I had the best experience! Came in for a tire rotation without an appointment last week, so I expected it to take a while. It didn’t. They got me out quick and fast. Cj helped me out and he was very polite. I found out they also found a nail in my tire and repaired it for me. I believe the gentleman who gave me my car was Marco, and he was so respectful. Had a great experience.

I made an appointment online for a rotation & balance. Everyone that I spoke to there was professional and even though it was busy they did not seem stressed. They greeted everyone the same way. The waiting area was clean and air conditioned. They are a busy place but it is the only place I go for tires.

Was fast but noticed a new dent on my car! looks like someone dropped something on it. Right above the tire I needed fixed.

We moved from Washington state we were use to les swabs being from the pacific northwest and all. When they came to Colorado I check them out. Will say I definitely will stay with discount tires they have been taking care of us for 21 years and they make it right $$ wise and take care of us. Will continue to use them.

These guys are great. Line at door to start the day and they had 5-6 service members waiting to go as they opened. Line was taken care of in 10 minutes. Matt and Josh took care of the nail in my tire, they were great.

Had to get two new tires today due to my own... Fantastic driving ability. Set up an appointment a few days earlier, they found it quickly, were incredibly friendly and professional. Awesome people! I’ve brought 3 different cars here over the years (everything from flats to needing new tires) and have always had an amazing experience.

Came in for a tire replacement a couple of weeks ago, they started making rude comments about my car!!! They refused to do tire work on it because they were “inexperienced” in my type of car!!! This is outrageous!!!

They never seem to get the answer to my question right and just blame it on the fact that I am driving and Audi. The pressure in the tires they sold me has nothing to do with the fact that I drive an Audi. I am giving them 4* because they are polite. The service team in overworked compared to the sales team that seems to be way more staffed.

Rarely do I have the opportunity to share a debt of gratitude to a tire shop. However I find myself in a position to do so in this case for this tire shop, its staff and most of all Brian. My Mercedes and i had a misshap with an object in the road resulting in the need of a tire asap. A Benz deserves and requires a real tire not a 🍩. After stopping at several tire shops in search of a tire in less than a week i stopped at discount tire where Brian and his team searched for a tire in their stock they not only found me a tire.... Brian went way above and beyond to assist and help me not only with a tire but a new set of rims and tires. He assisted me with the credit application and i must say thank you!

Despite the flat tire it was a great experience and the customer service was beyond amazing.

My flat tire was fixed by another garage. The next morning it was flat again. I drove to Discount Tire to get it fixed and John and Josh were able to get me in and out very quickly and easily. John took the time to explain what had happened previously, what he had done, and how he double checked to make sure I wasnt going to have to return. I will not be going anywhere else but to this location from now on.

Small choice of in stock tires for my truck and the desk guy wanted to push off something in stock went to peerless instead

Im a fan, been a customer since 2001, but, I make an appointment for tire rotation everytime. They have never once got it in at the appointment time. The one in 120th! The one on 84th street, always on time! I guess they have my business so they must not care about keeping it. Truly frustrating.

Brought my car in to get the tires swapped on Friday, but had a tpms light come on after I left discount tire. The next day I brought my car back and Brian did an excellent job getting my tmps sensors switched from my old tires to my new tires quickly. The service was excellent and Brian was extremely helpful.

I love the ability to make an appointment. They got me in and out quickly and efficiently.

Absolutely love this discount! I made an appointment online very easy. When I got there I only waited about 5-10 minutes because the gentleman was on the phone with someone when he was able to help me we talked about my tires and got me all set up paid and everything and then he found out that he didn’t have three of the tires that I wanted because his computer said he had them but could not find them, that were already on my car so he said that he could give me a different brand for the same price and he actually was able to swap out a tire that I got replaced a couple weeks prior so overall very good service and very happy with my experience

I hate that I buy the warranty on the tires and I have a chunk missing from the side wall and you say its cosmetic.Why wait till it gets to a compromising safety issue? A chunk of my side wall is missing and I dont feel safe driving with it but you guys dont care because its a cosmetic issue in your eyes. ITS A SAFETY CONCERN OF MINE AND IT SEEMS LIKE YOU DONT CARE

Yawl changed all four tires in 19 minutes! The customer service and efficiency of these guys is top notch. We watched each one of these technicians working their top game in the freezing cold. It was as if they were in their own summer bubble. We did not see any technician miss a beat or slack during any moment we were there. This staff is genuinely hard and smart workers that have earned our loyalty. If you’ve ever heard about the 3%ers, this company has hired entirely from that group of 3%ers. (3% of the workforce have their whole heart in their work).. that’s what I’ve always heard. 👋

Always crowded, always. A few months ago when I had an appointment I didnt get in when I should have. Had an appointment today and I made sure I was helped at my scheduled time. The guys are always super friendly. Wish businesses would create more functionality when it comes to customers with appointments and walk ins.

