Everything was awesome from my eye exam to getting my new glasses.Maryann and Dr.Muller were fantastic
Horrible customer service, rude attitudes for most of the staff I encountered and terrible policies. If you want your contact prescription, expect to pay extra for it. Bogus policies that are not laws but in fact their store policies that they claim as law. I do not recommend going there.

Right now with the pandemic, to care for the patients and themselves, it is by appointment only. I was able to make an appointment online, they send information for things to do before the appointment. At the appointment, it was quick and efficient. I was in and out.
This location has consistently provided excellent customer service and an overall wonderful experience.
They suggested a certain type of coating for my lense that wont come clean & they look like they are smeared all the time. For what I paid for my glasses I dont feel this should be happening. I definitely wont be coming back to them. Also there scheduling never seems to work with people that work during the day even to just come in for an adjustment.
I have been so pleasantly surprised by the amazing customer service at this location. Ive been back and forth trying out different contacts and inquiring about pricing with/without insurance, etc. and they have been very helpful and accommodating. The doctor is extremely personable and friendly, and assisted me with finding a contact brand that fits my lifestyle. Definitely recommend going here!

I bought a pair of glasses at the start of Covid handed them to me though the door, then told if any adjustments are needed it would have to wait until they are open. Well, I have not been able to wear the glasses, temples are so far apart they fall off my head. I cant wear them at all. Now I want and need them adjusted, I have to call and make an appointment. Really. I have had these glasses for 8 months and still cant get someone to just adjust me glasses. GET A GRIP!. I can walk into a store and by food, but cant get a pair of glasses adjusted. 0 customer service!

I am very disappointed in pearl vision and will not recommend to anyone and will also advise people at amazon not to go there
Jimena, who abruptly and cockily proclaimed to be the manager when I asked to speak with someone else, had time to look up my account if she was going to sell me something, but she didnt have time to answer a question that would help me understand the rules behind my prescription. Her rude, unethical approach to customer service should be reviewed by her superiors. I will not be returning to this location because of her service. Depending if and what type of response this review receives will determine if I use any Pearle Vision, again, in the future.
Clean friendly staff and had no trouble making an appointment
12/18 - Glasses were the wrong prescription for the second time. They had an opening last night so I went. Whomever I was with was informed and knew what she was talking about. She apologized for the issues, she noticed the order date on her own. Ive never raised my voice over phone calls or in person. Always waited to hear what they had to say. This cs person had some idea on getting the glasses back in a timely manner and said It will not take a month and a half this time. I can only hope. Raise the rating because I finally talked to someone who knew what she was doing. Even though this has been taking forever she made me feel better about the entire situation. She worked with me the whole time.12/16! Finally get pick up my glasses. I was told if I do not come in today at a specific time that I will have to schedule an appt 2 weeks out just to pick them up. I was told I wouldnt have to wait and they can give me my glasses same day the last time I called for having to wait so long. No communication at all from this business. None. No apologies for the wait, but will make me wait 2 weeks more for a pickup if I do not get them today at 11:30. How do you run a company that doesnt inform you of updates and treat your customers like they dont matter?Today is 12/15: still no call and no glasses. Will not be recommending or going there again.I went in October 23rd and am still waiting for my glasses. Called after one month. Told me they had to send back for not being correct and whomever did that did not put a date. A phone call to inform me wouldve been great. I called two weeks later (monday 12/7) and was told for sure this week but they still have no idea. Ive been waiting 6 weeks and not once have they called me to update. Ive had to call both times. Still havent received a call or update. Guess im not getting them again this week. Very frustrated. Almost $400 and i guess once they get your money they dont care about you.

I have never been disappointed with the service at Pearls Vision- Oak Creek. The staff and service is beyond great. The environment is clean, wait time and turn around time for order is speedy. Jemina and Dr. Mueller are so proud of their store and team. They don’t just work there, but really have a passion for their job and care about their patients. My daughter loves coming in and my father has been so impressed. I highly their recommend care!

