Would love to be able to give PXG Chicago 10 stars!! Went for my iron fitting yesterday and couldn’t have been more impressed with the level of professionalism and friendliness that I received. From the girls who great you at the door to the hand shake when you walk out this place is top notch. My fitter Paul wouldn’t stop until he had me in the best set of clubs that my poor swing could hit. I ended up with the new 0211 irons (5-L) and a prototype 19 dig hybrid to fill out all my gaps. More distance and accuracy is what we are all looking for but when you match that up with a great fitting experience, you simply can’t go wrong with the team at PXG Chicago.

Okay fitting experience. I felt pretty rushed to complete everything, not at a level where I expected given that I paid for the fitting session. Clubs arrived fine, hits pretty well, but offset was added in without much discussion. It launches left pretty consistently.In the end, I was promised some extras and that never happened. I followed up couple times, but the reply was less than empathetic. Whatever you were promised, dont expect to get it unless you walkout with it when you pick up clubs.

Clubs came in with a wrong grips and a wrong putter. They told me they will order the new putter, and they didnt know if they could change the grips. After spending $4,000 I had to go to PGA store and pay for grips, which were done the same day. The second putter came in wrong, so I went back to the store to choose the exact putter that I want. I called two weeks later to see if my putter is in to find out that nothing was ordered. I would expect better customer service for this price. Furthermore, I would never recommend PXG to anyone. You can get same quality clubs cheaper with much better service.

I had my fitting with Nate last May 5, 2021. It was an indoor simulator practice for $50. I was not offered to try other shafts other than the graphite shaft . It was disappointing for the fitting that I pay for. When he found out that I am not buying the club that day, Nate gave a putter to try with the grip 30 degrees out of alignment. I just want to tell everyone the experience I have with the fitting that I paid for.

Nate has worked with us from the beginning on new irons for me and a full bag for my wife, replacing older clubs. Over several visits, Nate has been very patient, informative and thoughtful about all aspects of our fitting experience. Look, Im not an idiot. I know new clubs arent going to recover 15 MPH on my 61 year old swing., but If I can get a little more distance with a little more consistency, great. The tech, the current price and the premium experience make PXG a great option.

The wife told me to forget about doing jiujitsu during Covid, but recommended that I get back into golf. I was hesitant but knew I needed the right equipment (and some lessons). I scheduled a fitting for some irons and had the opportunity to work with Mr Nate P. Nate is an absolute pro and gentleman. Easy to talk to and ask questions. He used his professional skills and their excellent tech equipment to get me the clubs I need. Thanks Nate!!! Thanks PXG!!!

Terrible customer service, terrible experience. Fitting experience was good, purchased the 0211 Irons and everything after that was terrible. Order came in with incorrect sized grips, waited almost 3 weeks to get the new ones. Meanwhile, new irons sat in my closet. When the grips arrived, I was told to go to my local country club or to Golf Galaxy and pay out of pocket to re-grip. 6 weeks from point of purchase was finally able to use them. Lost a good 10yards in distance, and 20yards from the fitting. So, asked about returning the irons and now I’m out of the 30 day window and stuck with irons that I feel I was duped into buying. 👍. I was out of the 30day window before I even used them!!!!!!!!! Lost my business, will not recommend. If this how you treat customers, I don’t want to be apart of it!

Little bit off the beaten path. Wouldve never imagined that a small store like PXG would be located in the commercial park its in.If youre looking for PXG branded apparel, this is the place to go to check them out. They have putters on display for you to check them out. They perform custom fittings here to get you dialed into the clubs thatll work for you and your game.

Today was my third trip up here. I live about a hour and fifteen minutes away, so it’s not super close. Today was also my second time bringing in another new client to PXG, and the second consecutive person that purchased a set of irons. The clubs honestly sells themselves. As soon as you start hitting them and seeing the data on there Trackman system, you are sold. Nate is about the baddest fitter I have met, and just a tremendous assist to the company. This is also my second fitting as well, and my third set! My first fitting was for the 0211s. They are terrific clubs that I will be holding on to, I would of rather had the Gen 3s but due to budgets at that time it wasn’t in the cards. But Mr Parson recently dropped the price on his Hero’s program, so it was a must purchase. The irons are pure butter. No better iron in the planet period! Nate took his time, we went through about 5 shafts until the feel, and data was dead on. We did a split set, 5,6,7 P irons and the 8,9,P,A XP irons. Needless to say I am super excited for spring to get here. Well done to Matt and Nate. Many thanks

Friendly and reasonably priced. Pretty clothes are made in Korea. The size is not very good, so I would like to visit often when I have the chance.
