I wanted to design a couple of small banners for my Martial Arts School. I had similar banners in the past. They included Japanese Kanji (Same as Chinese Formal Writing.) It is usually a little difficult to work with someone looking over their shoulder. I experienced no difficulty at all with Dawn Humphrey. She knocked designs right out of her computer, made requested changes and gave me a variety of color combinations - same price. The price was good enough instead of two, I got four and Ill make them available to students for home. Also Dawn said if i need the design for uniform (gi) patches or embroidery the banner design can be sent from Humphreys directly to the embroiderer.

Jeff has done good work for our company in the past. However, Ive been trying to get him to do lettering for our new installation truck for nearly a year now. Ive contacted him at least 6 times. Hes promised a design and estimate several times without following up, or giving me the courtesy to let me know he cant (or doesnt want to) do the work. Poor business practice. Im disappointed, but will need to get this work done elsewhere.
