I was told by a major oil change shop that my battery was about to die. I never had any problem with my battery so I went here to get a second point of reference. Savannah helped check my battery and let me know it was just fine. She was extremely polite and helpful. Savannah went above and beyond explaining what the test showed and what my next steps should be. Thank you!

Well I give this no stars if I could… when you search online for an auto parts store that might be open late this one pops up I live a few miles away and was happy that I could possibly fix my car tonight. But after 20 minutes of driving and my problem getting worst. To get there and there closed. Says nothing online about being closed very disappointed and now I’ll miss work tomorrow.. The one important thing is to update the internet. So your customers don’t get stranded. Looks like I’ll stay with the other store thanks for nothing….

Busy location! Came from another auto zone because they had it in stock. At first the associate could not find it... He came back to let us know it could be in another possible location.. he went on his journey but came back empty handed. He said he wanted to check the original location and he found it next to where it was lol... He was honest he did say he wanted to double check. Sure it took awhile..m maybe he was in a journey... Or a break who knows. But he communicated...and he seemed pretty transparent. Funny too 🤣 not mad at all... Got my part for an extra drive and wait for a few bucks more than Amazon... Cant tell who really won here. Its not like we actually installed it the same day.😲😂

As usual the 104th & Huron AutoZone location has proven itself to be the epitome of convenience and automotive maintenance accessibility. While they have regrettably still not returned to pre COVID hours of operation (24/7, which was simply put a gearheads wet dream) they are open considerably later than any other auto parts retailer anywhere in Colorado as far as I can tell. They have a top notch selection of products with the AutoZone loyalty app that propels visiting from a necessity to an additive habit. Once they have restores pre19 hours of operation I will certainly be changing my rating to 5 stars.

I always just drive to this Auto zone since they seem to always have what I need.Tonight I stopped in to get my truck diagnosed.The code popped up saying some BS with crankshaft.I hope I get the name right but Terrence helped me check my ground connections. We checked the ones we could while there. When I got home and checked underneath and right there the ground under the block was loose.Thanks for pressing on me checking the ground wires. Saved me Abit of money thanks bud

9:04am July 21 2021Got 2 windshield liquid gallons and 2 6 pack car odor deorizant.I do wait 5 minutes waiting and watching 6 different personnel doing nothing but talking each other and they saw me and not one came or even ask me if they can help me, I was ready to pay and they dont care.What a shame...

I needed a new battery for my Enclave, which is under the floor behind the passenger seat, and required a screwdriver that I didnt have, so one of the techs named Terrance, was kind enough to grab his personal scredriver kit from his own car to open it up and replace it for me. These people seem very limited. I would have thought going in there to get assistance I have a right hand and its paralyzed and I am unable to open my hood to my vehicle. I asked if I could get some help with a locking gas cap. But the red-headed girl there was very rude to me, and told me that no she was not going to help me, and was very rude nature towards me because I didnt know the engine size or whatever. I went straight to advance Auto parts the guy knew exactly what gas cap, and then came out and put it on. Much appreciated advanced Auto parts. I do believe that Auto zone should probably learn something from advanced Auto parts.

The associate didnt know anything about batteries, group sizes, or how to place a special order. All he did was enter my vehicle information and read off the one AutoZone brand battery that matched in the system, despite having other better batteries available in store.If youre going to hire greenhorns, at least teach them the basics. Batteries are important to know in Colorados cold climate.

I do my own automotive repairs and have been to this one for many years with satisfied results. Although the last trip I left empty handed. I do have to mention that a couple of months ago I heard words come from my parts guy that I hope to never hear again. I came in saying I have a 2000 Dodge Durango and the next words out of his mouth was is that a Chevy?). Must have been hired for his computer skills.

I came in to buy a brake light switch and asked if they knew how to install it and the employees told me “it’s very labor intense. Just google it” i went to a different location on 136th and the employee was able to install it in less than 5 mins. Employees at this location were rude and lazy. Go to the shop on 136th. The manager there will help with anything you need.