I had the pleasure to work with both Maryann and Liz. First time getting my eyes checked and Maryann was very helpful and informative in the process of this, made me feel very comfortable and understand each step she was taking. Liz helped me with picking out frames and lens which she was a big help in understanding what everything does and which lens would help with my day to day activities and hobbies. Will definitely stay a customer!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Anywhere else really! I would give a no star rating if allowed! Ive tried this place a few years in a row. Same bad service. The only reason I went back this last time (after having my eye exam done elsewhere) was because they accepted our vision insurance. All I can say is, choose a different place to buy your vision care needs. This place just does not give good service or quality of product! When not if you have an issue, they will charge you to fix their mistakes! The last set of glasses I got here cost me out of pocket Almost $600. I didnt get expensive frames either, well by the standards of pricing at this facility, which were additional cost of $200 which my insurance paid. You would think when someone is spending this kind of money service & quality would be number ONE---NOT HERE! In reading the other reviews & looking at my receipt, YES THEY DO JUST ADD ON CHARGES YOU WILL NEVER KNOW ABOUT, SEE OR ALLOWED TO USE! They charged me $40x2 for repair, replacement of my lenses or frames. When I went back to tell them the lenses were not correct they were quickly to let me know, oh thats not covered---after being told repeatedly it was. The charge for my replacement lenses would be almost $350. Ive worked with 3 or more of the ladies who work at this location. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL.DO NOT GO HERE! Go anywhere else! The quality, pricing & service have the be better everywhere else. I have gone to a different eye care place & they are correcting Pearle Visions lenses in my glasses from what I can tell better quality & definitely WAY BETTER SERVICE!If you have to go here because its the only place your vision insurance allows, choose a different location! Pick out your frames in the store & get the brand name & model---then go home & order them for less than half the price online by just searching for your brand & model.Im generally a happy go lucky, positive reviews only person, but when you have this bad of service, quality & care then people need to know!
Dr. Kathryn Mueller is great. I followed her to Oak Creek from her previous office because she explains things so well, takes her time, and really cares. I bought $600 in contacts and glasses, and couldnt be happier. Well done!
My daughter needed an eye exam because she was having problems seeing far away at school... We were able to get an appointment within the same day which was comforting but my daughters exam was done on this skype type thing where the nurse is on the TV screen and my daughter is sitting on the chair and the whole exam was done kind of like online. I dont know how else to describe it. Well with the way the technology is expanding I thought ok, this might be ok. The doctor couldnt get the results and we rescheduled another exam. The second time the doctor got a result and we purchased glasses for my daughter there... to find out two weeks later by the school nurse that my daughter is wearing the wrong prescription. Not only was it a waste of money and time but we had to start from scratch and this experience made us not trust doctors anymore...
Liz was incredibly helpful. She was knowledgeable on what styles and frame types are best for the new progressive glasses I was getting. It was a great experience to work with her. Also the optometrist who helped my son with his exam was kind and helpful for him as well.
I went to Dr. Mueller about a year ago. She is super nice and so compassionate. I can have a conversation with her and laugh instead of the usual yes/ no questions that doctors ask. She knows what shes doing and checks with you first before making any decisions that may impact you. The staff is wonderful as well, they actually help you pick out the frames that you like no matter how long it takes. Ive gone to a different eye doctor with my mother, and they didnt even pay any mind to my mother which stinks. I am definitely bringing her here from now on. I also had to have my glasses adjusted once. They did that and fixed it for me without a problem since I purchased them here. Overall, I love this place and I will continue to come here.
Went to Pearle Vision in Oak Creek for the first time. Saw Dr. Mueller. The whole experience overall was great. Very welcoming, friendly and professional. Dr. Muellers exam was thorough and informative. Selecting glasses and lenses was done easily with the assistance of a very helpful eyewear consultant.
I’ve been a customer here for 3 years for exams, glasses and contacts. I recently bought new glasses, then within 24 hours decided to cancel because I was considering Lasik. After talking to several people including the store manager, all I got were fake excuses about not being able to do anything for me. There was zero interest in trying to work with me on cancelling the order or even a partial refund.I felt like I was being pacified in order collect profits from myself and my insurance. It’s clear to me that customer service is not a priority here. Will not come back!UPDATE 1/21/19: after this review, I had two more conversations with the store manager. Still no effort made to address my concerns. Manager is more interested in being condescending and arguing, and seems untrained in handling dissatisfied customers.

