Had the BEST phone experience today at T-Mobile. Sales guys Mike & Dom are both amazing. Both guys took the time to set up new phones. Took the time to answer ALL questions.Thoughts for upper management.The store would have better traffic with T-Mobile signs on the front door side of the building. All the traffic from that side of the building have no clue a T-Mobile is in that location. Not sure why chairs are not in the store for staff/public to sit on?Again, great job Mike & Dom.

Received great help from Nick. Had some issues getting a phone activated, but he spent time even after the store closed to get it done. I didnt even buy the phone there so he wasnt even getting anything out of it. Big thanks.

This T-MOBILE store has been immensely helpful to my husband and me, since we purchased two new cell phones this past May. We found them not only knowledgeable about their products, but that they were also willing to spend additional time with us by answering our many questions. Although I couldnt be happier with my new cell, my husband had a few issues with his, which they repeatedly attempted to resolve over several months. The issues were finally resolved by them replacing his phone, and now all is well and we BOTH couldnt be happier with our new A32 5G phones. A big thank you to this T-MOBILE store for the extra time and attention to resolving this issue. 👍

My mom and I had a great experience with Tony at the store today! She had to get a new phone and he was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist her. The atmosphere was great (much better than the nearby location on Howell). Even the trainees were great. Everyone was super friendly and personable. I actually thought Tony was the manager until he told me otherwise. Customer service is everything and Tony exceeded my expectations. If it was left up to me he would be the manager of the store.

Poor accessory selection. Why advertise the latest and greatest phone and not cover the accessories? I was told to order it. I came into the store for a reason...

These T-Mobile employees are thee best! They ensured I got everything changed over to the plan I wanted, upgraded our phones and was clear about everything I was signing. Our service went past the stores hours and they still stayed and ensured everything was complete before leaving. Truly amazing! So glad I went there! The manager Demetrius and associate manager Michael were phenomenal! Go check them out!

I went in to pay a bill, they told me to switch over to T-Mobile for no cost, I did. The lady ask would you like to add a free line for no cost monthly? I said that sounds to good to be true, she says nope! I’ve been doing it for multiple customers, and that I should take advantage of the free line offer since it’s a so rare. I literally triple asked this lady to be sure there would be no monthly charges for the useless line on my phone bill. Next statement comes 1 week later and it turns out I owe 270$ for 2 lines when I asked this lady if would be paying, she clearly lied.

Love the customer service! The gentleman that helped was very knowledgeable and ready to help. Took me 3 T mobile stores before finding this great one!

Tony was awesome ! This man, in a matter of minutes fixed a porting problem that previously involved no less than 4 other people and spanned over 4 hours. Yes . . . in just minutes !! His knowledge and professionalism are invaluable. I trust the rest of that stores staff are probably equally adept. Trust this place for your next phone and mobile service plan.

When I introduced myself to the salesman I let them know that due to disability I wasnt able to stand for very long and all I wanted to do was pay my bill. He still made me stand for an extra 5 minutes while he forced me to give information to him to see if I was eligible for internet, which was their promotion, even though I had 0 interest in it (I wasnt even told thats what he was doing until I asked) and needed to not be just standing there. Im furious and now in pain. I just wanted to pay my bill and leave. Such poor customer service.

Would have been a 5 star review if you had the latest products stocked for the latest phones. Im still waiting for a phone call about the stand up cord free phone charger. Its been almost two weeks. Staff is excellent and always incredibly helpful and friendly! Never disappointed in that department.

Got a good vibe already i was amazed how warm and nice she was she helped me with an issue i had in my account the customer service was amazing i cant help to thanks u enough i went to 3 different stores and she solved my issue .

They were no help what so ever. We wanted to port my number over and they did not even port the number correctly. I had to go to a different t mobile store to fix it. They couldnt even give me the t mobile customer service number. I had to look online for it. WHY ARE YOU IN SALES IF YOU CANT EVEN DO YOUR JOB CORRECTLY. THEY WANTED ME BUY A CHARGER BUT COULDNT EVEN PORT MY NUMBER... I DIDENT NEED A CHARGER. I NEEDED SERVICE AND THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION WERE NO HELP AT ALL EVEN AFTER MY SISTER SPENT AN HOUR IN THE STORE.

Yadira and Latina girl helped me they were very professional helped me activate a line . The manager was on top of things made sure i was taken care of thanks yadira and the girl for the help and patience. Its hard for me to trust people and this experience was wow .

Do not go here unless you wanted to be scammed by their manager Yadi!! She is pushy lying person. She then wanted to blame on me and even tell me how there was people there who heard her tell me the truth and had videos to prove what she did!! She yelled at me for calling customer service to get help.

Matt and Yadi were absolutely fabulous to work with. They answered all my questions so I could understand my options. I felt so important as a customer and they make me want to never leave TMobile. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. You need more employees like them representing TMobile.

I took my phone in for some text message troubleshooting and received some terrible customer service. The employee who helped me spent more time shaming me about using such an old and outdated phone than she did actually trying to solve the issue at hand. She tried to convince me to upgrade to something new at least four times in a 15-minute visit, even after I told her that I wasnt interested in an upgade at this time. Upon leaving, she was able to fix my text messaging problem, however, I discovered an hour or so later that I couldnt make or receive phone calls. I opted to try another store rather than returning to this location to resolve the new issue.

Horrible T-Mobile store. The manager I believe Yadi is her name is a pushy one. All around bad customer service
