I have no problem with the product, but I believe your organization is very deceptive about removing old mattresses. My old mattress had a mattress cover on for the thirteen years we slept on it. There were 3 (yes three) drops of coffee stains at the head of the bed. The delivery men refused to take the mattress, saying it was stained! My guess is that this mattress had to be the cleanest mattress ever not able to load on a truck.I believe that at least half of the $100.00 delivery fee should be refunded due to false claims.

Alan was so helpful. My husband and myself were able to choose our mattress and box spring on my lunch hour with time to spare. We got a great deal and fast delivery and set up scheduled.

I placed orders in store and been assisted with online orders. Its a very friendly experience. I went this week and asked for a delivery within one week and they made it home. In December went into the Mattress Firm in Oak Creek with my wife and daughter. Gentleman named David helped us. He was super informative and personable, yet not pushing at all.Fast forward to March my wife and I went to go move and noticed an issue with the bed we bought. We called David and let him know of the issue and he made the exchange process so seamless and hassles for us. When we need a new box spring or a bed for our daughter we know where we are going!Huge thank you to David for making the whole experience amazing!

I purchased a Beauty Rest Plush mattress from Mattress Firm in Oak Creek, along with a universal box for my full size frame . The Delivery was on time & Jeff and Roger handled it smoothly & Effieciently ! I am giving them a 10 for their service . Although I did find out after trying to get into bed it was too high as I am 56 & recently had a major back surgery ( Which was the reason for purchase ) So I called the store and spoke with Alex who had to speak with his manager & Even though they dont normally make a switch on box bases, Because of my circumstances they are Delivering a Low Profile box Tomorrow ! on a Sunday ! I did sleep better on this mattress although as Vishal (my original salesman ) had told me, it will feel different then floor model as it needs a Break in time, just as anything you buy . The Only thing that would have made sale smoother is if Vishal would have advised me to go with low profile box .

Ive been to 2 different Mattress Firms (not in Milwaukee) the 2 people I had did not know much about mattresses and were very rude. My parents and I came to the Oak Creek Mattress firm for the first time. Dan was very knowledgeable, kind, patient, humanistic and a joy to be around. We did purchase a mattress from him. As my parents and I left all of us agreed the next time we need a mattress we will go to a Mattress Firm. Dan deserves a promotion andraise!

Do you want good service? Then don’t go here if you aren’t planning on buying the top end $5k mattress. Needed to buy a new mattress and the salesman wouldn’t even give my girlfriend and I the time of day because we weren’t looking to spend $5k on a mattress. Went somewhere else that very same day and bought a mattress. Will never step foot in here again.

The salesman Karl was wonderful. He explained the different features of the mattress thoroughly. He took his time with my friend and I. We went to three different mattress stores and returned to buy from Karl.

I woke up this morning on my new mattress from mattress firm. And I can already tell that Ive made a great investment into my own personal health.

My salesperson, Carl, was confused, did not seem comfortable, or capable to process my order effectively or efficiently. On top of his lack of sales ability, he was rude and condescending. I need to purchase at least 3 more mattresses in the next year, and I will definitely not shop at Mattress Firm again.

David was fantastic from start to finish! We were shown many options in fabrications and price ranges. He was very knowledgeable about not only the product in the store, but also other products in the sleep industry. We are so happy with our purchase and would highly recommend this place for anyone in the market for a new bed.

I had to pick 1 star so I could actually leave a review. In my opinion, they do that so they get at least 1 star rating! Horrible follow through with deliveries. Miscommunication at every turn. Half of confirmed orders delivered as scheduled. Finally had the base delivered today, and its supposed to take days to get someone back out to connect remote properly so we can actually use what we paid for over a month ago! I would only recommend stepping into a mattress firm if your looking for directions to a reputable mattress company. But they probably wont deliver on that either! Good luck! Youll need it with these guys!!Newest update: they did not deliver the correct base today. Not the model or options we originally ordered. And its definitely not a lucky upgrade!! Luck has played no role in the whole ordeal!!

My experience at Mattress Firm was very pleasant and relaxing. The sales associate was extremely patient as I was laying on multiple beds trying to make up my mind. He even put my mind at ease reminding me several times that if for any reason I was not happy with the bed that I could exchange it with the first 120 days of delivery. The price was alarming but the sales associate pointed out the 10 year warranty was included in the price. In the end I said what the heck and went with the more expensive bed. I cant wait until it gets here! I would absolutely go back for future bed purchases! Especially if they give free stuff!

Carl Birkholz was extremely helpful. He took his time to explain different features and costs of mattresses. We didn’t plan on actually purchasing during our visit, but with Carl’s customer service, we felt very comfortable to buy on the spot. We even bought new pillows!

We came in today looking for pillows after a few months of complaining about ours. Connor brought us all the pillows they sell in store, and talked us through the difference. Were leaving feeling much better than we would have going across the street to Meijer for cheap pillows that wont last a year. Looking forward to a good nights sleep tonight.

Wife and I went shopping for a mattress. Carl showed us a bed we never heard of called Intellibed. We laughed because of the price and instead of trying we tested out some other beds. We really liked the icomfort blue 1000 and were pretty close to buying it. Then Carl again told us to try the Intellibed. He said I know it’s a lot of money but it has a warranty of 20 years and will last 30 years. I said that would be like buying at least 2 or 3 mattresses as most mattresses have 10 year warranties. My wife is a side sleeper and sleep in multiple positions. I tend to like a firmer mattress and she likes a more medium feel. Carl told us that the Intellibed is made for people like us. It has a one of a kind Gel Matrix that is soft for pressure points but firm for other body parts like your back. He had a sample grid of the blue Gel Matrix. Sitting on top was a flat bottom plastic piece with two points that stick up on the ends. When he pushed down on the flat bottom side the Gel Matrix was firm and didn’t cave in. When he flipped the plastic piece over the two points both sunk in to the Gel Matrix while the middle didn’t showing that for your pressure points it will be soft. So finally we tried the mattress and my wife said she never felt any mattress that was that good on her side. I laid on my back and was surprised how firm it was. Then I went to my side and it was soft. And finally on my stomach and that felt great. We were sold. Never thought in a million years we would spend this much on a mattress. But waking up in no pain and sleeping very well is worth it. Carl was super knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We never felt rushed. We highly recommend Carl. I also had to deal with David the manager because when our mattress was delivered it was ripped on the bottom. David apologized right away and had a brand new mattress delivered 2 days later. He even called me after my delivery to ask me how it went. All I can say is great customer service! I highly recommend Mattress Firm Oak Creek North and MOST IMPORTANTLY I recommend Carl and David! Thank you both!
