I just bought my first pair of Cowgirl Boots at Boot Barn! They are amazing! I want like 20 more pairs! Its the best! I had a great shopping experience and I cant wait to come in again! This place is cowboy Walmart. Large, clean, and very organized. Went in for work boots, but only had 4 in the tactical style that I wanted, out of the rows and rows of cowboy boots. Staff was very helpful giving me directions to a different store. Would recommend for anyone that loves leather goods

Good place bit over priced on some of the clothes. Not a lot that would fit mt style so i go to the one up north. Better boot selections and cloths I am more comfortable whearing. But still recommend the boots soft or steel toe

The staff was so helpful, they really took care of us while we were here. They were there to help the second we stepped in and helped us find exactly what we were looking for so efficiently!! It was almost like having a personal shopper, I was very impressed!

This boot barn is the closest location to where I live (4 hour drive one way) to call a retail store to see if they had a few items in stocks and be told that they cant help me because there are too many people at the register? Sure hope the customer service is better in person but I wont be taking my business there.

Poor customer ServiceBought pair of Hawx work boots within a week shoelaces snapped, wouldnt exchange shoe laces, bought a second pair of Hawx boots rivets holding shoe lace hooks broke within 3 days, told since i wore them I couldnt return them, didnt matter that manufacture website stated if there is ever a problem with our product we will gladly take it back.Poor Quality products, Poor Customer Service

Went in today to shop for some boots for my husband. The one that was helping in the back nick gave us two different boots widths and when paying Leslie was very rude and were cussing to each other about us for making them do extra work when it wasn’t our fault. Should not talk about their customers in front of them, it is very rude

Janae and Nimfa were very helpful and kind. However this didnt make up for the experience with the the previous 3 employees at this location and many others over 3 other locations. One in particular seemed disinterested in helping me as it looks like I dont have money getting off of a long days work and pretty dirty. I was looking for a more expensive boot so it seemed he didnt want to help me. Finally I just asked if he can find me a size I needed. He tells me the location in thornton has the size I need. I follow up by asking if he can have them hold them for me. He says fine. I drive close to closing time and they have no idea of any boot on hold nor do they have it in stock. They begin to call other locations that say they have it online. No answ we es. They finally get an answer and send me to Longmont for another failure. Very poor experience and the manager at Northglenn says he can only help if u apply for a credit card. Poor response would definitely avoid and consider el si hay on federal.

During my visit I was welcomed by friendly staff, who were very helpful answering the few questions I had. This location has a great selection of items from all the big names, hats, shirts, boots and so forth. I made a mistake purchasing a hat without viewing the size, made a return trip the next day and had no problems exchanging the item in question. Fantastic experience at this store. Sheri was beyond helpful and got me everything I needed. I have a harder to find size and really liked a particular boot style that they didn’t have in stock in my size.She went above and beyond to find the size and honor the in store price. This is honestly one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had the pleasure of having. I’d highly recommend this Boot Barn location to anyone as their customer service is phenomenal.

My US Army Veteran Dad who is visually impaired wanted to purchase a hat, he found one he liked and the ticket price shown was what he assumed it to be. However, when we got to the register the price was much different (higher). When shown the price to the person at the cash register she said oh no they (7hats) are on the wrong rack and that is the wrong price. Needless to say we did not purchase anything from them and will not return. On a lighter note the guy in the back discussed thoroughly how they would stretch my Dads boots, he was pleasant and informative.

Great place to buy work boots.Back in late April I bought a pair of Wolverines for 179 dollars. I work in a metal fabracation shop and need steel toe boots. These shoes were very comfortable and I was very satisfied with my purchase, but during this time my left boot only seemed to have filled up with dirt and sand and grit thus making them heavier than the right one and thus I could not wear then anymore. Today finally after going to a couple of shoe repair shops to have them checked out and told there was nothing they could do for me I brought them back. To my surprise the manager. Mike. Took a look at this boots and came to the conclusion that it was a manufacturer defect and gave me complete store credit. I tried on a few pairs. And ended up getting a pair of Hawks composite toe boots. They fit great will wear than every day at work. Thank you boot barn you guys are wounderful.

Horrible experience. I’ve been to this boot barn many times before and the previous employees/managers have always been helpful. This time around, the workers were horrible. Crissi was the only one that was helpful, and the only one that really knew what she was talking about when it came to boots and women workwear boots. The rest of the younger workers on the floor were rude and they were acting like they hated their job. They had no idea what they were doing. I had a fitting room started and most of my things were missing, when I brought it up to one of them her response was, “oh well it wasn’t me so I don’t know what to tell you.” They acted mindless and it seemed like they had no idea what they were doing there. Someone should explain to these employees that they aren’t doing more than they should be by offering a good service, a.k.a. doing their job.

