I did my whole house with this company. Carpet and tile. They worked with me on a specific need I had, had REASONABLE PRICES (this was huge), and provided excellent quality materials and workmanship. I got my whole main floor done with these wood-like floor tiles and it looks amazing. The carpet is excellent too. My cat has had diarrhea on it like ten times and it still looks new after cleaning it off. Hes doing better now though. I will definitely call them first with any more tile/carpet/flooring needs. I also like how they have up front pricing that includes carpet pad and the like.

My wife and I just bought our new home and Abbey Carpet and Tile did a wonderful job for us! They took out carpet from 2 of our bathrooms and put in tile. Their store front was very nice and Tony was very professional from the get go and wrote a very professional estimate. Abbey Carpet and Tile is a very professional organization. I chose tile and carpet and had to make an alternative choice, but it was seamless. I am very impressed with Sean. He is so skilled in both tile and carpet installation. His work ethic is very much on display. He is all business and detail oriented. I was part owner of a carpet and tile store, so I have had experience with the skills necessary to complete the job. Sean has all of those skills in spades. I am extremely happy with his work.

Great customer service - quick, knowledgeable, and easy to work with! We had Abbey install all of the carpet in our home during renovations. The product they recommended is wonderful AND is the best quality and price that we found (and we did a lot of shopping around!).

Had a good experience with the guys at Abbey Carpet and Tile! It was my first time buying carpet and they were very very helpful, no pressure, let me come and go with free samples for a weeks before deciding on the ones that were right for me. The only problem was the installers took off our laundry room doors incorrectly and could not get them back on. One of the guys from the store personally came out a few days later for two hours and got the doors back on. Customer service is great, highly recommend.

Abbey Carpet is simply the only place in town I will ever use again. They have installed carpet at my house and my parents house... timely, professional, and a good value. They stand by their work, and are very helpful before, during, and after the purchase.

Don helped me with some patch work for my apartment. He gave me several ideas and came through with not only matching carpet, but he even got me the right size to patch it. Unlike the other big name stores that wanted to sell me 3x12 feet of carpet to patch a hole that was less than 1 square foot.Definitely having Don help me with my house remodel this summer.

After searching Denver for just the right carpet and tile, we found Abbey carpet. They had the perfect combination to suit our newly created space. Don was wonderful to work with. We had a few problems with our project along the way, delays and the need to order more tile more than once!!! I kept calling Don to reorder or ask for advice. He was always very helpful and a delight to work with. The customer service is excellent. Our project wasnt a big one, but we got the same service and attention that the owner of a mansion would receive. After months of delays, our project is finally finished and the carpet and tile are beautiful. We Love Abbey Carpet at 11455 Washington Street! I have used them 4 times now for carpet, on 3 different homes. They are easy to work with when I feel like Im going crazy! They offer great information when trying to choose between polyester, or nylon, as well as how the carpet will perform based on the information you share with them. The installers each time are just as amazing. After our carpet was installed, they came through and vacuumed all the leftover fibers, so I didnt have to. I felt that was a nice extra touch.If you need carpet, I would suggest checking them out.

From first walking into the showroom, throughout the process of picking carpet and vinyl flooring, getting the estimates, and all the way through the install, our experience with Abbey Carpet could not have been better. Kevin tolerated me over about the period of a year, and my household complications. In getting our home ready to sell, I had to address my projects in a room by room method. Many installers dont appreciate doing a room here, and a room there; but it was just my situation, and they were always happy to work with me. The guys were always professional, and kind. I took a long time deciding where I wanted to spend my money for new floors. It was very daunting and stressful. Once I decided to go with Abbey, I knew from the beginning that I made the right choice. From the sales staff to the installers, this company is top notch. I was informed of progress daily by the installer and their attention to detail was out of this world. Im a tough critic and couldnt find a single flaw in their work. They treated my home as though it was their own. So, if you dont know what company to choose, my suggestion is to stop looking and call Abbey. You will NOT be disappointed.

The sales person I talked to was very understanding of my needs and helped me find many options to choose from. I was actually surprised at how many options I had within my budget. We went to Abbey’s carpet as we have always heard good things about them. We needed to have our entire upper level of our home carpeted over 1,400 sq feet. We had no experience with carpeting and had to rely on the expertise of Don. He was very pleasant to deal with, Don walked us through the process. Don presented numerous carpet options and gave his recommendations on what he thought would be the best options for us. We were thankful for his assistance.The installation crew was awesome. Jimi and his crew of 2 did a fantastic job. I have never seen such a hard working crew. They completed the job in one day. We were expecting this to be a 2 day job. The crew was professional and respectful. They made sure they moved all the furniture back to where we wanted, and made sure our home was neat and clean before they left.We needed a few of our doors shaved down. Don followed up to make sure the door crew was out in the next couple of days. This place ROCKS! I am still in shock at how fast and easy my carpet purchase was with Abbey Carpet. I needed to purchase and have carpet installed in my townhouse as soon as possible. The previous tenants had left the carpets in pretty bad condition. The big box stores were telling me they could send their measurement crew out to measure in 2 weeks, then we would order the carpet to be delivered and we would have to set up the install with the installation team, all said we were looking at more then 2 weeks out before installation would be completed :-( ......(heavy sigh). We got in touch with Kevin at Abbey and he invited us to stop by the store to pick out carpet and he promised he could get us taken care of sooner than the 2+ weeks.I have always been a little intimidated by home specialty shops and have preferred the anonymity and getting lost in the sea of customers at the big box stores. So, I was a little nervous as we went into the Abbey showroom but once we met Kevin my fears were calmed. I explained to him what I was looking for and gave him my budget price range and he led us right to the perfect carpet. And it was a such a BARGAIN!! I was so excited! Then he said he could measure the next morning (really!) and after the measurement he called and said they could install the next day!!! Seriously!! The installers were amazing, professional, and very efficient! And it is beautiful!! Great job by a great team!! I could not have hoped for any better experience and I encourage EVERYONE looking for carpet to go see these guys!! They will hook you up...FAST!!!
