Great prices. Knowledgeable staff. Bought what I needed and had it loaded up, filled with gas in 15 minutes and out the door! Wonderful service.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately the item I was looking for was on back order. They explained the reason and suggested another supplier l could check with.
I recently purchased an Ariens mower from Esch. I had a very positive experience. They provided great customer service and were very pleasant and helpful. I had never used a zero-turn mower before and they reviewed the features with me until I felt comfortable. They had a very competitive price and yes I love the ZTR mower! Id return to them for my future power equipment needs and would strongly recommend them.
I like Esch always get my pro saws and most parts from them they are a local business and we always support the local shops. Thanks Esch !
I bought my first lawn mower here nearly twenty years ago, Ill be buying my next one here too.Solid service, honest salesmen. This is the kind of place that wants happy customers above everything.Large showroom that has consumer equipment and commercial equipment. Parts department is as well stocked and well staffed as the showroom.Highly recommended!
Great service!
Great selection of lawn equipment, repairs at a fair price with great results, and very friendly staff. I take all of my small engine equipment for my business to them for repairs and always leave as a satisfied customer. I would refer them to anyone.
The guy got an attitude with me and didnt give a simple warranty piece that was covered for 2 years. Our business does not have time for this. Every other dealer said they would take care of it.
Really great people who know their stuff. My grass is looking better than ever. Love my Electric Start Honda mower.
Great staff and selection of equipment. I purchased both a John Deere lawn tractor and Honda lawn mower. Staff was friendly and answered all my questions. Delivery was a great experience as well. I will definitely use Esch again for any of my service or equipment needs.
Good customer attentiveness. Prices competitive.
Esch is a great place to go for power equipment, just bought a new snow blower there.
Keep clear of this outfit. I had my John Deere in twice to fix a problem. The first time they fixed the problem it originally had, but when they brought it back and it miraculously, all of a sudden had a bad battery, another $35 over the initial repair cost. When it finally started, it ran so rough, they had to take it back and again, there was another problem that the tractor didnt have when it went into their shop originally. It was in their shop for over 2 weeks when I called to get an update and they said it would be done on Friday or Monday at the latest, I didnt hear from them on Monday so I called on Tuesday and they told me they got the wrong part and had to reorder one; they would call me when it was done. Another week goes by and I didnt hear from them; I called again. They said they got the part and it would be done the next day; still nothing.. called again, they said It would be done the next day. Finally got it back almost a month after it was sent in for the second time. Im not sure I believe in coincidence twice especially since I never had a problem with this tractor in the past and the problems were completely unrelated. I dont trust this place and I will not be going back to them.
Been going there for 20 years that tells you something always take care of me I own a tree Service I get all my stuff from there
The time frame they give you is terrible. I send my mower in 2 weeks ago to have the main drive belt replaced. I asked no questions on price and just wanted it fixed. I was told it would be a week and a half. OK.2 weeks later it is going to be another week.I just asked the service guy to give me an HONEST date it would be fixed.I know it is mid summer and they are probably busy but this is as well the time you have to keep customers happy. if there was another local John Deere dealer I would use them instead of Esch.
The service is hit or miss. The actual work they do is usually good quality, but the problem lies with the customer service given by the gentleman who is usually at the front desk and answering the phones. He can be patronizing at times and make you feel like an idiot. It is not a pleasant experience when he is in a mood
Good place to get your honda or John deer mower repaired or surviced
Very easy company to do business with. Quick service.
Rude and inconsiderate. Brought an enclosed trailer handle back to return a day after purchase. Something inside was splitting the tip of the key. Had key copies made before installing and split those along with the original so definitely not the key. First guy at the counter was rude then proceeded to get Kevin, who told me that these types of keys couldnt be copied. Kinda surprised a trailer supplier didnt have a clue about getting keys made for the trailer doors. This is not the first time Ive done it. Didnt seem to believe me that the keys were splitting even when I showed him. Never even offered to order another one even though I told him I would want one instead of the refund. He told the guy at the counter to give a refund and then just walked away like he had better stuff to do. Ive been in there multiple times for parts and service and that will be my last and I will never recommend to anyone. Go to Olsens in Muskego or Hanna in Oak Creek!
Id like to add to my previous post to say I would never go back to Esch. I had Esch change out the two belts on my Ariens snowblower last year and I had them change oil as long as they were working on it. I usually change my own oil and spark plug before winter. In November I did my usual maintenance on the snowblower and nearly broke off the oil pipe because Esch service guy, probably a teenager had over tightened oil end cap which screws into a pipe to engine. I have always used a pipe wrench to hold pipe while unscrewing end cap. Esch had end cap so tight I could not get it off. The entire pipe unscrewed even when pipe wrench was holding pipe, but chewed into pipe. I reluctantly took the entire pipe off engine and had to put oil pipe in a vice and then had to unscrew end cap with much force to get it loose and off. Again, its lucky oil pipe was not broken or crushed trying to get end cap off. I will never go back to Esch to buy equipment, supplies or service.
