This place is the best. Thank you for helping me when my torch broke literally the day after I bought it instead of just making me buy another. This is my favorite head shop so I was even more pleased with their customer service when I needed it. Will definitely be back to spend more money!

Went in looking for a piece that can hold a large water volume with several percs, spent a good amount on a piece that was recommended by a worker here to be exactly what I was looking for. Turns out we were mislead and none of what was told to us happened to be the case. Now Im stuck with a piece I dont plan on using that has got to be sold. Wouldnt recommend this location if youre looking for knowledgeable, upfront staff.

A headshop above the rest. Excellent selection of glass including heady pieces (1 of a kind works of art). Retailer of Grassroots hats/gear. Seems theres often an artist blowing glass in the studio as well (always fun to watch). Well done 710!

710 pipes has always been one of my favorite places to shop. Theres wide variety from your basic pieces to some amazing heady functional pieces. Dylan is amazing and has helped me with all of my needs everytime I visit. She has really expansive knowledge on everything in the store and is super helpful!

Meant to write this a week or so ago, but when I went in right before close Brian helped me get some super good juice for my mod. Really good prices and insane selection, with some of the chilliest people Ive ever met in a place of business. Highly recommended.

I’ve been here a few times, the selection of glass and various tobacco and cannabis related products is phenomenal (glass, vape, papers, lighters..). Plus they have An on site glass blower, which is incredibly cool to see. Further, it’s incredibly easy to tell which section is local glass. Highly recommend this store and their fantastic customer reps.

Easily the best glass shop Ive been to from CO Springs to Cheyanne. Super dope pieces from awesome artists and (my favorite) one of the widest selections of hemp blunts anywhere. Everyones great, super knowledgeable, and usually knows what Im trying to find even when I explain it really poorly. 5/5!

Bought a colored water pipe and the color bled all over my hands. I spoke to an employee that told me because they are still short on stock, they are forced to sell inferior pieces.....I feel they should sell the inferior pieces with a disclaimer and a heavy discount, not $80 for a piece of junk.

Well they have selection and sometimes good service. But after going in latest time and being immediately asked ID for window browsing, before I was ever even greeted..... ill definitely be taking my business elsewhere.Its not a dispensary and those rude ethics are why I cant stand certain business practices.Try Freakys or another small town smoke shop that doesnt discriminate on shoppers.Watched them check ids on older looking gentleman after purchases well withing ten minutes in the parking lot writing this review.

Not a huge selection for vaping coukd of had more coils and juice flavors service was ok they dont have a restroom for the public which is too bad sense i was on limited time and really had to go so i only got the one thing i needed and didnt get to look around to see other things i might want i normally average around 200 in purchasing when i go to a vape shop this time it was only 2o. Maybe good idea to rethink bathroom policy

I am a Retired Veteran and this business is definitely Military Friendly. I have purchased quite a few pieces from them and to date, I have not had one problem with ANY of my purchases. ALL pieces arrived packaged very well, definitely with care. My orders typically shipped within 24 hours, if NOT the same day. 710 Pipes makes me feel like a valued customer. They constantly remind, that if I have any problems, concerns or questions, to simply call or send them an email. They have EXCELLENT customer service and peoples skill. I have probably spent around 1000 dollars here over a couple years. I buy a lot of vape stuff here. The juice is a little expensive, because its premium flavors but they run good specials that make it normal priced basically all the time. The staff is friendly, competent, and solid. Id hire any of them.

This place is hands down the absolute best Head shop/smoke shop whatever you want to call it! They literally have the nicest, chillest coolest employees and always able and willing to help with any and all questions! The Manager Brian/Bryan(hope one of those is correct lol) is SUPER knowledgeable on most if not all the glass in the entire shop. Always giving you the most info he has on the pieces and items you are looking at/for. They have some awesome deals, discounts and just overall very helpful! These guys have helped me a ton, way beyond I could ever ask for. If something didnt work correctly or was broken, just give them a call or come back in and they have always done right by me. Even if they cant return it or anything they have been there to help out on the next purchase or possibly even fixing the issue.
