It was pretty disappointed I drove to the store in Thornton Colorado and also Westminster Colorado they are very low on baby shower party games but the staff in both stores were extremely nice and attentive

This party city got a makeover recently and it looks quite nice. The staff are always very nice and welcoming upon entering. The one thing I did find upsetting is that they didnt have a lot in stock the day I went. Online said they had much more than they did in store. Otherwise I still recommend hitting up Party City for all your party needs I have found the prices here to be cheaper than expected.

Came to the store and was turned away at 850 saying theyre closing. When I told them the website said 12am, I was told I was wrong and that the website has not updated. As you can see in my picture, the website was updated 2 weeks ago by the store.

Management is “brilliant” (hint hint wink wink) only care about a nice easy pay day for at least amount of effort. Place looks decent and clean but because management couldn’t care less the employees don’t really care either.Great place to apply if you want A free paycheck.

Party cups for ONE DOLLAR!! Cant beat that!! Only hiccup is each I purchased had to be price adjusted. Other than that great deal happy cashiers!!

This is a great place to go for party supplies including holiday supplies! They have pretty much everything here from balloons, piñatas, paper goods, themed party supplies, wedding invitation (even can create custom wedding invitations). They also have supplies for your catering needs, everything from toothpicks to chafing dishes and rolls of tablecloths. If you need a quick costume, they have it here too - everything from wigs and beads to hosiery and fill costumes (especially at Halloween time). They have lots of candy and supplies to fill up your party treat bags too! The people working here are super friendly and helpful!

This store has the poorest customer service Ive ever dealt with. Ive been in the store three times to get balloons and every time I want a balloon filled up they never have time to help a customer they want you to pull one thats halfway deflated and and be happy with it. Their customer service sucks I will not be going to that store or even any Party City again

Party city is the bomb! I purchased balloons for my daughters bday. They were costly but so worth it because she loved them! The service was outstanding!! I didnt get the young ladys namethat helped me, but she had beautiful, natural red hair. She was SOO patient with me!

Very disappointed with the application process party city has. With the website constantly having issues and seems to be programmed by the cheapest company in the world. When reaching out to HR or the store, I was told numerous times by multiple employees “I don’t know”. I would recommended not working for a company that is so disorganized.

Trying to order balloons for my sons birthday online. The date I need is open to choose, but there are no times to select for pick-up. Other days have this available and I would be able to proceed with my order. In calling the store to make a phone order, I was told I needed to either order online or come into the store to place the order...That is the worst customer service I have heard of. During COVID, employees arent competent enough to take product numbers over the phone and take an order? Going to another company to get this done. What a joke.

The employee Amber Atencio kept forcing me to buy the Lion Guard when i told her i was not interested she is 20 and lives in Denver Colorado she has a facebook page called QueenGothkiaras Circle of life kingdom and she tries to sell online with out permission from her manager and she says little kids are so annoying and she hates people who has aspbergers she threatens others online and cyberbullies them she uses a lot of fake names her real name is Amber Atencio she needs to be fired from the store

Good place for parties. Limited selection for themes, mostly limited to top pick movies or a few plain colors. Seemed a tad over budget for what your getting. Think we spent a little over 100$ for one bag that had a few balloons a table cover some candy and plates. Friendly and helpful staff though.

This place is always my go to for any event. They got smart this year with the way they have the Halloween costumes organized. So people cant just come in & blow up that section!!!

TV ad said .25 cent table clothes.Actually had to spend $20.00 then you could get 5 table clothes for 25 cents.Supposedly in fine print on the TV.Other customers left too as soon as the deal was explained.Wont be going back there for anything. Deal or no.

I ordered online and picked up in store twice and then the third time I went into the store and looked around. Party city is awesome. Every time I call, they answer. The prices are expensive but the customer service is great. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible.

Good Selection for the season. Great Savings on clearance items. I was looking for items for an 80s themed birthday party and did not see much. Staff were friendly.

The lady working here Im not sure if shes one of the owners but she had great customer service she listen to what I was looking for and tried to help me and if they didnt have it at that store she also recommended other stores I can go to to find what I wanted so I really appreciate that and if Im ever looking for anything in the future I will definitely look at this store first because of the great customer service.

I went into this store and it said trolls birthday supplies were 50% off so I grabbed some balloons and they weren’t ringing so the cashier called the manager which took 15 minutes for the manager to respond he then tells me he he balloons aren’t on sale Which the sign clearly said all birthday supplies EXCLUDING TABLEWARE balloons are NOT tableware sir so I will not NOT be coming back to this store if they can not honor their signage

Visited several of these stores the week before Halloween. All the stores were in good shape, well organized. The staff was also very friendly. The costume pick up process appeared to be very well organized, like a well run machine.

Had an issue with my balloon order in the middle of a very busy rush, and the manager took great care of me

They have plastic tablecloths for 25 cents, limit 5. A great deal. Very nice people who work there are very helpful.

We got my sons ninja costume here. Noticed the sword accessory didnt come with so we looked around the store for it, couldnt find it so we looked it up online. Found it online & seen they had 24 in stock @ the store we were @ so we gave the SKU # to the woman by the costumes & she said they did have 24 in stock but hadnt yet put them out. Since she was too lazy to go get 1 from the back she tried to get us to just get a different 1 multiple times then told us to go to a different Party City where they might have one out. Very unprofessional & very rude. This woman has no people skills at all. She should be in the back unstocking instead of handling the costumes area.

