Usually go in this place, enjoy it, and have no problems. I have been going to this location for years. Last time I went two weeks ago they had a completely new workforce. The current team is not friendly and is so rude. I believe it was the manager/s standing outside who was also rude. When someone asks a question we ask because we are the customer and dont know otherwise. Please dont treat meike Im supposed to know and please dont rush me when I have fairly and patiently waited my turn in line.. Think Ill find somewhere else to go.

Lighten up ladies!! Youre promoting wonderful products and scents, not caskets in a funeral home.Employees were not warm or welcoming and did not care to greet incoming customers. They seemed annoyed by the most basic product questions. Maybe it was just an off day, not sure if I care to revisit in order to confirm that.

We walked in, silence, no greeting..nothing. Benefit of the doubt, maybe theyre busy, maybe they didnt see or hear. So we proceeded to peruse. Some people walked in after us, they were greeted.Granted, there was someone working the register, so I dont hold anything against her.But the one on the floor, she deliberately ignored us. Walked right by us to ask the others if they were still doing ok. Greeted more people who walked in, then she walked by us, looked straight at me with a glare. At that point, we left. On our way out, we were finally spoken to...she thrusts out a cheap have a nice day. We spent our money at the Orchard B&BB, and will happily do so from now on.

Women their were talking politics. That is not something that clients should be hearing. Either discuss it in the back or outside of work.

Staff is always great but I feel they have cheapened the quality of their products. The hand soaps seem like they are watered down and they dry out my skin. They used to be much better and for their expensive prices; i will spend my money elsewhere.

The workers there were very rude! The store was packed which is understandable because the time of year. Made the comment to my son that Id just do my shopping online. Instantly one of the women working there snapped at me rudely Were sold out online.! First of all she had no idea what I was even shopping for so how would she know it was sold out?And second I wasnt even talking to her so she should have just kept her mouth shut and let me leave without a rude comment. I get it you make commission on sales done at the store but that kind of stank attitude isnt gonna make me shop at your store.

All of the ladies were helpful and determined to help me find smells my mom would like because she is very specific. They checked in when I had full hands to hold it at the register so I didnt have to carry it all. On top of great service they told me all the ways I could have coupons and worked it out at the register to be able to use all of them. Saved almost 200$. Great experience.

Good location for a quick shopping trip. There is always plenty of close parking available. The staff at this location is approachable and helpful.

The visit was more for my wife to get stuff. But none the less the store was clean and nice and the ladies working werer polite and helpful. I just finished eating a chilli dog, so Im glad they have samples of soap and a sink there to try so I can wash my hands. And this time of year (winter) my knuckles always get dry so Im glad they also have samples of their hydrating hand creams to try. Definitely worth a stop, check em out.

Was walking in and a customer coming out said The girl in there is very rude, I walked in and she did not even acknowledge me. I picked my items and when I was paying again she was very cold. She could definitely use some customer service skills.

I usually love this store. Theyre trending really sweet smells right now & pretty much nothing else. So thats kind of a bummer if you dont like really sweet sprays & lotions.

I am appalled with the service at this store. It is unacceptable for a sales representative to treat a customer with the unbelievable disrespect that my mother got at this store. I told her about the $3 lotion promotion that happened yesterday. When she went to BBW, she got nothing but attitude from the employees in the store who said she was entitled to $3 lotions. When she went to ask another sales representative a question, the rep wouldnt even look at my mother to answer her question. I HIGHLY recommend not shopping here. If you want good service, make the trip to BBW in Broomfield. The manager and team are so friendly and LOVE helping customers find what they are looking for. I will NEVER recommend this particular location to anyone again. Truly dissatisfied.
