Prescott was incredible. Set up some time to talk and he gave me some incredible knowledge, helped me find anything I might need along with tons of options (not too many to be stressful tho) but was a great guy with great products. Love this location.Thanks again Prescott.

I came in with my mom, she was looking for a multivitamin, while i just browsed around. One of the employees (not sure what her name was, a white woman on the older side) kept asking me if i needed help. i kept brushing her off, because i thought she was gonna try to sell me a gnc made product, since i know they make a commission off of it. after a few times she asked me to leave, because i was “acting suspicious”. My mom and i left without a word to her. Never going back there.

Troy was super helpful. Got us exactly what we needed. Took the time listen and understand what we wanted and helped us find the right product.

Troy was a delight! I walked in not really knowing what I want and he walked me through every protein that he thought was good. He took his time reading the back to me and really took his time with me and made sure I knew all my options. He was super nice and super helpful. I will definitely be returning!

Associate in store was friendly and knowledgeable. And the had what we needed. A great experience.

Horrible! They close at 8 and my boyfriend and I came at 6 pm. As we pulled up, the associate was coming out and locked the door. There was a sign on the door saying she would be back in 15. We waited 20 minutes and she still was not back. Last time we tried to come to this location, the same thing happened to us and we figured it was a one-off situation. Will definitely not be coming back here.

I wish I got her name but the women working was a delight and I’ll be back just because of her wed- Jan-13th 3:00pm

Fewer decent sales all the time and now they are getting rid of good products.

Stopped by Monday around 7pm, 11/9/20. A older woman greeted me as I walked in, everything seemed fine, she was being nice, she mentioned to me I could mix & match the 3D energy drinks and all was good. UNTIL I got to the register, then I’m really not sure why things went south like the way they did. I provide her my new phone number to update my GNC account and then she starts asking for my address, I tell her to just skip that as I’m just trying to be on my way and I dont like giving out my address. This is where things get bad. She raises her tone out of nowhere, frustrated and says I dont care Im just trying to get you out of here at this moment I really contemplated just leaving after such disrespect, but I figured I’m already there and Im about to be leaving. She starts scanning the 3D energy drinks one by one, even though the signs says a 12ct case is $25.99 so I speak up and I’m like oh the sign says it’s $25.99 for a case and she responds to me like WELL since you got ALL different flavors it’s different Not only did she tell me before that I could mix and match but what difference does it make if theyre all the same price? After that last disrespect remark I told her I’m good and she cursed me out on my out the store. Very classy

Jaden was awesome!! You can tell just by looking at him that he knows what he is doing!! But he really did know his stuff!! He was extremely helpful, professional and went above and beyond to help me to find exactly what i needed and helped me to really save my money by getting it delivered conveniently at a discount! I wouldnt go to any other store!!

Do these people know what they’re even doing?? Every time I walk in there is just old people with blank stares and hardly know what they’re talking about. Old woman tried to sell me a weight gainer when I told her I’m trying to lose weight

Although I really dont like this shopping center, the GNC store is really nice. Well-organized, clean, extremely helpful staff. They have most things that I need if Im in a pinch for a supplement or nutritional product.
