We had a new alarm installed & the original alarm was to be removed, which it wasn’t. When the original alarm started going off at random times, I was told the dealership needed to dismantle it. When I took it to the dealership, I was informed the install was one of the worst jobs they’ve seen. The wiring were all crossed and spliced incorrectly, causing the original alarm to be confused. Due to that, the new alarm, which was set at a sensitive level, had to be removed & then our catalytic converter was stolen. I never received a call back from the manager to discuss. I guess they are a great shop for amateurs!

Martin was super helpful in diagnosing and fixing a remote start issue I was having. Turns out I bought the wrong remote from Amazon. He grabbed the correct remote to verify and I was out the door within a few minutes. Amazon was a little cheaper but super unclear about remote compatibility and now in stuck dealing with returning product. Im wishing I would have saved myself the headache and gone straight to Quality Auto Sound from the start. Definitely recommend!

Upon getting a warranty swap on some 12 JL Audios I bought an upgraded pair of subs the guy at the front counter poorly installed my new subs into the old box and one of them literally bumped its self out of the box. Thats a problem. My next problem is they used my warranty swap on the new subs to cover their poor install. Now Im out my warranty on a brand new pair of subs.

Branden and the rest off the Quality Auto sound team did an awesome job getting the sound that I was wanting in my 2014 F-150. It can be a challenge trying to convey an idea to people sometimes, but Branden knew what I was after and delivered big time! Job well done!🙏

Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever received. My radio was defective after about a month after installation. Because of lack of chips in the world you could not get a replacement. But when I asked could we figure something out so I’m not with out a radio for what ever time it will be to get a replacement, like a different radio. I was told to bad unless I wanted to spend another $500 on a new radio. So I went two months without a radio and being able to talk hands free on my phone. When a replacement finally came in I asked could I get a break on the installation of the steering wheel controls being hooked up sense you were going to pull the radio. Because of the two month inconvenience. I was told nope. And the price to do it went up $80 in three months of the original installation. Unfortunately because of this extremely poor customer experience I would never recommend anyone to your place of business. And you lost at least $1200 - $1400 worth of business. Because on my sons birthday on 8/16 when the vehicle becomes his I planned to add another amplifier and replace all the factory speakers. I am truly not a difficult person. I’m in the service industry myself. But I believe when your business has a problem you go out of your way to make it right. And that was the furthest thing your place of business did. Sorry to have to tell you all of this, but I thought you should know. Sincerely Brent Window

This quality Auto sound will upscale sell you more expensive music than you really need.. make sure to get all the parts that come with all the music that you purchased from them because they will keep it and resell it... I asked for a standard stereo a new speakers thats it I had a budget of $350 they upscale sold me a system way over my budget for $600I was told if youre not spending over 500 dont even come there when they clearly have affordable sounds for everybody do not let those guys tell you what you cant buy with your own money so I get them two thumbs downthumbs down

As much as I wanted the alarm system that I purchased there installed into my car that day at the Thornton location, THEY had to cancel my appointment due to an error THEY made when THEY picked up the wrong part. When I went to pick up my car, THEY could not fit me into THEIR schedule before my road trip AND THEY would not refund my card for the purchase. THEY would only allow IN STORE CREDIT. I had to call the Regional Store Manager in Lakewood. He kindly apologized and even though they were booked at his Lakewood location, he fit me into that schedule. The store manager in Thornton was stubborn and NOT at all flexible in working with me. He kept saying, Thats store policy. Im sorry, but sometimes there needs to be some flexibility and responsibility for THEIR ERRORS! Common sense went out the window that day for him, I guess. I will never shop at the Thornton location again!