I actually didnt buy anything I went with a friend and I have to say they treat there customers awesome and make you feel welcome.

Came in looking for a real leather belt for my son. He was actually at another clothing store being outfitted for business casual wear, but the only real leather belt they had at that store was over $70, which was crazy. Boot Barn had a large selection of belts of much higher quality at around half that price. My son was really impressed with the quality and value. I had fun shopping there too, I had a good time joking around with the employees, and they were all well versed in their stores inventory. I almost bought a Stetson. I probably will WHEN I go back.

Boot Barn is one of my favorite stores. Beyond their vast array of boots, they have a great selection of shirts to choose from. I am awful at clothes shopping. Never know what looks good, or what matches or anything. The last time I went through Boot Barn, was to find a shirt, and my lack of skills was not making the process easy for me. But the incredibly friendly staff, went above and beyond. I wish I could remember her name, but one of the girls there, spend a good amount of time with me, helping me pick shirts and giving feedback on how they looked on me. She had great taste, seeing as I always get compliments when I wear the shirt we ultimately decided on. But my favorite thing Boot Barn, is their hat selection. I am extremely picky about my hats. Ball caps and or Cowboy hats. Boot Barn has been my go to for hats for the past four years, and I dont intend on that changing in the foreseeable future.

If I could give negative stars I would I will never shop at this boot barn again rude disrespectful and poor customer service I purchased boots that were the incorrect size and only wore them for 2 hours, tried to exchange them because I needed a slightly bigger size and got told no because I wore them. No cuts or scuffs on the boots still look brand new. So now I’m out $240 because they don’t know how to do their job correctly. I called corporate and was told by corporate that they should have swapped them out. Now corporate will be investigating this store

Very good service here. I needed some work boots, and the guy who helped me was very knowledgeable about the boots. He even pointed out where the boots could fail and downsides (I was most impressed by this, because boots always fail somewhere eventually, and having that info was EXTREMELY helpful). I will almost definitely be buying all my boots from here from now on. In general it was also a very nice store.

Horrible return policy. Even if defective they will not return because the term defective is up to them to decide. Overpriced and true lack of craftsmanship when it comes to their work boots. Will never return, and you’d be wise to choose another store that strives for customer satisfaction.

The staff was very helpful it seems at least once a year we shop their because our grandkids. For his 5th birthday the boy grandkid is having a cowboy theme party. I was told by him I needed to wear a cowboy hat. I dont wear any hats normally and Im cheap. The staff took time to help me out find a cheap cowboy hat. I was surprised at the wide prices and selection they had of cowboy hats. Till next year who knows what I will need but I have the hat covered for this year.

Huge upgrade since I was last at this location. Definitely got updated and it shows, even the business looks to be getting busier.

I had a pair of boots I had selected behind the counter, a new belt, a new work pants. Out of five people all employees loitering at the counter only one was able to check people out and when finally a new employee showed up who seemed able to perform the checkout process and finally waved me over... the moment that I got to the to the cash register she decided to take a phone call.. You know boot barn you can get Carhart at the grocery store now and that’s where I’m headed! The rest I’ll get on Amazon and I just did from your parking lot.

Im a recently graduated filmmaker making a film about goldpanners in the 1860s. I have driven across almost the entire front range area looking for a felt hat that I could use in the film. Moises spent quite some time talking to me until we found something that would work for me. Its amazing to see employees that are willing to help local artists. It truly means the world.

Im not sure if the staff is paid on commission or not, but I was approached by four different staff members who wanted to know if I needed assistance - Im a 33-year-old guy, and Ive been buying shoes for quite some time now, so I think I had everything covered. If the crazy people in blue shirts and khakis at Best Buy dont hound you enough, go to the Boot Barn where your sure to get asked at least a dozen times if you need help picking out that special pair of Chippewa work boots, complete with steel toes and rubber ground in case you get shocked by a lightning. They also have a nice selection of flannel.

This place would be great if we werent followed by the Key holder. EVERYTIME we go in this place we are followed by the on duty manager and watched like a hawk. Funny thing is, they are profiling me because of my tattoos and hair when everyone in there has seen me and most thieves want to go UNNOTICED. If we didnt need to go in here we probably would shop somewhere else.