He truly has such great patience and customer service. Went into the store expecting to purchase a new car battery, but upon popping my hood, realized there was massive corrosion on the battery that required additional attention and parts (none of which I knew how to fix). Donovan Ankele helped me find a new battery and explained the pros and cons of the different kinds available and Dylan Kee installed it into my car after dealing with the corrosion - all off the clock and for free! Dylan advised on what additional parts I needed to get this done right and took time out of his own day to ensure my car worked correctly so I could feel safe driving it again. I cannot express how grateful I am to both of these gentleman for their help, advice and kindness - all while trying to be cost effective for me! Its good to know there are truly good people still in this world and these guys are two of them! They provided the highest level of customer service Ive ever received and I will definitely be back to this store in the future if I ever need auto parts again! I cannot sing their praises enough!

Legit just left the store, by far the worst AutoZone Ive ever had to deal with. they were suppose to replace a key fob battery; not only did they install the battery backwards, when i asked for assistance because the key fob was no longer able to work they decided to tell me i was out of luck and i need to figure it out myself. it took me going across town to a Different AutoZone just to have them flip the battery and install it properly and have me on a merry way. if you can avoid it go to legit any other AutoZone.

I went in to get my battery changed on my key fob and after it was done I couldnt get start my car. I took it back to see if they can check to see what happened and they looked me and my key fob and said I was sol. So I took it to the other auto zone on Washington and they were friendly and helpful and they checked the battery and noticed it was on backwards. This place was rude and didnt even bother to help.

I had a great experience at this store today. I got there at 8am and was greeted by several employees. The manager of the store, James, stepped right up to help me. He helped me find a good battery for my car and then came out and installed it! He was kind and explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. He went the extra mile at every opportunity. I will be back! Great store, great people, I was treated with utmost respect (and I gave respect too, which I think is helpful it most situations). Also Cheyanne was there and she was adorable and sweet too. I guess everyone can have a bad day, but that negative review is not how she presents regularly. Thanks AutoZone! You made this huge pain a very small and easy situation!!

This particular store is their hub and is typically open 24 hours. Meaning they warehouse parts of their inventory all day and night long!!!If you need a part right away and your local AutoZone wont have your parts in until the next day. Drive up to 104th and Huron and they will most likely have your parts even at 2:00 AM! This way you can fix your vehicle or work truck even in the middle of the night and be able to make it to work the next day!

I only needed to pay when his coworker told him to ring me out he grab my stuff set it by the register and walked away another came in from outside and rang me out. I ordered the part and a confirmation email was never sent to me. They said the part would be there in two days and they would call me when it was ready. They never called 4 days later I had to call to see if it was there. When I went in, the customer service was terrible. Had to wait while one employee was on his phone. When I asked him to look up another part for me, he refused to do it and said just go look for it if it looks like it will fit it will. I will never go back to this Autozone.

Went there for a quart of oil, spent over 20 minutes waiting in line. Only 2 people working the counter. I feel bad for them because phones were ringing off the hook with 20 people in line. My son (18) broke down in CO needed a $1600 part to fix his truck. I tried to pay for it with my credit card over the phone. Was told no, also was told it wouldnt matter if we paid online because the card has to be present upon pick up of part. Im in WA. They wouldnt even listen or try to help in anyway didnt much care that this was kind of an emergency or that an 18 year old was stranded.

Went into this location about a month ago maybe longer. Drove all the way from the Longmont location, just to learn they didn’t have the part I needed. The only thing the employees were concerned about was a commercial vehicle being stolen!! There is ZERO leadership at this store, seems like a bunch of 20 year olds run the front and vape while doing so. I can’t believe how much Auto Zone has gone down since the 90’s! Now the customer service sucks! Please stay away from these people and go to a different parts store!

Make sure when buying u use cash and never a card. I had a repciet and asked for in-store credit so I can buy the part I needed so my car dont brake down cuz I had the wrong part. The store owner refused to do that even though the money was going back into his store and made me get a refund on my card so I now have to wait 6 days for my money. Being a single mom of two who struggles and has no other way around for work. I am never going to AutoZone again and I have puttput of dollars into this location. Lets hope my car dont brake on the highway with my kids in in.
