I recently purchased an Audi A3 from Porsche Norwell and was able to trade in my pervious vehicle. I made an inquiry Friday night and heard from Andrew first thing the following morning. Andrew responded in a timely manner and was very pleasant. When I arrived the Audi was out front and ready to be looked at. Matt, the salesman, was absolutely phenomenal, he was super friendly and honest. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted for my trade in and the purchasing process so easy. He was sympathetic for my time, stating that if I wanted to go get lunch while I waited for financing he would reimburse me with my receipt. Matt was very honest when it came to the Audi and ensured the proper work would be done before leaving with it. The safety of his customers appeared to be very important to him. Matt was overall very pleasant and wonderful to work with.

First class experience leading to the purchase of a fabulous CPO Cayenne S. Tracy lead the sales effort as a true professional. I like to really ask a lot of questions and she arranged to get me access to people who really were the best from the service department to finance.The car on delivery was perfectly prepared. This was easily the best car purchase experience Ive had. Of course, the real topper is driving the car. It is the BEST!

My certified pre-owned 2020 Porsche Cayenne with only 10,000 miles was delivered to me today from Porsche Norwell in Massachusetts to Houston, TX. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in the condition of my car and the whole sales process. I have never had such a bad experience and never thought this would happen, especially from a Porsche dealership. Communication during sales process was horrible. I had to keep calling for updates. They even cashed my downpayment check without any updates (it had cleared for 2 days), until I called them to see what the next steps were. The 2 things that were negotiated for during the sale was not delivered - they said they would detail the car (which I think comes with every car sale?), would cover cost of shipping if I purchased the warranty package (but tried to charge me on two separate occasions at the end saying its my responsibility). I called them maybe 3x regarding what I need to do as far as registration since this is my 1st time purchasing a car out-of-state, and they kept saying they would call me back and didnt (giving them at least 1-2 business days in between each call)- to find out they JUST finished the registration process today as my car was being delivered, and found out last minute I have to purchase a temporary tag to hold me over. My husband and I are actually pretty easy going people and were not going to complain to them about any of this until today when we saw that the car came in really POOR condition!! Dirt inside tires/car doors, dog hair ALL OVER the trunk, shoe marks behind seats, GUM & drink spilled in cupholder, coins in the other cupholder. THE WORST part is - my car wasnt even in running condition. The battery was completely dead and would not stay on. The shipping company deliverer said he had to jump the car too when he picked it up. I was stuck at work today with no ride and we tried jumping/charging the car for 2 hours thinking this could not be true coming from a Porsche dealership. Finally called roadside assistance (which took ~1.5 hrs to arrive). The roadside guy told us that the battery is completely dead and wont hold a charge -he said the dealership shouldve known about this if the car has been sitting there for a while without being turned on. He even mentioned that hes certain our car was NOT detailed because of how dirty it looked. The dealership DID know about this because they even told us this was a loaner vehicle and may need to be jumped since its been sitting there since June/July, I just didnt think it was an issue that would require towing & a complete replacement. Now my car is being towed to another dealership to be fixed and my excitement for this new vehicle is now replaced with frustration and anger. This is just unacceptable.

Buyer beware, This company sold me a Porsche with front end damage, said that they were going to do all of the repairs and it would look like new. They delivered it to me with half of the repair completed and left noticeable gap between the headlight and hood. I called for weeks and emailed, no one from sales people to managers would respond to my call, email or help. Unfortunately they have proven to me that their word and customer service is completely unsatisfactory. I will never go back.

We purchased a vehicle from out of state. We have never purchased out of state, so this could be normal. But, we started the process on Monday of the week, and the car wasn’t able to be picked up until Friday- this just seems like a long time. They stated it was due to Covid and having to do only appointments, which apparently backed up the 1 finance guy. Everyone there was EXTREMELY nice and easy to get in touch with. I just wish the process did not take so long.They were very upfront about some chips on the car (it was a used car) which we appreciated. The chips were actually less noticeable than we expected which was a nice surprise. They also detailed the vehicle very well. The most disappointing thing was the debt on the back, they did not mention that or show it on FaceTime. We know we bought a used car, and you expect some body issues with that, but I wish they would have told us.

Dennis has customer service down to a tee! He almost makes you happy to pull out your credit card to pay!! 10 out of 10.

Great customer experience. I bought a pre owned Cayenne last year, and it developed a problem with the fan motor and a headlight assembly last month. Service took it, no questions asked, gave me a loaner, and replaced everything at no cost. No delay, no hassle. This is a fabulous dealership in my opinion.