Maria, Mary Ann and Dr. Mueller did a great job making sure I had the style, fit and prescription to fit my needs. Im very happy with my experience!
The doctor was so friendly and I loved how the staff were not afraid to let me try on what felt like every pair of glasses in the store! Okay, it was probably 20 pairs. The staff is kind and so helpful. I will definitely be going back.
I recently switched my eye care provider to Pearle Vision and I am very pleased! The doctor saw me quickly and was able to go more in depth about the reasons for my vision issues than any doctor before had done. Afterwards, Ana was extremely helpful in choosing the best contacts for me, answering my many questions and providing samples. Very happy with my experience!!
I follow liz around every pearle vision she goes too! She is great at costumer service, makes you feel confident in your choices, helps work with your price ranges and all around make you feel comfortable! I refer everyone I know to go straight to liz because you WILL be in great hands! Ill follow her where ever she goes!! My 5 stars goes to this place because of my experiences with liz and the eye doctor.
This was my first time at Pearle Vision. Dr. Mueller was great, she explained everything and made it a very pleasant experience. Victoria was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely come back next year and recommend this location to family and friends.
I had a great experience here with getting my first pair of glasses. The staff was kind and helpful. Dr. Mueller was able to answer any questions that I had. Naki was extremely helpful with picking out the right frames that fit me.
I was referred by a friend who saw me shopping for glasses online. When I got there Liz took the time to explain my insurance benefits and how they compared to shopping online. She went further to show how I can get more with Pearl Vision by emphasizing the filters they offered. The blue filter reduces the light specifically computers. This was a big deal considering our line of work and the girls life on the phone. We bought and a couple of months later came back to get the glasses adjusted to only find the same great service. Ive had the pleasure of working with Dr.Mueller for several years. She is very knowledgeable and professional and has been an absolute pleasure to work with. From start to finish, she and her staff make sure I have a great experience while taking care of my eye health.

I will NEVER use Pearl Vision again or recommend them to anyone. I went there originally for contacts and they didnt not work for me. They insisted I come back again to pretty much make them work, which I did and I again could not get them on my eyes. I then decided to get glasses, which was the worst decision I have made. I payed $552 for frames and an exam and a week later they came in. I went in to try them on and right away could tell they werent right. The picture was very blurry. I was told wear them for 3 days and my eyes would get use to them. When I was in there another customer that had the same problem with his glasses not being right. I tried them 1 day and had to return them because it gave me a horrible headache. When I returned them I told them to go of my prescription from another facility that was only 2 months old. They told me sure and they would be ready in a week. A week and a half later I called them at 11am and asked if they came in and they checked and they did. They told me to come back around 2 and they would be put together and ready for pick up. I came in at 630pm to find out that nothing was ready. Again I tried them on and still blurry as the first time like nothing was done to them. I asked for a refund and was told that a manager will call the next day in the morning. I had to call the next day and was told that there is no refunds and would have to come back and set another appointment to figure out to fix them. How many times does it take to get these right? This is a waste of time for me because of my work hours. I got in an argument for 10 mins about this and was told there is nothing they can do. I then called corporate and talked to them about it and she agreed that this was not right and I would have a regional manager call me to help resolve this. I will not spend another dime here and hope nobody else does either just to save them the headache I have gone through. I will be going to the Better Business Bureau and telling them about this scam of a company! Expensive Glasses and Horrible Customer Service.
I went in for the sole purpose of obtaining a refill on my contact lenses. Since its apparently not possible to do that without an eye exam, I underwent the exam. Prior to the exam, the manager saw me reading something with reading glasses, so she told the doctor that I wanted to have an exam that would make it possible for me to wear bifocal contacts (something I did not even want, but did not challenge since I didnt think it would make any difference if I ultimately didnt like the bifocal lenses). The bifocal lenses were uncomfortable, and after trying them on, I told the doctor I wanted to stick to my normal lenses. When I got home and looked over the bill, I learned that I had been charged $59 for the eye exam, and an additional $89 for fitting of the lenses. No one EVER mentioned that I would be charged an extra fee to be fitted for bifocal contacts, and I NEVER would have agreed to start the fitting process if I had known there was a surcharge. Not to mention that the charge applied even though I declined to purchase the bifocal lenses. I returned to the store the next day and explained to the receptionist that I never would have agreed to the additional procedure if I had known there was a surcharge, and she said it was not a problem, and they should be able to issue a refund for the cost of the bifocal fitting. She said she needed to check with the manager to see how the refund should be processed. When the manager came out (the same one who had informed the doctor the previous day that I wanted to be fitted for bifocal lenses), she said it was not possible to give any refund, because the procedure had already been performed. When I explained that I never would have agreed to try out the bifocals if I had known there would be an extra charge, she insisted there was nothing they could do. My husband complained about the fact that the extra charge was not communicated in advance (or at any time during the appointment, for that matter), and the manager was unapologetic and continued to insist there was nothing they could do. She said there would have been a $49 fitting charge even without the bifocal aspect, but was not willing to refund even the $40 extra that had been charged for the bifocal exam. I will NEVER deal with Pearle Vision again, especially after hearing how much cheaper the exams are at other locations. My experience at Pearle Vision Oak Creek left me feeling like I had been fleeced by a sleazy used car dealer.
Excellent staff here at this Pearle location. Dr. Mueller is the best doctor I have ever seen for an eye exam. Shes very thorough with the exam and answers all your questions and concerns. The staff here are extremely helpful to pick out glasses and give you the best options to go with. Jemina, Liz, Shancille and the technician, Maryann are all wonderful! Highly recommend!