They literally have everything, the staff is helpful with making sure you dont need help with anything. I didnt mean to spend as much as I did and I should have tried on my costume because they had fitting rooms..great place!

This is the second time I’ve ordered balloons from this location, and the second disappointment. My first experience, I had ordered large balloons for my granddaughters 1st birthday. The balloons were limp immediately. We later took an extra back and they filled it properly.For her 2nd birthday I ordered a few different sets of balloons online. First of all I thought the payment was made online because it forced me to put in a credit card. Later was informed that wasn’t the case, which I still need to confirm on my cc statement. When I arrived to pick up the balloons, right at the time I reserved them for, some were already limp. The cashier rang up my order based on a sheet of paper she had that in no way matched my online order. She also tried to ring me up for a set of 15 balloons that I had ordered, but they failed to blow up.After a 5 minute car ride I arrived at home, tied the balloons to some chairs and immediately 3 of them popped. I am so disappointed in the quality and service of both Party City online and the store staff at Northglenn.

Its okay. The prices are a bit high but if you need specific decorations or theme in a single stop then you might feel its worth it. Skip the helium bottle as its about $5 cheaper elsewhere.

I purchased a halloween doll at this location a few days ago and lost the reciept. The doll broke and Peggy went out of her way to find the transaction in order to have the doll returned. She did not have to go through all the hassle but did and I cannot express how thankful I am for that. Thank you so much Peggy!

Went here to get my daughters birthday party loved it so many different themes to choose from

The girl who took our balloon order did not put our name on the order. So when we came to pick up the balloons the was a lot of hassle and I am pretty sure the manager turned the security cameras toward us and took our picture. I could not find my receipt(my fault) but has she taken the order correctly it should have had my name and phone #on it. My husband used our online banking info to show what we paid for the balloons and it matched the price on the receipt that is the only way we were able to get our balloons.

The service with the manager (I believe) after buying the wrong thing online was very helpful. Although she seemed hesitant and annoyed at first, she willfully helped me find what I was looking for after some clarification.

They always have what I need. Prices are ok. The store is clean and organized.

Horrible. Two of the employees made fun of me as soon as I turned my back because I said Thank you so much. I was exchanging a damaged costume I was sold for some boots and the girl at the counter kept interrupting me before I could say I just wanted to exchange. Everyone was rude and unhelpful. Go to another store. If you have to buy from here check everything thoroughly before you leave. Their manager should be ashamed.

SHAME ON PARTY CITY FOR THE LACK OF HELP AND PROFESSIONALISM!! I would not reccomend this store especially after the most recent inncodent!! I originally came into the store because of my sisters gender reveal party. I wanted a big black balloon filled with confettii for my sister and brother-in-law to pop to find out what they are having.....I really didnt care about the cost either!!! Not only did they not have a big black balloon, but they said they could stuff a balloon with confetti!! This made me very upset given the fact I only had 2 days to get the balloon ready, because the ultra sound and party were only 2 days apart!! I was the only one who knew the gender.....all the pressure of this party was laid on me to make this surprise perfect!! Talk about stress! When i spoke to the CSR she looked annoyed that i was asking for help, sorry i asked her to do her job....pretty sure she even rolled her eyes as me.....we dont do those kind of balloons here, they are not a high demand item...ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? Gender reveal partys are huge now a days AND youre a pary store, you have 50+ styles of balloons and you cant help with a gender party balloon?? I asked for the store manager, he said pretty much the same thing, he said they only had small black balloons and that I should have ordered a balloon online a head of time!! HOW DOES THAT HELP ME NOW?? THATS WHY I CAME TO YOUR STORE!!! Another customer overheard and said she had the exact same problem a couple years ago, and she recommended Fun Services Party Store down the street on 128th and Huron, so thats where I went instead!!! Anyway, I went into Fun Services Party Store and they helped me without hesitation and got a decent amount of $$$ out of balloons and decorations too! I explained my dilemma with Party City and she reassured me that she could help! She lead me to the balloon isle, recommended a big 3 foot black balloon, cause little balloons look a little sad!! She then showed me all the adorable confetti and helped coordinate more balloons (pink and blue)....she got the balloons set with coordinating ribbons and assured me I could pick them up the next day....I left feeling happy :) the next day I came to pick everything up, the balloons were set, bagged and ready for the party!!!......okay now flash forward to the party, it was beautiful with pink and blue balloons and decorations too...thanks again for helping with the decorations too... ..now time for the big reveal.....my sister and brother-in-law had pins in hand POPPED the balloon & pink confetti AND pink flowers flew everywhere!!! I didnt order the flowers, instead the party store went above and beyond to make the pink really pop out, PINK rained down EVERYWHERE and it made this very special day perfect and VERY memorable!!! I will never go anywhere else other than FUN Services Party Store, Party City lost me for life as a customer and I plan on telling MANY other people.....SHAME on you Party City, you didnt even try to gelp, instead I left being talked down to, eye ball rolls and frustereted!!! Thats okay, I guess thats what yelp and google reviews are good for, oh yeah and calling high ups!!!
