We hired Mike and expected an exceptional experience due to the great reviews posted here. What we got was a half hearted failure of a landscaping attempt. The problem was they left the job incomplete twice and Im left to haggling over text with Mike about services he has billed us for to be completed. He charged us 4.5 at $24 an hour while we watched his employee on surveillance gallivant around our yard texting and taking his sweet time. Dont get me wrong everyone requires a break but when you are being charged by the hour an employee shouldnt milk the customer.We would have been ok with the $125 bill if we didnt have to call back and ask if the job was completed due to the excessive amount of bags leftover and our property line still looking like a jungle as you see in pictures attached. Then afterwards Im left fighting with Mike over texts as I reiterate $125 isnt good for a job left incomplete! Hes the worst landscaper Ive ever came across and I will not be using him ever again! Dont let the reviews fool you, steer clear of this company.
