Great place! I was nervous because I was already feeling so judged and bad about myself for having to get an interlock in the first place. I wasn’t in a good mood. But the manager was super nice and even spent a few minutes chatting with me about my situation and he was incredibly nice and sympathetic and made me feel like I definitely came to the right place.

The guys in the shop were fantastic! Super friendly, proficient and made me feel very comfortable. They were extremely helpful and got me in and out. Great customer service guys, looking forward to working with them through my time with Smart start!

Highly unprofessional location. The website states there open until 6pm. I pulled up at 5:50pm to have the door closed and the sign turned over to closed. I knocked on the door and the guy told me they close 15 minutes early to accommodate cleaning and to prevent overtime. I drove 25 min to get to location to be told I cant be helped during working hours. Apparently this location doesnt understand business or want money.

The people that work here are okay. The company itself isn’t. They don’t care about their clients and they only care to collect your money. If you have an incident where your breathalyzer picks up something that isnt valid they expect you to pay $75 and dont bother to even review the incident report you have submitted. They say the $75 is for the “DMV Report” thats not valid. I spoke with the DMV and they charge $2.50 per day for an interlock. If an incident happened on ONE DAY it would only cost $2.50 to submit a report for that day. DONT GET AN INTERLOCK THROUGH THESE SCAMMERS

Usually a bit busy, but they are very friendly and helpful!Also important note! If you have COPD as I do, get a letter from your Doctor stating you have COPD and submit to the State. Then they can recalibrate for breath reduction so you dont have to blow for nearly as long to pass

The customer service is great at this location but its not fair i should have to pay a lock out fee considering my COPD is affected by all the fires. I wasnt in violation of alcohol, i just didnt have the air to blow long enough

I have gone to this location for over 2 years, Jay and his staff are always pleasant and helpful. I had a problem with my unit recently, once I started my car I kept getting errors and violations, drove directly to the shop and they replaced the unit right away. After seeing other reviews, I wont risk going to another location.

I had the same experience as another user. I wasted an entire day at a shop and then had to leave my car there over the weekend. I finally got it towed over here, Shane had me fixed in an hour and was so pleasant and knowledgeable.

Worst experience Ive had in 2 years! I have had my interlock for two years and never had an issue. The guys at this store ruined my interlock and made the whole month miserable to try and start my car. I took it back several times and every time they sent me away with a malfunctioning unit. They were very polite and nice, but other than that it was just a pain. I will not be going back to this location again, and I recommend that nobody do business with them either. The extra few miles are worth the drive, save yourself the trouble.

Ive been here a few times and hate it! Worst experience! Yes they get done what needs to get done and in a reasonable time. I do however have an issue with the staff. One person in particular. She has very bad people skills, likes to walk away while talking to you and leaves you womderi g of you should be follow g her or just wait where she left you! Im also pretty sure shes tge one that wont allow calls to come in. Well just clearly wont answer! How are you supposed to help people who have questions for your location specifically whrn you wont pick up the phone. Pretty rude amd messed up. I wouldnt revomend anybody goes here!!!