Victoria helped us with my daughter who needed glasses for the first time! She was helpful and a joy to work with. Dr. Mueller made sure her vision was corrected properly, especially since she is younger.
Overall, very great experience! Shancille helped me with getting all the exams done and was very friendly. Dr. Mueller was really great in helping me understand my test results and any concerns to watch for in the future. Liz was my eyewear consultant and was incredibly helpful in making sure I found the right frames and with getting me what I needed at the best cost. Everyone was super friendly! It was nice to be treated as an actual PERSON and not just another ticket on the docket to get through the day. Great selection of frames too, at pretty reasonable prices.

Where to start and where to finish with this disappointing company. This place clearly can’t get the job done of getting a prescription right at all. So to the power of the people save time and money somewhere else then here cause this was the worst experience in my life for eye exam and glasses/contacts. Really unprofessional attitudes and a very uncomfortable atmosphere. This is a kind of experience that is still yelling at me that I shoulda, woulda, coulda gone to LensCrafters instead. I went to their trunk show and found a fantastic selection of frames at this Pearle . The staff helped me select just a great style and the HD lens they fulfilled my prescription with has outstanding clarity- its the best I have seen. Very happy with the result

My husband and I came to Pearle Vision this past year and we absolutely loved how attentive everyone was. The process of the exam and the picking of the glasses was very smooth. Jemina gave us a lot of options to choose from and we had a lot of fun shopping for glasses.
Jemina was very friendly. As soon as I walked in the store with my daughter they greeted me right away. I got helped right away. My daughter loves the glasses that she picked out. Jemina ordered her glasses and they were in the store within 2 days. Very fast service. I would recommend to all my friends to get their glasses from there.
Very professional office. Dr. Mueller is wonderful and will take time to answer your questions. I worked with Liz and Thalia and they helpedme pick out my glasses and process my prescription. I had some problems with my progressive glasses and they both helped to get everything right. I have been coming to Pearl Vision in OC and will continue
Doctor was pleasant as always. Front area staff was very helpful in helping me find the frames I wanted. The woman who checked me in and did the initial tests prior to seeing the doctor was incredibly rude and impersonal. It was like she was hassled to do her job, and she treated me like I was an inconvenience to her day. I dont expect people to be overtly friendly, but she could at least be nice to people. I am not sure why the words Hi there, I have a 10 a.m. appointment pushed her over the edge, but that part of my visit was unpleasant and uncomfortable.
Great group of girls very knowledgeable and nice. Ana especially helped me out when choosing glasses for my daughter. I will be back due to Anas excellent customer service.
I have to say for having such a vast amount of places that you can get your glasses I would expect this place to be no exception to the rule. I have had my eye exams and glasses in less then a week. Here it takes almost 2 weeks. Not to mention they try to sell things which are completely not necessary. They close early during the week prior to the actual close time and they make excuses as to why they did an order wrong. If I where you I would check out another eye place before going here cause you will waste your time and hard earned money.
The only thing I have to complain about is the wait time I had to wait for my Glasses. The staff was great in helping me on everything else.

