I had never been to this location when I went by to get some semi-permanent color. Tiara, the young woman working (I may have spelled her name wrong) was literally incredible. She helped every single person in that store and checked on me multiple times. She was kind and very knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted in order to help me get the best product. I will definitely be back in the future because of her!

The older black woman (manager?) was very rude and would not assist me. A younger woman did assist and when asking the manager (?) where I could find another product - all the woman could call out was …I dont know...).My daughter stopped going into Sallys due to this womans treatment towards her several months ago...

Came in looking for a foil to shave my head, they have a great selection of hair clippers and close shavers. Lady behind the counter was super nice, very helpful and sent me out the door with a smile on my face :) Highly recommend for your hair needs, even if youre a dude!

Why 5 stars? Her name is Ciera and she works the front counter. She is so knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and actually takes the time to make sure your purchases are exactly what youre looking for. Not only does she have 2-3 different options in mind for EVERY beauty product ive asked her about but she has helpful tips ABOUT those 2-3 different options, making purchasing the right thing SO easy. It’s sad I’m having to write this but I’m going to make this short and sweet my sister and I walked in at 7:50. We have been coming in the past two days and have had the best time with the workers and with each other as for my sister and I barely get to spend time together. We knew exactly what we wanted walked in the door, all we heard was “we close in five minutes.” We got no hello, how are you doing ? A “go to hell,nothinglLiving here on a small island it sucks that I will have to go off island because I won’t go back when that girl is working she was extremely rude and needs a sit down on how to talk to people. Sorry if I did not spell things correctly I am very frustrated. have a wonderful day to the rest of the staff.

I went in close to closing but Yuan was so polite and helpful. He was so relaxed and answered all of my questions. I loved him. Not just anyone would be so awesome that close to closing.

Staff is super friendly. Most of the time they have what Im looking for, only once did they not have it. Love that I can get Arctic Fox hair color from here instead of having to order it.

This is a fairly small Sallys with tight aisles, but there is disabled parking nearby out front. The staff is hit-or-miss; sometimes the employee is knowledgeable and helpful, and sometimes you get someone who cant figure out how to ring you up for your purchases.
