This is my first time to go to this location since they moved to a new building. Bigger building but fewer items it seems. The items seemed to be organized in a way that doesnt make sense and there was no one to help me find what I was looking for . I had to wander around the store to no avail. Not good in a pandemic. I had a list and just wanted to get in and out.

Will never, ever shop at BBandB cuz of their political stance and pulling My Pillow! I bought them from his online store and Ive heard hes super busy and glad BBandB isnt getting any! Im telling everyone I can to stop buying from BBandB!!

Its moved across the parking lot from where G Maps sends you. Spent 15 mins looking for it in this ginormous big box mall. Staff friendly but not the variety if other BB&Bs.

Extremely disappointed in the new store, its layout, and inventory. Its the equivalent of shopping in a 1960s Montgomery Ward catalog store. The only bright spot was the inventory had been reduced so drastically it only took 5 minutes to see they no longer carried any of the items I needed. Sad that online shopping as reduced brick and mortar sales to this!

Looking for a new bedspread. Went quite a few other places but couldnt find the right one. Finally found it at BBB. Great price and it has really brightened up the bedroom. Love BBB. Always can find something when I go in. Very helpful staff and good choices.

I love this Bed Bath & Beyond location. The store is always clean and organized. The staff is super helpful and happy. Ive been here probably 12 times since March. Its always a great time to pop into the store to do some idle shopping, or to pick up something specific. Usually both!! Its a well stocked location, I often find things in store that dont appear as in store online.

People at this store are very nice and the store is well cared for. However, I shop there mostly because they carry Soda Stream stuff and the sleep mask that I love. I love bedding and kitchen tools too though, so I end up finding other things when Im there to pick up other stuff. Well now, they dont carry the energy syrup for Soda Stream and they have been out of the sleep mask at least once when I went in lately. These things will probably keep me from going into the store much at all.

Could spend hours exploring every aisle of this store. Eye candy for grownups! Staff extremely helpful and pleasant. New to the area but I found my first shopping gem. I will return often.

Bed, Bath and Beyond once had the best customer service. Last week we stopped by for a humidifier, we had a few questions after searching for a employee, the one we did find seemed preoccupied, and put out by our questions; going so far as to remind us that there were instructions enclosed. We make our selection headed to the register where I was scolded by the cashier for not taking a photograph of my annual membership coupon. Internet service was poor and it was obvious that she was bugged at my stall. They rang me up, I. Went outside and got my discount bar code went back inside where they rudely refunded me the coupon difference.....We don’t shop there as much as we did.... I find myself going to the web more and more. I don’t like to do that I like to put money back into the community but can’t do rude period!

Looking for those expensive soft Turkish towels when I went and the were all sold out so sad about that! I will try again another time to see if they restocked.

Nice store. Layout is a little strange.

The new store is well laid out. Merchandise is displayed around the perimeter and the service desk is in the center of the store.Just before christmas the service desk was occupied by about 6 people, and checkout only manned with 2 people. Needless to say, the checkout line was slow and a very confused customer held up the line even longer. Eventually a call was heard for more assistance at the counter and then we got thru the line much quicker.Customer service should have been watching....

This is the store that we have spent nearly $1000 in the last month ad the older lady that works the front desk is the rudest we’ve EVER seen ! I’m not sure how she works in customer service and we will not return to this store because of her !!!’ No excuses

Didnt really make it in the store, went to exchange a broken gift and they wanted a receipt they actually told me to ask the person it was from for the receipt or there card information. Really?? But they were still polite about it policy is policy.

Although it has the regular thing Bed Bath & Beyond usually has it also has a large amount of smart mouth, rude employees. I had a coupon for moving that came in my welcome packet from USPS. When I tried to use it, they told me it had already been used...I hadnt used it and they were very argumentative and basically called me a liar. They eventually did a manual discount but I dont feel like it should have been that big of a deal for a discount of $2.50. I was going to just leave but they had me stay and talk to the manager, who was also rude and acted like she didnt believe me when I said I hadnt used to coupon. Dont they keep them if you use them? Anyway, wont be going to this one anymore.

I loved how the employees when they see me always asked me if I had been finding what I am looking for!! Some employee ended up helping me find the potato ricer I was looking for. And I really did not believe any one would even know what it was. But they did! And they were very courteous at checkout!! Great place to shop!!

After 10 years of not using the store because of them accusing us of stealing a product that we had the receipt for I went back hoping to get better service and that wasnt the case

Store has recently relocated to a different location in the same shopping center. Way smaller of a building. Not as much room as the last location.

I have purchased several items from this store in the last week or so and had to return them because they didnt work and unfortunately had the wrong receipt or no receipt when I took them back which they can find if you use a credit or debit card, which they did. The store manager which helped both times seems to be really good at her job but her customer service skills are highly lacking to say the least. She has never once smiled and thanked me for my business just takes care of the problem and moves on. Today I had to return some items and since I had used 5 of my $5.00 coupons, I asked the clerk what they do in that case. She called her manager who was this same manager who stepped in and printed 5 coupons for $1.67 each and put her initials on them for the next time I purchased in the store. Today is 5/9 and it was around 12:30 pm or so (this will hopefully give you an idea of what manager was on duty.) As I was walking out of the store, I could hear her talking about me to the original clerk that helped me - Not cool at all! Arent store managers supposed to be a good influence on their employees? I think I will start shopping at the Westminster store.

Havent gone in this store in a long time until today. Was greeted by one of the managers right away which was nice. Clean store and great options to choose from ecept some items with out price markers which was a bummer, yet the APP helped with that problem.

We build our room with item from here. My bedroom never feel or look like it does now. Best sheets and comforters and they have complete sets, alot of variety if u dont want to build ur own.

I love their products and prices but was not happy when they automatically deducted my account for the plus discount program without asking me.

Customer service was excellent! The window rep at chery creek located a particular set of sheers on clearance away northglenn that had the last of the inventory, consisting of display and one packaged; they held them for me to review, gave an additional discount for display. This product cannot be obtained online as it is being discontinued. Im a happy guest.

Found everything we were looking for and more. Of course, how could we not! Spent a bit more than anticipated, but one the bathroom is renovated and decorated my daughter and grandbabies will have a great bathroom.

You can find some pretty interesting items here for home decor but the prices are pretty steep. I feel they overcharge, even for their items that are supposedly on sale. I was disappointed in the selection and prices of Candles here. If you go to Bath & Bodyworks, youll find that they have more variety of candles that are cheaper, bigger and better. Nothing spectacular about customer service to report.

Unpriced items and no price scanners means you have to ask staff for the price. It may work well for the company but not really customer friendly.

Pretty good place to find things for around the house. S little bit pricey but not too bad. They are jammed full of stuff though so it can be a little hard to get around inside.

Theyre discontinuing their Fulton Street coffee. That was the main reason I went there and if I found something else at a good price, bonus. They used to be 5 stars.

The prices were very high, the store was rather dirty, I never did come across any staff in my short visit. The selection however was rather good and they had some unique things. It was just really dirty and unorganized.

Nice and clean store but for some reasons bunch of misplaced item or wrong price stage, how could $14.99 price tag become $29.99 at check out? Only happens here. No staff to help customers around store, as far as I can find are 2 at check out.
