This is a very nice, new, and clean target. It looks like it is well run and well maintained. The staff was nice and the checkout lines looked like they were well planned out and efficiently ran.When I went they were doing a good job of keeping things on the store shelves.

One of my favorite stores. The employees are nice and helpful plus the store is clean and hey the Starbucks inside of it is a plus.

Variety of products are great. The one thing I was looking for and can only find at competitors store is Berry sugar free Capri Sun.But the staff really are doing a great job with how busy it is during holiday season. Servicing the high volume of customers in person & online as quickly as they can.They are professional, patient, and informative. It really is appreciated.

Since moving from Chicago this target location is by far my favorite. A bit of a drive for me but definitely worth it. Great selection and friendly employees.

Very clean, organized, and helpful staff. If you don’t like super busy stores in these current times I’d avoid going inside and do a drive up order instead. The aisles are not very wide and you can barely get past someone to get what you need which isn’t good for social distancing precautions. They always have what I need and the target circle app is such a blessing with all the money I’ve saved since shopping here.

I enjoy Target, especially this store but yall need to hire cashiers. Im here during peak time and the lines are crazy. No need for 12 registers if you only have 4 open during peak times.

I dont think that drive up shopping is needed it should only be for disabled people only because if people get in their cars just to come park,wait for workers to bring them their stuff might I add those sometimes that wait for their items to be brought are rude to workers I heard it for myself shame on you if youre rude to hard working target employees I think youre just lazy.

The ease and accuracy of which the pick up during this pandemic time has made Target even a better experience than I had prior.

Good store--they don’t have the nicer stock, but the employees enforce masking, unlike the West Milwaukee location, so it’s worth it. The pickup service is perfect.

You are paying more attention to lines and need for cashiers. When you first got the self check outs it seemed customers were pushed to using them but now the attention is back on the customer and providing a great customer experience from start to finish. I also love the convenience of the drive and pick up service being a mom to a newborn.

Favorite target. Very clean and excellent customer service. I really like that the carts are still being wiped down. Most stores have stopped doing this.

Did not received my Red Card discount because the card was no longer in my Target Wallet app for some reason. Also found out the only way to add it back in is to add the card manually - which I dont carry. This is the value of having an App. You cant just log into your Red Card account through the app to add it back in. Really disappointed at the product and the time wasted at the store trying to add the Red Card back into the app.

We normally like shopping at Target, but had an issue with some patio furniture we bought from them. We discovered numerous missing pieces and have been going back and forth with Target guest services for weeks. At one point they had me calling a landscaping company in Delaware that doesn’t even make furniture. We are out of the return period and ultimately Target guest services simply wished me luck. It looks like the furniture was made especially for Target and the manufacture of it contracted out to a company in Taiwan. Again usually we love Target, just be cautious of furniture purchases from them.

Caution when using online ordering from Target. Placed on online order. Website showed 5 in stock. Order was confirmed. Received an email to pick up. Drove 30 minutes to the store and after 30 minutes of waiting was told they could not find the product and no more were available at the store. The only option was to cancel the order. The woman in front of me received an email her order was ready for pick up and it wasnt. The associate could not tell her when it would be ready or if she would receive another email that it was ready. What a joke. Normally I like Target but will not use their online ordering again.

I shop online and instore have always loved the products and service. Quick and Fast service. The friendliness and helpfulness of the employees here was much less than at Target. This made me appreciate my store. Overall I enjoy my experience at my oak creek target.

Would not let me enter the store at 8:40AM to buy a loaf of bread for my family because Im NOT sick, elderly, or pregnant!?!? People still have to work and go about their lives and your corporation did not care about a FAMILY who ran out of BREAD. Screw Target, Im boycotting!

TIM. He as always was helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. I only buy electronics and cell phones from Tim. I only buy electronics from Target because of this employee. Never too busy for my ignorant questions, and looks up information about odd things that I need to know. He is the best!

It was convenience and a Starbucks inside. My wife was out to spend money, when we walked out of Kohls, Target was right there, where we were able to find deals on some grocery items, house hold and few other things she had found. This wasnt our local Target but the store was clean and the staff was just has friendly and helpful.

This is a great Target location. The staff are awesome, and the store has a selection of really good products in all departments. Clean, and well stocked. The beauty section especially is excellent.

Target is a very good store, clean well organize and food section are a cleaver addition. I have been shop at target for many many years along with an old K-mart that already gone. Now new Target with CVS and Grocery willbring people to come more often. Target good services bring people back even Walmart is now a dangerous competitive.

Usually quick in and out but they never have enough workers on weekends. Plus the old Indian cashier is the slowest person in the world. When I asked if they could open another register I was treated very rudely by the older woman in charge.

