It was a pleasant experience overall. Jess, the property manager IS amazing! She was very helpful and easy to reach for assistance. Facility is well maintained, very clean too!

Had an amazing experience just moved into town and Michelle I believe was extremely helpful and made sure everything was perfect and okay with us before making our purchase. She was very into detail and let us know everything making sure we are aware of everything we need to know and any rules and when charges apply. She was great!!

I just came in for moving supplies, but the lady was very helpful in figuring out what I needed. She also gave me some extra bubble wrap and a couple extra boxes they used to move a few things between stores. Good experience.

I dont have a storage unit here, but I came here to meet someone and buy stuff from their storage unit. I dont know the prices or anything but the place is nice and open. We have been to alot of storage units where the aisles are tiny and trying to move a trailer or truck or whatever can be pretty difficult when other cars need to go by. This place was much better then any other facility iv been to recently and I would get a unit here for that simple reason alone. Less hassle.

I recently had to move my photography studio into my home. This caused me to move much of my furniture and things from the garage into storage. I didnt know anything about storage and moving and how safely to move my things, but thankfully Jess was a great help. She was patient and helped me make some great choices which helped me find the right size unit and store my things neatly. The place was very clean and they had many of the moving essentials I needed to get the job done.

Couldnt have asked for a better experience when having to rent storage when a life crisis hits, thanks for having someone like Jess there to make it a comfortable experience in an uncomfortable time. I’ve done business with several storage unit lots. Public storage will always have my business as a customer due to their Willingness to go above and beyond.Just the current manager at the public storage off of Huron Street in North Glen Colorado consistently does and doges above and beyond her call of duty to do things in order to guarantee customer satisfaction.I would be surprised if she’s ever recognized for the service she provides. I am writing this review in hopes that the owners of public storage recognize how much this employee gives towards their company. If Jess were to change companies I would probably choose to relocate with her.In the world that we live in with the things going on such as Covid, etc. companies need to realize which employees make a difference for them daily and which ones don’t. HORRIBLE customer service!!! Was charged $25 fee to basically look at a unit and determine that it was too small. They refused to refund the money because they said they were cursed at. INCORRECT. I know businesses are desperate for money with Covid but keeping someones money that did not even rent the place come on youre a multi million dollar company.

Kayla was able to help me out a bunch and gave me all the information I needed. The property was clean and well kept. Definitely would recommend public storage off of Huron.

Store #07013 Manager Jessica.... Let me just Start off by saying that this woman is not only an amazing employee/manager but also a very kind hearted woman. I have been going through a very hard rough patch in my life lately and it seems that every way I turned everything just kept crashing down around me and I felt helpless. It came to a point that my storage that was up to almost half $1000 past due was about to start being auctioned off. Inside my storage is pretty much everything I have left to own to my name after all the difficult times that Have been continuously coming my way! I had contacted Jessica and set up a day of which I’d be able to pay..., well within that time, (2 days), another horrible incident had came crashing down, yet again. All in all, Jessica did everything she possibly could to work with me and make sure that I did not lose everything that I had left to my name! She not only was an amazing manager, but she also, had heart behind her just being at her job For once, dealing with a manager at a company, it felt as if I was actually dealing with a person not just a programmed, trained, computerized, heartless, paper pusher, person that’s just working for a paycheck!!!! She was completely understandable, she could relate to some experiences that I have been going through, and she did pretty much everything she possibly could to work with me and make this happen for me! And for that, I THANK this woman and give my heart out to her and her effort to make not only mine but I’m sure many others days A lot easier. Jessica you are a rockstar and if there was more people like you out there in this world, it wouldn’t be such a s@&% show! Thank you so so much, you ma’am ARE the REAL MVP!

We were greeted by Jess, who was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She explained the storage unit options thoroughly and offered us lots of useful advice for our impending move. The facility was spotless and the grounds were very well kept.

Jess was super nice and helpful. We were worried about how we were going to be able to park our moving POD to unload and she made sure we could get it done. She answered all of our questions and was patient in making sure we understood all the fine print. The facility itself was clean and well maintained. She really made us feel like our belongings would be well watched over.

I have purchased boxes from you guys before. But now I have to have a storage unit to purchase them. Thats unfortunate. I was going to needstorage in the next few months when we move. I will not be getting a unit at this place that has rules in place like this. How am I supposed to start boxing my stuff up if you wont sell me boxes?

Worked with Jess yesterday and was in and out of there with a 5x8 unit in less than 30 minutes. Shes thorough, good at her job, and even remembered interacting with me months ago when I came in. They could use more staff around there to help though. Overall great experience and highly recommended!

Jess could be a host to a 5 star hotel. She was very knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions. She had a light-hearted humor that made the process fun and easy. Way cheaper than we were expecting. This place is clean and protected. Very happy with our unit. :)

Shelly was really awesome and helpful, she made sure that we were informed about everything, and even offered some useful items and insurance for my unit that that I did end up purchasing. I had a wonderful experience thank you.

I just wasnt impressed. Apparently, moisture is a problem in the units, so you have to spend even more money to protect your stuff. They offered a good deal for the first month, but I just wasnt a fan of the location, and the inside seemed run down. The 10x7 is a small unit, and the next size up felt very expensive compared to other storage places nearby.

Jess who manages there and works there, makes the whole process so much easier and enjoyable. Its always good when you run into someone who loves her job.There are 2 types of storages for the most part. In building A, you have 5 by 5 storages, to which there is plenty of height space to store up your belongings. The other outer units in sections B, C, ....F, ...G... are the large garage units. You will be given a digital code to come in and out of the structure. I recommend you take a picture of this code given to you in a little card.Save a bit of money by bringing in your own lock. Otherwise, PS has you cover. Whatever you may need, they have: Locks, tape, boxes, clear large mattress bags, etc...I paid $84/month for my 5by5 unit for 3 months. You pay every 1st of the month, whether you will use the whole month, or not. Every month is $84, flat fee.

I have never had any issues with this Public Storage. The staff/management is always friendly, nice. The grounds are always clean and kept up.

My storage didnt start off with ants but a month in I came to take some things from my storage unit and I came back to ants crawling on everything. I tried to go to the office to talk to someone about it but the door was locked (almost most the time)so I just took care of it myself. For anyone looking for outdoor storage be aware of ants and use preventative measures.

The customer service here is fantastic. I needed an indoor, air conditioned storage unit, and fast. Donice was the manager who helped me, and she explained everything clearly. I did my research and visited many storage facilities in the north area and hands down this place was a no brainer. The prices were very good and the place was very clean, but most of all the service provided by the manager Jess was outstanding! She absolutely knocked it out of the park and into the next town with customer service. You just dont see that these days anymore... and even if they had the highest prices in town I still would go with this place just based on the customer service and professionalism alone. I would definitely recommend this place for any of my friends and family!

This Public Storage location definitely offers great customer service. Jessica took the time to show me various sized units to make sure I got the one that fit my needs.Best of all she helped me find a better combination of internet pricing and promotional discounts that gave me a bigger 10x20 unit for LESS cost than a smaller 10x15 unit over two months time.
