I currently have vocal nodules and require total vocal rest whenever possible. I do use ASL as a second language (not related to my current voice problem), and they had a pharmacist who was able to communicate with me in ASL! Thanks for being so inclusive and flexible!
The customer service here was great. I called about a products and the woman in the phone immediately went to make sure it was in stock. I got there and had no idea where to find it and asked a mad to help me. He was super nice and guided me directly to it. A woman named Callie checked me out and was really happy and helpful and turned out to be the woman I spoke to on the phone. This Walgreens is definitely better than the ones Ive been to before. 10/10, these people desey a raise.
This isn’t my normal pharmacy but they were the only ones who had a particular medication I needed. Both the pharmacist and tech were kind, took their time with me, answered my questions and made the experience pleasant. Great individualized care. Would recommend this pharmacy!
Fast and friendly pharmacy staff
I have been going here for years. Never ever have had a problem, and if I did, it was through my insurance. The staff have always went above and beyond customer service. They know their regulars (me among the others) I just wanted to call attention to Julie tonight and Id acknowledge the pharmacist but I didnt catch who was working tonight. Julie has always gone above and beyond for me, and as someone who also works in retail and in customer service, Julie does an amazing job and works her magic. So Thank you Julie and mysterious magical pharmacist who helped just on this particular night that my insurance is being a pain. Thank you all so much. I will NEVER go to another walgreens. (unless this staff is going there, then I will.) Thank you thank you thank you. The world needs more people like you.

Walgreens Store number 4887 - nope - Store #1. I avoid Walgreens as I see them as a large, cold corporation with perfunctory service. However, I needed to go to a Pharmacy, and this Walgreens was right across the street. Surprise, the employees in the Pharmacy greeted me, helped me promptly, showed a real concern for me...I was amazed at how great it was. I also needed a non-pharmacy product and given I avoid these stores, I had to ask another stocking employee for the location of the item. He stood up, greeted me, and quickly walked me right to the item. anything else I can help you with? he says. I say, nope, I cant ask for more.

Ive used this pharmacy exclusively for the last 2 years. They were great until about 4-5 months ago. Since then, Ive had problem after problem with them. Today was the final straw. They told me my Dr hasnt been writing my diagnosis code on my scripts, finally get that resolved, just for them to tell me they are out of stock of that medication! I took that script to the CVS in Target down the road, & the girl says my Dr DID actually have the diagnosis code written on the script, & told me IMMEDIATELY that they had it in stock & had zero issues. I dont know what is going on with this Walgreens pharmacy, but do yourself a favor, & go to ANY other pharmacy!! GET YOUR S**T TOGETHER GUYS! YOU ARE THE ONLY FREE STANDING PHARMACY IN OAK CREEK! If you keep this up you will lose more than just my business!
Yes, sometimes pharmacy wait times are long, but Ive experienced this at many other pharmacies. A couple of the pharmacists and techs have been extremely helpful in numerous situations: dealing with insurance, confusing doctor orders, refill miscommunications, and got situations resolved for me while maintaining a friendly manner. The only real issue Ive had is some occasional long wait times, but that is not every visit. Overall Ive been pleased with the service from the pharmacy.
Casey the sales associate was super rude and didn’t say a word to us. She just rolled her eyes at us. Was very unwelcoming.
The pharmacy was closed during hours it should have been open.My fiancee needed medication that was just prescribed to her by an urgent care physician. I pulled up to the drive-thru window at 4:55 pm, and there was a sign that said they were closed. The sign also had the pharmacys hours of operation, which said (on this particular day) 9am-5pm. The pharmacy should have been open for five more minutes, but it was closed. There was also no explanation as to why. I found this deeply troubling.I have two recommendations to anyone reading this. One: call ahead to make sure the pharmacy is actually open, because I guess they can make their own hours. Two: just go to CVS. I would give a 0/5 rating if I could.
I just had a super experience there, all I need and nice staff, fair price. Would like to invite my friends there.
The pharmacy is horrible. They are very slow with in-store wait times over an hour. The store is not usually crowded. The items are well stocked. The workers are average. Some really nice, some super crabby.
Instruct your checkout clerks to not lick fingers to separate shopping bags.

Slowest customer service in pharmacy ever. I sit here 5-10mins every time in the drive-thru and not one person comes to the window or even acknowledges you. Transferred my prescriptions.