Target has been my go to store and every time I go I find new products that I enjoy.

Its Target. Its pretty much the same as every other target. You will spend more time and money then you expect but its a nice place to walk around and consider things without anyone bothering you. Same as all Targets.

They have everything i need but their prices are a bit high and too much tax compared to other stores.

Everyone should use this. So easy to find what you need on the app. Stop at the store and out comes your things and off you go.

I left a rug I purchased in my cart. After unloading at home I realized that it was missing and rushed back to the store. I asked the woman bringing in carts if she had seen the rug and she told me she had placed it behind the service counter. I thanked her than asked the female associate working behind the at the counter at 7:30 this evening, if I could have my rug that was placed behind the counter. She told me she needed a receipt to relinquish MY rug to me. Luckily I had the receipt in my car and not in one of the bags that I had already brought home. When I returned she scanned my receipt several times, then finally settled on the rug (marked RUG). She visually matched the product numbers to each other looking back and forth, back and forth. When she was satisfied she handed me MY rug. I thanked her for returning my rug to me. So, I wondering if there’s abonduce of people sitting in the parking lot waiting for the chance to claim rug runners left in haste, or should I play the race card here? Completely and utterly ridiculous.

Always clean, perhaps the cleanlier Target location I have ever seen. The inside of the store makes you want to stay there. However, they NEVER have enough cashiers. Even at their peak hours, I see 4 at most. Ive traveled around WI and IL a lot, and this is the first target Ive ever had to wait in line for so long. Every single time. Even the self-checkout lines are long (because there arent enough regular checkouts). In good news, it broke my Target addiction very fast. That said, Im still rating it well because they have good products, and theyre clean. The employees are EXTREMELY polite. The slow checkout lines are just one factor that make it not the best target. Fix that, and itd be one of, if not the best, Target location Id ever been to.

Were so glad to have our Easter dinner shopping done. Their Archer Farm hickory smoked, spiral ham is the best!We saved $43.04 with our coupons and Targets sale items. Plus another $15.00 in gift cards. Im one happy lady 😊👍

I ask a sales person to assist me at the self checkout with a coupon. She told me to go ahead and scan my one item and the coupon and someone would come and take the coupon. As I walked up to scan my item and the coupon she walked away. There was another associate assisting a customer because the self check out did not give her change. She proceeded to run to the customer service area and return opening the machine and working on it. Giving the customer change. No one came to help me. The checkout machine kept telling I was being recorded and eventually timed out. After testing the other machine, eventually the employee who was helping the other customer came over to help me. All the while the red light was on saying I needed help. As I walked out of the store I looked over at the customer service desk and the first employee I encountered was standing along with two other employees just talking. There were no customers at all!!

Pleasant experience at this store. Took some getting used to. Have been going to the 27th Street store but they are closing in February. I like this store on Howell. They have self checkout. I love Target.

Amazing Target! Stacy, and the team were able to help me find my items, get me acquainted with Target Circle, and Targets Red Card. I did not even know what Targets Red Card was, and that it existed. The layout of the store reminds me of little boutiques. The clothes are very reasonably priced and very up to date. Most of the help on the floor go out of their way to help you find what youre looking for.

It is clean and the grocery area is well stocked w decent priced food. Good meat, fresh fruit, ice cream. I am unable to get everything I need here but it definitely is a bonus to get groceries from Target.

Cleaner than most Targets but the Thursday night closing manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. I would give here zero stars. It wrecked my evening, will not being going back to the Oak Creek location.

I love this Target and all of the improvements over the years, however, the new loud and annoying music that I just cannot stand is too much. Normally, I can (and do) spend an hour or more at Target on a weekly basis, but now the music and their new theme song (??) which plays over and over drives me out of there ASAP. Sorry Target, just not a fan.🤷🏻‍♀️

Not a single thing on sale even with cartwheel. All regular price. If I have to go through every single thing on their ads page, one by one, then this is an app worth nothing. On the upside getting there early made it slightly less crowded.

Bullseye. Whats not to love? The clothes they sell are nice, they have a decent electronics department, a grocery department with a decent store brand and the CVS pharmacy makes it even more convenient.

Love this target everything’s always in stock and it’s so clean!

I had time on my hands and my daughter needed shoes for homecoming. So we stopped since we were close. I went directly to the shoes and while the selection for black dress shoes was sparse, I expected that because it is homecoming season. So she wasnt sure if she wanted a heel or a flat, we bought one of each and plan to return the par she doesnt want. While I know this is not the stores fault, it disappoints me to see that everything was some type of heel and I only found one pair of flats that didnt look like they were cheap. But I used the self checkout and needed help and the employee was right there and had an answer for every question I asked. The self checkouts are awesome and quick so all in all, i was happy with my experience