I had a great experience working with the manager on a warranty issue for the tires that came with the vehicle when I purchased it new. He called the manufacturer of the tires for me and got them to give me 30% off new tires because they wore out too quickly. I decided to not buy those poor quality tires again and he gave me a deal on better ones. I will alway buy at this location going forward. Free flat repairs too!

Yesterday had a puncture in my tire. At the counter Jason waited on me, very professional, very efficient! In the garage Raul took care of the repair was very prompt and courteous! Altogether those two provided and outstanding experience! I will definitely be returning to this location in the future!

Everyone is so lovely and hard working. They were really busy but fixed my tire so quickly and had the best attitudes. I usually go to other mechanic chains or have friends work on my cars but now I think Ill be using this specific Discount Tire just because my experience was so great.

The only reason why I give 1 star is because when I arrived, Junior a guy on customer service helped me he said there was a nail in the tire and it will take 20 min. Well I wait a d I saw when the pull the truck out to the parking lot, Im asumming it is ready, and no body call me so I just keep waiting, So after an hour I stand up and get to their desk a d the same agent Junio went to check and got my key and info. He told me it is ready, so if wouldnt stand up a d ask myself, I probably will have to be watting until he wants to. I will understand if there was a lot of people but that was not the case and he wanst the only one on the desk.

Boys did great! Came in today and the two people on the RBA did great! I think the names were Dominick and Joseph, not completely sure as it was hard to tell. Great job lads.

Fixed my car fine, but the team definitely lacks effective communication during peak times. I made a short notice appointment earlier today to have one of my tires looked at, which I arrived 15 minutes early for and was told it would be around an hour and 15 minutes total. No problem. After about 30 minutes or so someone came up to me and informed me that the work was going to be a bit more extensive meaning that my tire was going to have to be replaced, but that it only would take about 15-20 minutes more. An hour or so more passes and I’m still waiting, and I notice that my car was sitting outside the bay. I didn’t initially think much of it seeing as they were really busy with other customers and wasn’t sure if maybe they had rotated my car out for another vehicle that was to be serviced before mine, but after about 45 minutes of waiting in a room where people are allowed to bring their screeching children in without face masks, as well as other customers that should be told to wait outside if they don’t have a face mask (we’re still in the middle of a pandemic, don’t know how people ignore that so easily) I went up to ask how much longer it would be for my vehicle to be ready. Turns out it had been finished 30 minutes before that. I was upset as I had to wait longer and the only thing I was told was that “I probably didn’t hear them call my name,” which isn’t true because I paid attention to every name that was called for every reason and at no point did anyone ask if there was anything I was waiting for seeing that I was sitting in the lobby for awhile. Not trying to be rude, but I work reception myself, and you have to be able to communicate these things to all clients in any given situation. I do feel like there needs to be better regulation on who is allowed to wait in the building and how many people are at a given time as no one seemed to respect local social distancing guidelines as well as mask mandates. Be better.

Great service! Blew a trailer tire near 132 and I-25. We put on the spare but need to get air in it, purchase a new tire and have it mounted. They were busy but got us right in and taken care of! Thank you to all of you.

I called hours beforehand to confirm that they had two tires for my vehicle. They confirmed and told me to come in when I could. I made it in and gave them my keys and explained my situation, they said it would be about and hour and a half because I didn’t have an appointment which is fine. After waiting around for two hours the guy tells me that they do not have the tires required for my vehicle.Big waste of time, also when they were closing my hatchback they hit the window hard against the rims they but back in my trunk. Get it together.

This location is amazing. They’re always professional and friendly. I’ve taken a tire here to get patched twice (FOR FREE BTW) and they’re so quick. I just left there. They estimated an hour because they’re busy, but had it all done in 15 minutes or so. I will always go to this location when I have a tire issue!

Decided to stop by here because I was riding on a spare and needed a new tire. I only needed 1 front tire but decided to replace Both. My wheels have a special lock/key. After a hour wait, driving home I noticed my key was missing. I had called and the mechanic said he put it in my glove. Pulled over and it was not there. I went back to the store and they admitted to misplacing it. Instead of making things right they tell me to go to dealership to get a new one. The dealership didn’t carry them in person so instead I had to order online. The problem was that it has been such a hassle to get a new key for my car. Waited an hour at the dealership to get service. Between waiting and driving back and forth was hours in my day I paid for their mistake. Yes the covid thing made everything harder but they knew that too and They seem to not care to replace it. Still waiting on my key actually. Had to order online from a out of state company. Been about 2 weeks. Thanks for taking it guys
