Bought a set of carburetor air/fuel mixture needles, called to verify the order and they picked up, called again 6 days later to find out where the package was at and they verified it was gonna be delivered that day, which it was. I think people need to know there is a 3-5 day processing time but I got it in 6 and my order was right and cheaper than Amazon even. Im very very happy with my order and I saved a few bucks.

Beware of Moto Part Hub in Northbrook, IL. There is a reason that they sell cheaper. They will take your money, sell you a part that they say will fit the same as original equipment but will not. Then try to contact them. Impossible! They will not answer their phone or email. Do not buy from this shady outfit. Pay a little more and get your parts from a legitimate company.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I ordered motorcycle pipes and only got half of my order. I have been calling them for about a month and now they wont answer my calls or respond to my emails and I still have not received the rest of my order. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS. It has now been 28 days since I have heard from them and still have not received my pipes.

They sent the least expensive item on my order, charged my credit card for the full order amount, and did not send the rest of the items. They do not ever answer their phone, return messages, and did not respond to any of the emails sent. Now the web site has changed. The original link takes you to a completely different company. The search engine link goes to a redesigned page. Im now out alot of money.

I ordered a rebuild kit for my bike. I paid an extra $20 to have it shipped 2-day. 4 days after the order I received a notification that they would be shipping the parts. The parts never arrived though. Apparently they just got as far as printing off a shipping label, but not actually shipping anything.Its been almost 2 weeks and I have no news from this company. I have called and e-mailed them on multiple occasions. They never answer or respond. This company has stolen from me. I have reported them as fraud to my bank.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR ORDER!!!!

I selected a battery for my bike and paid for it on the same day, got an E-mail saying it would be shipped in a few days. Fed -ex sent confirmation of shipping and delivered it. When I opened the package, I found what appears to be a battery for a Power-Wheels kids toy. I left multiple messages describing the mix up (they NEVER ANSWER) and E -mailed Customer Service, (what a joke that is).At this point,18 days later, I still havent heard ANYTHING from them AT ALL. By the way, I did use their online form to report the problem to them and try to get this corrected. Bottom line, I have a useless battery and they still have my $$... Anyone out there need aBT 5L BS for what ever it fits?

I dont really know what the bad reviews are about. I have ordered many parts from their website and they have a great selection and good prices. Should mention they were parts for my Harley, not sure that makes a difference.

The company has good prices on things but dont be fooled because almost all of the items will not come with whats in the picture or description. Had to return an time because of it and they have not paid me back the $200 yet. Its been over the time of days they said a refund would be returned. I wouldnt use this company the customer service is poor as well.

Bought a tire repair kit, in the picture it had plugs, patches, tire spoons, a compression tire pump that you hook up to your cylinder head, and a nice carrying case. They had a great price on the products, I bought the kit and it showed up this morning. Im leaving for Moab tomorrow to do some rough riding and was glad to see my parts show up before my trip in case I had a tube get punctured. What I received was NOT what I ordered. All that I got was a zip lock bag with a few patches and some rubber cement in it. No tire spoons, no compression tire pump, no case, no adapters. No time to order another kit or anything, so Im rolling the dice on this trip hoping my tires dont fail me.

This company is terrible. I ordered a pair oh shocks off their website because it said ships next business day and also my shipment qualified for free shipping. The part didnt ship until 6 days later and they used the slowest method possible the tracking g says that it will take a week to get here from a Chicago suburbs which is only a 3 hour drive from my house. Terrible customer service also was pretty much told to deal with it.

Frustrated. Ordered some parts on the 2nd, credit card charged. Credit memo sent next day but no explanation of why or status of order. Do you have the parts I ordered? Are they back ordered? Can I reorder or do I order from someone else? I need them to complete a project and have no idea how to proceed. Emailed twice, called once—no answer. It’s now the 12th.

Very good company I got the best price on my helmet and it was delivered fast ! I got the wrong size at first but it was an easy fix all I did was send them an mail and quick phone call just to be safe, I give Moto Part Hub 5 stars. Thank you guys !!

Horrible customer service.Icreated an account ordered my itemI immediately was emailed a reciept. All good so far. Several days go by and nothing no shipping no tracking. I then try to log back in and it says I have to create an account. So I do and file a claim with customer service which I then recieved an email with a claim number and a welcome email. Relog in and my account no linger exists. Tried to call for 3 days no kess then 15 times they will not awnser or return the calls.I contacted them on facebook and the blocked me! Still no info no part and they took the money

DONT order from this company. SCAM!! Ordered a clutch cable for my Harley and nothing. Try contacting by email numerous times and nothing. Try calling and leaving messages numerous times, nothing. Im reporting them for fraud. And they still have my $$.

As of now I am very disappointed . I have tried to contact Moto Part Hub several times and left messages because I could never get a real person on the phone . I have not heard from them concerning the part I ordered and have not received even a word from them as to why my part has not been shipped after seven days . I would not recommend this company to anyone. I would also like to add that I was unable to post a review without pushing the star button . Let me guess jims, Jim Sanders works there. Hes a great character, takes goods on consignment wont pay or return (sold them and kept money). plays games at parent company edge cons $xxxx Typical Alex & Jim shenanigans.They recon the hub has nothing to do with cao distributing, galaxyitcorp, edge leather, edge extreme sports. but thats bollocks. The hubs website at footer reads Operated by Edge Xtreme Sports a subsidiary of The Hub Companies, even if the new owners of edge xtreme sports is not linked with alex or jim then why are the websites hosted by galaxyitcorp & why is jim s still working there?.Guess who owns galaxyipcorp? ohh look its Alex Gorokhovsky. They think closing one business gives them permission to close off all debts/responsibilities and gives them a hall pass to start fresh new.Once you go bad your smell will always follow you. Scum!

I would give zero stars if I could. Customer service is non existent. Trying to return the wrong size cables and cant get a response from the company. No live chat as their voicemail suggests, no RMA forms online as their return policy suggests.... I will never order from them again.

I ordered a set of drag pipes from them in Dec. When I went to install them recently, the flanges had been welded on so crooked that I cannot bolt them up. Now they will not replace them or refund my money and I am out $168. Customer service sucks, you get a recording. I am reporting them to the BBB
