price, for the 12 roses (no vase) i payed over $73 (not including tax)

Went out of their way to make sure I received my order of flowers even when the shop was closed. Couldn’t be any happier with the customer service as well as my roses! Wife loved them!!

The team absolutely knocked it out of the park! I live on the East Coast and ordered an arrangement to be delivered the next day. They were exceptionally kind over the phone and helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for within my budget, even going so far as to text me photos of some examples. Im a huge fan of the bonsai kits. Family business, fair prices, excellent service; you really cant go wrong with these people. Ill be calling again the next time I need flowers in Oak Harbor.

The worst florist I’ve ever dealt with. Delivered a bouquet that was basically picked from the road during spring just as flowers might be blooming. I will NEVER do business with them again. I picked them because they had the highest ratings and was severely disappointed,

I live in a different state and I was really happy with how the arrangement looked! I gave a budget and it was so big, beautiful, perfectly put together with all of the flowers I asked for and more than what I imagined. It made me so happy to see them!

I have only been taking care of plants for over a year now - didnt know how cool and enjoyable it is! This place is great - cool selection of different plants, trees, pots, air plants, they even have a really cool friendly dog that will walk with you outside while looking at the trees and other cool stuff!

They have a big dog in the back of their shop that stands on a pile of concrete cinder blocks. It snarls and barks at everyone who walks by. It could jump the fence, as the cinder blocks are higher than the fence. If you like having all your limbs in one piece, I would avoid this place.

They really went above and beyond for our family during a difficult time. Thank you for your kindness, truly.

A high quality nursery with good selection of plants, and best houseplants on the Island!

I bought several plants for my office and home a little over a year ago. Today, I took one of them in to be examined and see if it needs to be re-potted, and the owner happily provided information and knowledge on my plant, expecting nothing in return. She is extremely knowledgeable and kind towards someone like me who doesnt have a green thumb at all. This family-run business deserves your business, in my opinion!

Went to get a Rhododendron and they had one that should be an interesting color.

Outstanding! I made a last minute phone call at 0945, told them what I was looking for and had all the help over the phone. On top of that I needed it to be delivered before 11am. They were very helpful in choosing colors and flowers to arrange for my wife as well working with prices. I will always call here if I need anything in the future.

The staff was so very helpful and patient with me. I came in with my 3 young children, and a million questions. I would definitely recommend a visit! I couldnt be more satisfied with mine ♡♡♡

I called to ask about getting a custom Lei made, the lady I spoke to was going to do some research and call me back, she even took my cell phone number to call me there the next day in case she wasn’t able to find anything. After waiting patiently for 4 days, I went into the store to ask, not only were the two people I talked to unhelpful and rude, I ended up walking out of there. Sad because they lost a first time customer who not only just moved here permanently, but I’m re doing my whole yard......

Great service! I am deployed...I sent an email on a Saturday morning before they opened at 0900, and requested they deliver flowers by 1000. These guys made it happen and my wife loved the flowers! Thanks!

I ordered flowers for Mothers Day on the Friday before, but my Mom never received them. She lives less than a quarter mile away from this florist, but they couldnt manage to get them there. They couldnt even call her and let her know she had flowers she could come pick up. I am so disgusted with this company. They had no problem charging me for these flowers, or ripping me off. Dont waste your money on these theives.

The best florist Ive found on the island, they have gone out of the way to send flowers to my lady when I was out if state, sometimes with coffee as well! And the greenhouse section is slowly filling our flowerbeds at home.