Ive appreciated the help of the staff in addressing questions and making repairs to my Stihl brush cutter and chainsaw.
I cant say enough good things about Esch. I called to get my John Deere in for service and they came next day. In under 5 days it was back. When I called to inquire about something I wanted done that I may or may not have mentioned, they picked it up same day free of charge and put acrush on it to get it back in a few hours. 100% polite and apologetic. Not sure if its new management but they treated me well.
GREAT PLACE TO GET MOWER REPAIRS, AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANKS.
Lets just say the local MENSA chapter is not getting any members from this place, not at the parts counter anyway.
Great guys, that are very knowledgeable.
Very large selection of equipment very nice layout and no pressure and very helpful.
If I could give Esch Power Equipment zero stars I would. In 2014, I had my Ariens snow blower picked up for a simple tune up. After snow blower was returned about a month later, it was coated with dust and I had cleaned it before it was picked up. Seems to me, the bill was about $100.00? I didnt notice until driver left, the snow blower auger hood was missing a screw-bolt and Esch picked unit up a 2nd time to replace missing screw and after three days unit was returned still coated with dust. I should have stayed away from Esch after that, but I bought the Ariens snow blower & my Honda lawn mower from them. I called Esch again September 28, 2017 for a tune up & check belts and replace if necessary. After one full month and not hearing a word I called for an update and spoke with parts man Phil, a very arrogant man. I asked him for a update and when I would get snow blower back & mentioned it was a month. Phil said he didnt know when I would get unit back. I have no patients for arrogant rude people and I said: Phil, let me talk with someone that knows when snow blower will be returned and he snapped NO ONE KNOWS. I said, what a way to run a business! He then said he would wheel snow blower to service. Later on he called & quoted me a $300.00 charge for tune up, replace belts and a scraper bar. I told him to knock off the scraper bar because I had that and skid shoes and the reason I wanted unit back because I had wanted to replace bar & shoes. He knocked off $40.00 for a $260.00 charge. I had bought the scraper bar from Esch March 2017 for $24.00 which means a $16.00 mark up on scraper bar. Today, November 1, 2017, one day from five weeks snow blower was picked up I got it back. On October 26, 2017 when I talked with Phil he said he had to order belts for snow blower. Five days later on October 30th, I called for an update again and Phil said he ordered belts just yesterday 10/30/17 which should have been ordered the day I talked with him on 10/26/17. I will never step foot in Esch Power Equipment again due to over charging, length of time it takes them to the units back & parts guy arrogant Phil. I have already contacted Olsons Equipment in Muskego and from now on Olsons will be my dealership and service my Ariens snow blower & Honda Lawn mower.
Have been using Esch for over 20 years for my yard and garden stuff and have always been completely satisfied. They are very knowledgeable and their service department is tops.
Called to ask about a belt for a Bolens tiller(which I bought from Esch), was told Bolens is out of business, can t get parts.I asked what am I going to do for a belt then. He said youre not. I said thats some great customer service. No response, so I hung up.I will never do business with them again.I got a replacement belt from Olsons Power Equipment in Muskego. Very helpful, great customer service.
Great help even when not buy, go there again for needs
Bought a new rider mower and trailer. I like my John Deere mower.
Service has always been excellent. I have been going to Esch for over 15 years.
Told me 7 weeks b4 they would even talk 2 me about my needs & gave me no options. Very disappointed. If youre 2 busy 2 help @ least refer me 2 somebody who maybe can.
Worst place to take equipment for repair.Arrogant wont even check if it would be covered under warranty on arians snowblower will never buy arians either !!!!!!!!!!!
Bad bad bad, steer away from those people, even stihl Representative sent me to a different dealer so i can get warranty work on a stihl chain saw that i bought from there. arrogant staff, look right through you .
Excellent service, very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Kevin has even used his personal vehicle and equipment to help me out in a pinch
Total lack of respect. Its like they dont want to talk to you in person or on the phone, dont want to help you or you in their store.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Great company always finds my problem and is priced more than fair I have been using them for more than 12 years and very glad to find a place that I TRUST.
Horrible customer service, never going back there again, i should have read reviews before i let my husband spend his money there
Great service.
Great customer service 👍
Not very friendly employees. Also not good at fixing old tractors.
Great service
Good service
Called and verify they had what I needed before I drove an hour out of my way to to get it. And did NOT have it. It was a flat out lie just get me in the store. Now I see why they have a 1.8 rating
Never been here,sorry.