Paid almost six fig on a brand new car. Didnt even get a delivery experience compared to other luxury dealer Ive bought cars from. Only thing good was the discount but my car arrived with a dent which I am fixing out of pocket because it has been months since I noticed this. Bought a CPO panamera 4s from Norwell Porsche in October and had the car shipped. The experience was amazing only because of the excellent A+ service from sales mgr William Brazil. Found a used car on their website, called in made an appointment with saleswoman (Stacy) .it is fair to say this was one of my best car buying experiences and I bought quite a few in the past . the deal was flowless no pressure whatsoever, paperwork done with (Matt) who was pleasant, and quite friendly. Great to work with through the sales process. Tracy did an amazing job with us. Great communication and willing to work with us. Very happy with the car. They carried through on their promises to paint the bumper of the car and reimburse us for some issues we pointed out. I feel bad but unfortunately I had to deduct one star as the title was forgotten to be signed over to us during the paperwork process. This caused a lot of issues and a frustrating wasted trip to the dmv, followed by needing to drive over 2 hours back to the dealer to get it filled out correctly. This then cascaded into not being able to drive the car for over two months due to it not being registered, and almost having to pay late fees for sales tax. This is partially the DMVs fault though for not having enough time slots to get the vehicle registered in a timely manner. Really minor issue that resulted in a massive headache. Overall amazing experience though besides that one hiccup.

Great pre-sales experience. I am considering a few different Porsche models and found one of them in stock at Porsche Norwell. I called and scheduled a test drive. When I arrived they handed me the keys and simply said go have fun. I was able to drive it with a friend who already owns a Cayman S so that we could compare it. I returned and the salesperson simply said thank you for driving our car and asked me to let them know if I have any questions.Compare this to a different Porsche dealer in the area that a few days later told me it was their policy to require an agreement on purchase price before any test drive.I know where Ill be taking my business.[UPDATE] A few weeks after posting this I bought a 16 GT4 and have already brought it to Porsche Norwell for its first service.

My mother recently leased a Porsche from here and we have had nothing but problems with them. First the car we leased does not have the features that we were told it has and the car did not have a window sticker but we were reassured that it has the features we were looking for. Secondly the car we were looking at we were told we were not allowed to test drive because something is wrong which we never found out what needed to be repaired and why it was undriveable and did not see the car until delivery since it was always on the lift, which had 150 more miles on it than what we were told it had. When we notified them of these issues they waited well over a week to contact us and only contacted us when we reached out to them a third time. They are unprofessional, and unorganized. when we went there to pick up the car we were told it would be ready in an hour or two at 9 AM and we drove off the lot at 5 pm wasting our day. If you are looking for a headache and a dealership that does not want any follow up business then this is the place. STAY AWAY!!!!

Beware of getting your Porsche serviced here as they will charge double the labor for basic services and repairs. I needed to replace my ABS sensor and brake lines due to damage, and they quoted me for 2 hrs for the ABS and 4 hrs for brake lines. Then I brought my Macan to Porsche Stratham and they quoted me literally HALF of that labor. Yes 1 hr for ABS and 2 hrs for the brake line and fluid flush. I literally saved $700, 50% than they quoted me, going to another Porsche dealership. Also, The service manager and advisor, Clever Baldon, profiled me as a young asian male that may have money and zero knowledge in the car industry, and flat out lied to my face that my caliper NEEDS IMMEDIATE ATTENTION when really all it is that its missing the cover that says PORSCHE on it. This is not a hate review. This is 100% facts from my first experience with them. If you have good relationship with them, thats awesome, Im not here to persuade you to stop working with them, but just know that this is proof Porsche Norwell tend to inflate their labor hours versus other Porsche dealerships. If you are someone who is debating which dealer to trust, avoid going to them at all cost. From my experience Porsche Herb Chambers Boston and Stratham has been the best.

There is book out there with the history of Porsche sports and racing cars titled Excellence was Expected. At Porsche Norwell you can Expect Excellence and you dont have to wait or look for it. I purchased a used vehicle from Jeff (Sales Manager) and have NEVER been given such excellent treatment in any car dealership in my life. And I didnt even buy a Porsche! The whole process was a delight to say the least. A great deal and simply the best service. They had the vehicle in for full service before I took it home and after the fact put two new front tires on it. Dennis (Service Manager) was just the friendliest guy you could meet and took exceptional care of me and my car. They had detailed it just before I picked it up but after putting on the tires they did it again so when I picked it up it was once again like new! The folks at Porsche Norwell are EXCELLENT and I greatly appreciate their professional and courteous demeanor! Please pay them a visit.