I have bought my frame and lenses after my eye examination. I bought Oakley frames here.After buying I checked the price online.There is huge mismatch between the price in the store and online.I went back to store and requested for refund due to price mismatch. The stores sales person have given rise response that if the customer comes with insurance their prices will be high.Complete illogical response and I am not convinced with their reasoning.Most irritating part is that they dont have refund policy. Never go to this store.

The staff here was great. I came here and I was able to get in and out. I saw Dr Mueller here and she was able to notice my eye had nerve damage that no one else noticed and helped save my eyes!! I have had bad eyesight all my life and kept telling people it wasnt getting better. She finally found out and sent me to specialists where I got it corrected. She took a lot of pressure out of the bad news and actually had me laughing while finding out my eyes were horrible!! LOL
Shancine, naki, and dr Mueller were very patient and professional. This is my first experience getting glasses, and it was quick and easy! Definitely will return .

The Pearle Vision in Oak Creek WI is absolutely terrible the manager Liz is one of the rudeness managers you will ever meet, my daughter had a warranty on her glasses and frames she wouldn’t even honor the warranty the lenses had a manufacture defect and Liz would not honor it. Liz had an attitude and stood up from her computer and she pointed her finger in my face and yelled at me in front of co workers and customers. Very unprofessional and rude attitude towards me. Liz threatened to call the police on me even though all I wanted was my daughter’s eye prescription.
This place has the worst customer service ever! They constantly fall thru on letting you know when your orders come in, which take FOREVER to come in and then they refuse to give you trial contacts because what you ordered hasnt come in. If you need contacts, make sure you order 3 months in advance no joke!
Painstakingly slow process during the office visit and not at all fun like my previous experiences - and Im still waiting for my glasses three plus weeks on. At my office visit and during a follow-up call last week I was told seven to ten business days - so this week for sure the glasses would be back for a pickup appointment, that rep assured. Update: Today, suddenly, its a four-week wait, the rep said I should have been advised at the start. Theyre blaming the pandemic, but amid the lockdown my friend got glasses in one and a half weeks from another company and now I wish Id spent my (considerable amount of) money where he went instead! This company has no business being in business if they cant do better than this - unacceptable. Further update: The latest is the news my lenses were back during the 3rd week, but had been made incorrectly, missing a key feature I cant operate without, and because Pearle had to reorder, NOW it may be yet another three to four weeks until I get these new glasses, while they have my huge payment, and I havent even heard an apology, let alone any offer of partial compensation! Plus, on a survey I opted in for a call for a rep to follow-up and discuss. BUT, so far no one has called. In my view, I caution customer BEWARE and avoid doing business here!

They will try to upsell you at all costs and be sneaky about it. I specifically said I didnt want something, they said theyd give it to me at no charge this one time, whatever, but then they tried to charge me for it 10 minutes later during check out. They also tried to tell me the doctor owns the pictures of my eye despite being offered to have the images emailed to me(like Im going to take an eye picture somewhere). They also lost my previous prescription and glasses data. Ive been going there for 9 years.Be aware that pearl and eyemed(who are supposed to provide a $10 copay) are the exact same company. They are basically running a sophisticated bait and switch(insurance looks like a deal but then they upsell you(4-5x your copay) and discount $300 frames that shouldnt be more like $20. Also, this store used to be owned by cooperate but are now a franchise.I forgot to add that dr Mueller is great. Id follow her to another sales place.

I have Davis insurance. On their website it states they take Davis. Wgen I went in tge lady didnt run my insurance, she just told me they dont take it. Waste of my time. They could have taken the extra couple minutes to verify the insurance.

Absolutely horrible customer service at this location. Their technician broke my frames while attempting to adjust them on 3/26/16. The technician who broke them pretty much said... tough luck, as they were just over a year old. I was NOT satisfied with that and felt they were liable since their employee broke them. I finally spoke to the manager -- after waiting around for an hour for her to come in -- and finally she said I could purchase new frames (for over $200!) and use them while they repair the old ones for about a week and then she would refund the $200 once I brought the loaner frames back. Its been almost 3 weeks and the repair parts are not in. Will be going somewhere else in the future.

Horrible they will hidden charge you to death they charge you for services you told them you did not want it has been a month since we have been there and my daughters prescription still can not be filled be cause they say she needs another visit that I will be charged for so she can tell them for the 4th time the contacts are fine they perform procedures with out permission then bill you at the end would never go back
