Absolutely terrible customer service. Avoid. Questionable accounting practices as well.

This place is amazing drive up get exactly what you want even if its just one box and they hand it to you load right in your car, prices are unbeatable!!!!!! Will be back for sure!!!

Great service, no nonsense, and fast.

I have been using Denver Boxes for my small business since June (we sell planters). They have great customer service in the sense that they will make sure you are taken care of and satisfied every single time.Their prices are unbeatable and though their website interface isnt updated or the best, you can call them and Martin (yes the same person answers every time) will help get you what you need typically turned around same day or next depending on their inventory. Not being able to buy off their site is a small sacrifice for the benefits in price and service!Its so nice to support a small business (being one myself) that actually cares about you AND remembers your name, business and even they types of things youll end up needing. I was surprised to see they had less than a 5 star review and then realized most of the 1 star reviews were from December when they got completely slammed and probably a bit overwhelmed. I can tell you from many shopping experiences with them that the lack of being able to reach / communicate with them in December was a rareity and I understand how that month is hard for EVERYONE- shippers and recipients alike.We all do the best we can and Ive had a very great experience with them so far. Give them a shot, seriously, you wont regret it.

We were in desperate/immediate need of boxes for holiday shipping and found this place online, where it literally says call, email, OR STOP BY with their address listed. My husband drove 30 minutes out to their location. Unfortunately, when he got there - they were rude to him (shaking their head etc.) and told him he had to place his order online to pick anything up and they would not serve him. I sincerely wish the people working here could have been courteous to him and understanding that their own messaging on their website was misleading. I wish they could have had a customer service spirit about it all and made it work. Unfortunately, they were not kind, they have lost hundreds of local dollars from us, and we will never recommend them to any of our fellow shop owners.

Denver Boxes helped me with a unique shipping need. They didnt have the exact size I needed however they sold me the materials to be able to make a custom box. Great customer service in helping me find a solution on the fly. Reasonable prices too; would do business again!

Horrible customer service and terrible website. It’s impossible to figure out what they have and the pricing isn’t listed. When you call they get frustrated with questions. The man has zero customer service skills. He rushes you off the phone and acts as if your desire to give them business is an inconvenience. I’ll never bother again with them!

I would not recommend them to anyone. While we try to shop local as much as possible. Their ordering system is not web based and too easy to make mistakes, when ordering multiple box sizes. Instead of contacting you if the product name and product number dont match, they just guess. The in-stock inventory is low, so it takes days to get your boxes. So much easier to just buy from a competitor online, and you get better service.

This place is absolutely too good to be true. Martin helped me package some items that I needed to take on a plane with me. He was super friendly and even helped me carry everything to the car. Unbeatable prices as well! Couldn’t be happier! Thank you Martin!

Never had to ship a pallet before and they knew exactly what I needed, confirmed in stock over the phone. When I arrived (minutes before they closed for the day) they had what I needed waiting for me at the front desk.Denver Boxes made me feel like a VIP in todays world of customer service.