I called the store on 119th and Washington on Wednesday talked to Chris about my radar detector not working he said to come in on Thursday and all I had to do was purchase a new protection plan and he would swap it out for a new one. When I went in on Thursday they said no Chris there he apparently was at another location. This store charged me 100 dollar core charge and a new protection plan. I called the number that was linked to 119th and still got the location that I originally called in Lakewood they told me I wasn’t the only person this happened to. Really upset

I have a disability so I purposely came in and asked them if I needed to have my car detailed in order for them to put in my car speaker.they told me no they said vacuumed clean and no food or drink. I said ok cleaned and vacuum my car took in and they refuse service after being paid in full. If I could leave zero Stars I would this is the worst game ever cant believe that theyre still in servicetelling me I needed to get my car detailed before they can touch it.. I clean my car out from top to bottom vacuum it over and over again took it in twice and now theyre refusing to give me a refund

Purchased new car audio system for my 2012 Subaru Impreza. Walked in with a system in mind but Brandon was able to recommend an even better idea within budget. Bought a 6 alpine speakers, deck and hush mats. Scheduled service same week and had it done under 24 hours! Great service, great quality. 10/10 recommend!

They were very disrespectful of my time. I dropped off at 9:00 for a 1 hour diagnostic. I had my 3 kids along with me and expected to be without my car for 1-2 hours. 3 hours later they havent even started on the car and we had to pick it up without any work being done. They did not apologize or offer any solutions. Poor customer service.

Brandon the sales manager helped me out he gave me upfront answers to what I need to power the speaker that I had and he noticed I had an 8g power wire and recommended me to to use a 4g which I did then I purchased a kicker amp 1600 watts from him I am satisfied with this purchase A++

QAS has worked on my 2016 Benz at 2 locations. I have been taken care of each time as I upgrade my vehicle. The only reason I have not given them five stars is due to pricing. The General Manager and employees at Quality Auto Sound were fantastic! They were very helpful, easy to work with, and did everything to help me replace my remotes for my viper system. They have a awesome team there. I have a closer Quality Auto Sound near me but I was always go to this location because of the employees and help they give me.

I took my porsche there to have a new head unit wired in.First, let me say they have worked on my car before. They had in fact fixed a head unit on a previous radio. They quote three hours of labor which I was fine with. When I paid is howed them where the amps and everything were and I was assured they could do it.On the day of the install I brought them my car hoping to get it done quick. I got a phone call in the middle of the day stating they need more money. They spent the three hours tracing everything that I had shown them and had decided that my car needed to be completely rewired. Keep in mind everything worked fine originally.When I challenged them on this they became hostile and insulting. They threw excuse after excuse and did nothing.I strongly suggest you stay away. Find another place to deal with your car audio. The experience her wont be worth it.

I called these guys up and explained that I am about 25 miles away. The, so called counter guy, stated to me to bring down the car and he would look at it. The old radio is already out. He wanted to look at it to make sure he had everything he needed to install a stereo at A LATER DATE. I get down there and HE does not even want to look at it. He was not interested. If this place is the only place to install car stereos, I WOULD NOT, WOULD NOT EVEN MENTION THEIR NAME. i WOULD BE ASHAMED OF MYSELF TO HAVE MY GOOD FRIENDS SHOP HERE.

Does anyone know of or have contact information for Management, besides people at the store? My car is now on a tow truck and the RM will not give me any other information on who to contact for resolution. I was also told they do not offer a guaranty or warranty (which is false advertising from their website.) Anyone with information, please let me know. This is the worst experience I have ever had anywhere and these people need to be reported. I had a Viper 5706V 2-Way Car Alarm installed on a 2017 Mercedes Sprinter Van. I had some trouble finding a shop that could do that work as Mercedes are apparently harder installs. The van is not compatible with a 2-way start and didnt want that anyway so I had to communicate this. I picked the Northgleen site because they had prior experience with Sprinter vans. Everything worked on fine and Im Ioving the 2-way remote. I got a proximity sensor, extra rear shock sensor, and tilt sensor. Worked with Devon on sales and later with Brandon. Make sure you ask lots of questions so your requirements are understood. So far so good.