I have bought more than 30 cars in my lifetime and over half from dealerships including a previous Porsche and this purchase has been one of the most disappointing ones. First, I was never told that they do not have temporary plate for out of state customers so it would have to be delivered until after I left a deposit so it would be impossible to go there and drive it home. . Secondly, the staff appears to be more willing to communicate via text than by calls. Next, the car did not have a second key as promised which was eventually sent which required me to have to go to a local dealership to program. Next they sent it with bad windshield wipers that needed replacing as well as car was not properly detailed and no wax on the finish as well as needing mild paint correction at a cost to me of 250.00 including the convertible top resealing.I also never got any warranty paperwork on my CPO turbo that the local dealership asked for to fix a fault code ( just another problem!). My suggestion to potential buyers...be prepared for major disappointments if you live out of state.

Jeff, Muhammad and Tom are great - kept in great communication leading up to my test drive (2015 Cayman GTS), it was a pleasure to drive the car and speak with Jeff the whole time, he is a true expert and truly passionate about the Porsche brand. Afterward we talked numbers without any pressure but with a general time frame in mind. Attended the Porsche 911 unveiling and official Grand Opening last night at Porsche of Norwell. The event was well produced and well catered. There were Valets out front with a red carpet leading you inside. The atmosphere was inviting and the building was immaculate. A true state-of-the-art facility. The GM, Mike Shaw, graciously took the time to talk with my guests and I about the facility and all the great things happening in the world of Porsche. This is the place to come if you are looking to learn more about and/or purchase a brand new Porsche!

Mike Shaw and the team at Porsche Norwell are second to none. They strive for excellence and deliver every time. There are several other Porsche dealers that are closer to my residence but I choose to make the extra effort and get down to Porsche Norwell for a consistent first class experience.

I bought a 2012 Audi Q5 used. Was told car had new oil change and been completely ran thru. The next day rear brake pads were making noise like the sensor was touching. Low oil light came on it said add a quart. So I bring to shop and have it looked at and on the filter it was dated 4/20/19 I just bought the car two days ago and on the car fax it said Valvoline did the oil change on 4/20/19 so clearly the Porsche dealership did not do the oil change. Also had a little oil leak at the drain plug. there is play in the front end (Suspension). I bring the car back told them whats wrong they said they will have them call me with what they going to fix and its been two days and I still have no answer. Plus I got no car now and they said I have to wait a week to get a loner car. I am so disappointed in this dealership. You hear the name Porsche you think high end good quality but yet I feel like Im in a Kia dealership.

I was at the dealership last night for the release of the 2017 Porsche 911. Amazing event all around, food was great, music was perfect and of course the new 911 was stunning! Picked up my Macan S yesterday, I just want to say Matt is such an awesome guy! It was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had.

I’m only 16 was treated as if I was a regular customer; I just wanted to look at the cars. Yet I still had a phenomenal experience here with great service from Matthew. He set the bar for luxury car dealership customer service.

I attended the Porsche 911 unveiling last night and very much enjoyed myself. The dealership was pristine! The event was well catered and the atmosphere was elegant but relaxed. I definitely noticed the attention to detail and enjoyed chatting with Mike, the General Manager, who was very welcoming and attentive.

Two days after signing a purchase agreement and submitting a $1000 deposit for a purchase of a 2016 Cayenne Turbo, the dealership unilaterally canceled the transaction, falsely accusing me of trying to illegally export the car because of my non-American name! I have never had such a terrible car buying experience. At the least, the dealership could have spent less than 1 minute in doing a Google search under my name to see who I am or what I do.

Scheduled an appointment to drive over an hour and a half to look at a car they had in stock. The dealership lost power and they had to close for the day; it’s completely understandable, they can’t control the weather. What I can’t understand is why I had to find out they closed when I pulled up to the dealership and it was empty. No courtesy call to tell me they’d need to reschedule. I only found out why they’d closed when I sent an angry message to the salesman I was working with. Very unprofessional.

What a great Porsche dealership! Very friendly and extremely helpful. No pressure, no attitude. I spent time with Mark Webber, hes awesome! If you stop there, be sure to look him up and tell him I said hi!

Over-the-top excellent service, and Im not a regular customer.My 09 Carrera developed problems with the convertible top last week at my vacation home on Cape Cod. I called Porsche of Norwell to inquire about solutions to try on my own and the service manager, Dennis, had a few helpful tips. When none of them solved the problem I had the car towed to their shop.Dennis was extremely friendly, helpful and polite. He kept me up to date on the repairs needed and the progress they were making. I had the car back in under 48 hours.I got top flight service and communication from Porsche Norwell and I have never visited their dealership or used their service department before. This is the kind of service Porsche owners deserve for their cars.

