Lady cashier super cool... Got two hats for 40 great deal

Takes forever asked for a costume hat they said it would take 30 mins and took almost 2 Hours came out looking horrible the people there are extremely short staffed I’m extremely disappointed. I want my money back what a waste of $50 and two hours of my time

Took a hat here and they destroyed it. Please watch out for the poor designs. Employees here lie to me and I believe they need more experience in the job. Don’t get a large image on your hat.

By far, the nicest looking Lids Ive been into.Great display of colors, great flow of merchandise, and the Manager,although kinda young, was very professional,an encyclopedia on hats.Nice guy.

Customer service was terrible

Nice selection but customer service really was no help... Cant buy online & return in store if it doesnt fit correctly. Which i hate, i have to mail it back.. Never again Will i order online from lids.. Cuz certain hats fit differently, although it may be ur usual size but sometimes it seems to loose or tight. N i own over 20 New-Era fitted hats n i kno about the low crown n reg crown n all that.. N they seem pricey too, i found 2 Detroit fitted hats at The Michigan Den for the same price as 1 hat at Lids..

Horrible customer service! I walked in the store and nothing was said to me until Id stood at the register for a sec. didnt ask if I had a rewards card and seemed to be bothered. I wanted to get embroidery but didnt want this guy working on my purchase!

I got a birthday present and I know he is a size 7 in hats. Picked up that size and had it embroidered w his initials. When he opened it up and tried it on, it was wayyyy too small so I knew something was wrong. There was def a manufacture defect. I thought since I had it embroidered, they would make it difficult to return and/or exchange but they were so helpful and cooperative. Of course, I had the receipt to show proof of purchase, but they exchanged the hat and embroidered it with no problems. Would DEFINITELY recommend this store just for the customer service alone!

Costumer service absolutely horrible. Will never buy from Lids stores or Online again in my life. Too many stores sell hats that treat people with respect to give my money to the lady that runs this store and the company who hires someone so unaccomdating and disrespectful.