Ive taken a couple vehicles here over many years, and Ive always been really happy with the service. Everyone there really knows car audio, and I always have a lot of questions. They patiently explain my options so I can get my vehicles set up the way I want them. They even did a great job on my backup camera.A few years after my last successful install, the stereo stopped working like it didnt have power. I called to make an appointment and they remembered me from years ago. They looked up my stereo model and told me how to reset it, and that brought it back to life. No appointment necessary! When you get work done here, they always stand by it. Thats important. Thanks, guys!

Started out with good customer service.Salesman was knowledgeable and found everything I needed.I was told it would be about 10 days to install.Dropped off car at 8:00 am and wasnt done until 4:30 pm.Did not recieve call or updates all day long.Work was completed but communication was lacking.

Got a new radio and an installation and they did an absolutely fantastic job! Their customer service is impeccable as well! If I ever need anything auto sound related again Ill be coming back here!

Generally it was OK. I am still not happy with the XM antenna giving up after only 2 years but they gave me a break on the replacement, after all I gotta have working XM which it does rather well now. Thanks, people!!!

First of all don’t shop here!! Spoke with a gentleman named Brandon(His hand writing was sloppy but pretty sure that’s it, claimed to be the manager). Went in to get a remote start for my car, was priced at $459.44. After being quoted over the phone for $300, asked him to right down all the parts so I could get quoted elsewhere on the same materials. He in return wrote that I need the viper start for $199 and then a “Part 204” and labor for $259. When I asked what the specific part was he told me it was a DV3, but that no one else would know what it is cause there are “so many modules”. I considered that to be very shady and went right down the street to Best Buy on 104th, who then told me that they do know what that part Is but that it was not needed at all. Ended up getting everything I needed from Best Buy, including the install for $350.

Brandon helped me pick a whole new system for my Tahoe. He did a great job! It pounds, just what I wanted. Now I constantly drive around just to listen to my music.

They sold me the wrong dash insert for my radio and it’s a 25 mile drive one way so I drove to Walmart and got the correct one.I tried to return it and they wouldn’t. 25dollar dash kit just cost you a boat radio,amp and speakers.I will not step foot in any of there stores again......................

Just trying to make sales... And left wires out hanging visible. Did not go over how the lease agreement really works. Told me it be like 120 a month and what I was showed. Turned out that was a lie. 300 a month! Only 700ish for the system and taxes bring it to 1400 for work. Up to $3000 with the leasing they didnt tell me about just to make the sell. They did not fix the wire issue as it was a illegal procedure they did to make the dvd work without needing park.The progressive leasing company was very unhelpful too but after not paying for months and explaining what the company did to me they helped me get the 120 a month I was promised for the 6 months!Not to mention look how the owner responds to these reviews. Unprofessional and ready for your money, careful.

I would have listened to my gut but Martin came across as so helpful and professional over the phone that I was duped into driving over to meet with him in person. Very dishonest about wanted to be done.They told me whole system would have to be gutted.The truck was purchased missing just a couple of components, the owner had removed. Your competitors fixed it for a few hundred dollars.They also installed a new mic to the radio in my other truck,after you guys reinstalled the radio and said it couldnt be done.Never will recommend you guys.

I would have given 5 stars but I had to take my car back again so they could hook up my back up camera then i ened up having to buy a new back up camera because they couldnt hook up the factory one. They ended up replacing the radio because the first one wasnt working properly. All in all they did a good job. The first vehicle lI took down there they did an outstanding job putting in radio, cameras and lights. Brandon was great to work with both times I would recommend them to friends and family.

I came in to get a radio installed instead ended up buying one from them. A week later went to have it installed got and it worked great only thing my AC and 4x4 didnt work. So I had to come in the next day to have them plug them back in after 10 min they brought my car back and my AC work but they didnt fix my 4x4 instead of having to bring it back in for the 3rd time I decided Id do it myself after opening it up I dont know they did but the wire wont plug back in. So thanks for that.

The whole team went above and beyond to ensure that I had all of my questions answered and needs met even making sure I got the right size siren/horn and tucking the wires the specific way that I requested which required a bit of extra work. The end result is everything I could hope for with the great experience as a bonus. I will most definitely be returning (my truck is feeling a little neglected)