I attended the event last night for the unveiling of the new 911 at Porsche Norwell. I cant say enough good things. Upon arriving we were greeted by a red carpet and incredibly nice staff. As we entered the dealership we were greeted by the General Manager, Mike Shaw, who could not have been nicer. He welcomed us and directed us towards the raw bar and whiskey tasting. Every detail was covered and the night was extremely enjoyable. I will definitely be going back to this dealership in the future.

I bought a Porsche Macan s on 2/4/19 and was treated like a complete jerk by Lynn the Business Manager. I let it go as perhaps it was just an off day but I could not regret it more. Now over 30 days later and after several calls to the General Manager, Sales person and Lynn I still have no registration for my car, no phone calls back...i wish i could give the car back and go back to Porsche Westwood where they have always treated like a respected customer. As a three time repeat Porsche customer (second from this terrible outfit) you would expect a little better customer service. Stay away at all costs!

I purchased a used car from this dealership a few months ago and I could not have asked for a better experience. After car shopping for over a year, dealing with scummy, pushy sales people, Porsche Norwell was like a breath of fresh air! The staff was so kind and helpful, and the entire process was very painless. My car was extremely well priced and in perfect condition. During the detailing process they even gave me new tires and new brake pads. I highly recommend taking a look at their used inventory even if you are not in the market for a Porsche!

We recently purchased our 2017 911 Cabriolet there and could not have asked for more accommodating & professional service. We were working with 3 other Porsche dealerships and we go the car we wanted at the price we wanted with Sam & Porsche Norwell.

I recently bought a 2015 GT3 from Porsche Norwell and the experience was nothing short of horrible. This was a long distance deal as the car was in Norwell MA and I am Washington State.I asked for detailed pictures specially highlighting scratches and defects on the car. Which they clearly avoided so there were a few interior and exterior scratches that were not disclosed.I dealt mostly with the sales manager, who after the sale claimed not to receive texts, emails and voice messages for days.Upon receiving the car I took an oil sample to be analyzed at Blackstone. The oil looked burnt not like a fresh oil. Then I took my new car for ride and it was all over the place, clearly something was wrong. I took the car to Bellevue Porsche in the next available opening. They found the alignment to be well out of Porsche’s specs and lose members in the suspension, old oil and oil filter, brake pads at the low 70% compared to the 90-95% claimed, tires were at 4mm and 5mm compared to the 6mm (Porsche requires tires to have a minimum of 5mm).Since there were clear discrepancies, I offered Norwell to take the car to one of the local Porsche dealers to do a CPO and rectify whatever needed to be rectified at their cost, but they did not accept.In short, buyer be aware, Norwell is not an honest dealer and I am going to let the lawyers deal with misrepresentation in the CPO documentation.Do as I tell not as I did...If you are a Porsche person check Rennlist this is not the first time this dealer has pulled a fast one on other honest buyers.

I was at the dealership for the new 911 Carrara unveiling and was VERY impressed with how well the event was run. Their GM Mike Shaw did a great job and was a pleasure to interact with. 5 star dealership!

I ordered a 2015 911 GTS through this dealership recently - recently in Porsche speak at least, it takes a few months before the car actually shows up. Even though they were moving locations at the time, my experience was simple and easy. I was given a fair price on my trade and a stellar deal on my new car. Having bought around 14 cars in the last 20 years, I know what to look for in a good dealership - look no further than Porsche/Audi of Norwell! And that goes for the service team too - been having my previous Porsche serviced there for two years and always on the ball. Cant wait for their new showroom to open!

Called 2 months ago still waiting for refund for my wheel and tire package on a car i bough from them and sold they keep telling me it’s in the mail i want my money they’re thirsty trying to take my money

Went in to ask about an inspection, I own a standard transmission Porsche- they didnt know what I drove, I didnt tell them, but simply did not want a possible hack chopping away at my clutch.Was asked for the key, stated I would prefer to drive it in the bay myself.Was told thats not possible, the tech does that. I asked why, they simply told me I could go somewhere else, duh- like I dont know a 1000 places do inspections.Their attitude in telling me was arrogant, dismissive and snooty, although it may seem like a small thing, I was quite disappointed. They simply needed to say sorry sir, thats our policy, would have been a non issue.These are the same service people, one in particular, that we have dealt with when we had an A4 as well, and his arrogance continues... I mean calm down buddy, you work at a service desk at a car dealership. I will not divulge his name out of common courtesy.Too bad little things like this lead to loss of customers, I know I will never drop another dime there.I would avoid and I do not recommend this dealership to others based upon a number of times in.Again, too bad- when it was Mr. Reitzls place, they were much more down to earth.
