Great service and friendly staff. Dr Tim is very thorough in exam and making sure prescription is perfect. Never have to wait to be taken care of and staff always works to ensure I optimize my contacts/glasses with my insurance. Been going here for over 5 years and it is one of the best in the area!!

Wonderful experience. I was treated with respect from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. Painless, easy, and quick. Dr. Hell was anything but! He explained everything thoroughly and he was very detailed about the type of contacts that would probably fit my eyes best. The exiting process was just as good. The front desk explained all of the payments I was to make that day and made me feel comfortable, and that I could trust them all. I have found a new eye doctor.

Family Vision has the most helpful and welcoming staff. Dr. Tim provided a thorough exam, never made me feel rushed, took the time to explain the status of my eye health, and walked me thru my vision correction options so that I could make the best choice for my needs. The rest of the staff was very friendly, made the check-in, exam, and insurance/billing process run smoothly, and helped me pick out a great pair of glasses that are a proper fit and match my style. Overall, a great experience.

This facility is always clean and quiet. The staff is friendly and always helpful. They really know their stuff! My son also goes here and theyre always so accommodating and help him feel comfortable. Their selection isnt the largest, but they will help you find something if you had a specific frame in mind and they can have it sent to the store for you.

Made first appointment here last week and I want to make cleat that the doctor and exam were wonderful. The biggest issue is the covid right now in that its affecting every aspect of their scheduling, however customers are not being prioritized in any way here. I waited 3 weeks for only appointment which was on a Saturday and went in planning to purchase new glasses. Office staff was not overly friendly and when i came out looking at glasses, a lot of people were leaving for the day and I definately felt the pressure of keeping them there. I decided to leave and return when there was less of a time crunch, but I was told by the salesman that I would probably need to schedule another appointment due to the Covid and restrictions of number of people in office. I called the following Monday for appointmwnt and spoke to someone named Jo who was very rude from that point. I told her I would like to purchase glasses and asked what she had on a Friday and they werent open Fridays, asked about Saturdays and nope- only open 1 a month (even with their drastically reduced hours) and none of those available. It was clear that there was no flexibility and she wasnt interested in the business so I found style online and I guess thats my only option.

My family and I have been going to Family Vision for years. We love it! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They make you feel like family. They have a good selection on glasses and they do a good eye exam. They also have a computerized way of looking at your eye health instead of the dialation type with the drops like some of the other eye places.

Very friendly staff, felt at ease with all of them - was able to get my exam done in 15 minutes (did the Optical picture of my eyes vs. dilation) Picked out new glasses and the staff worked with my insurance to get me the best deal and save the most money THANK YOU !!!!!! plus we were singing along to all tunes being played.

They are always very courteous and knowledge. I feel that they genuinely care about their patients general health as well as eye health.

I have been going there for about 10 years. They have been wonderful. They are willing to help with special requests, and repair old hardware. Ive moved recently and I need to drive an hour to get there, I wont switch.

I recently needed to see my eye doctor as I was having difficulties with my contact lenses. I called Family Vision and they were able to get me in right away in the morning. The eye Dr diagnosed my issue, emailed a script to my local pharmacy and the next day my issue was cleared up! Great friendly service!

Impressive service, took time to answer my questions and provide answers in plain english.

Had to order a new lens because of a big scratch, and when I went to pick it up they had made an error and had the wrong size lens so they had to reorder the lens. When I went to pick it up the second time, IT WAS THE WRONG SIZE AGAIN. Clearly they dont know what theyre doing. I understand making a mistake the 1st time but to make the same mistake again is unacceptable let alone not finding the error until they had me drive over there to pick it up. They could have at least checked the lens size before calling me TWICE and telling me the lens was ready to pick up. I will never order glasses there again.
