Stopped in to the location in Oak Creek WI and asked for Argon gas for Wine Making. I was immediately told that they do not have food grade. Prior to visiting, I researched the website to ensure that I could purchase the product I was searching for. On the website, you will find a link for food/beverage and the very first category is wine making. I was highly disappointed in my visit seeing that I was under the impression that I could buy Argon for wine making as the website communicates. I also received a recommendation to go to Matheson to purchase Argon from a fellow winemaker who has purchased Argon from this location before. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

I stopped in to buy some brazing rod. I wasnt sure what I needed but was hoping that they would be able to help me figure it out. Luckily a man named James was working behind the counter. He knew exactly what I needed despite my poor knowledge of the cheap Chinese material I was dealing with. He was without a doubt the best person I have delt with. My project turned out flawless. Great prices, and great employees! I wish every store I went to had a James!!!

These people are so unprofessional and rude. Chris that works there is very mouthy and argumentative. Take your business elsewhere. And very over priced.
