Not realizing I did not have glass coverage on my car insurance, I had to fend for myself and find some one to install a windshield. From previous recommendations, I went to Sanborn Glass. Bob was able to find a windshield for my older car and install within 24 hours at a price I could afford. Great service and fast. Highly recommend.

Jamie was EXTREMELY helpful throughout the whole process of replacing my car windshield. She walked me through the insurance claim, offered for me to drop off the car after hours in order to get the job done earlier the next day and she even brought my car to a local shop to update my inspection sticker! Highly recommend!!!! She was very easy to talk to, as well. :)

Unless you have a brand new auto, and require brand new OEM parts any chain glass shop can install there glass inventory parts 1-2-3.This glass craftsman Bob @ Sanborn glass is outstanding!He does brand new OEM also!Bob listens, then both parties set up a time & cost convienent for both parties involved. Spoke with Bob Sanborn to replace a single double hung window pane, he told me that it was a special order that would take a least 2 weeks to get, another week for the repair. I said fine. I was told the first piece of glass arrived broken, he said he had a replacement shipped over night and would do the repair. 5 months later, still not done. He keeps making appointments and never shows up or has the courtesy to call to reschedule, I guess he assumes Im a mind reader. getting a new contractor Monday, thanks for wasting my time. One of the worst businesses Ive ever dealt with, on Par with Comcast.

I was in need of some new glass for my wood stove so I chose Sanborn. Jamie the secretary gave me a good price on a new piece that they would have to order, but she also was nice enough to mention that they might have a piece left over from another cut that would be another, cheaper option that may have some slight blemishes. Since its just a wood stove and will get dirty often I went with the used piece, but honestly I cant tell the difference! The cut was perfect and smoothed over on the edges so its safe to handle, and Bob had it finished in a day or two which was faster than I needed it. The entire experience was so good I recommended my sister take her car there with her broken rear window, which was fixed fast and done right. I now have a new glass company to recommend to all my customers, friends and relatives!

Great! Quick turn around!

My car was broken into and driver side window smashed, i called a few places and no one had my window. Sanborn was the only one that had it. They were very friendly and finished the job in under an hour. I was pretty happy with the whole experience.
