I have an older Mercedes that I take very good care of. I dont trust my car to just anyone. I needed a new windshield, and had heard this place was a good place to go. They were right. I came here because my rear view mirror fell off and took a small piece of the windshield with it. I didn’t want to replace the entire windshield so they instead glued it back on for me... and did it for FREE! I am so grateful to be able to see directly behind me again and I owe it all to them

Came in with a small crack in window asked to see if it could be filled. Owner says yeah no problem. Repair claims there is nothing he can do and wont. The crack was smaller then a quarter and hadnt landed yet. Window cracked across 3 days later. Only reason he wouldnt do it is claim I need a new window and rock chip repair doesnt pay enough. So go off island you have been warned.

I made an appointment a week out. When I showed up the correct parts were not ordered because they were trying to save money by using an after market part. Because their after market part did not fit they could not perform the service and when my schedule did not allow me to come back the next day (because I am moving and driving across the country) he started to yell at me. I went to anacortes to novus and they helped me the same day. I do not recommend using A+ glass repair.
