Great store - clean, safe, and staff are helpful. Glassware is second to none. Furniture is $$$ but tends to be worth it in the long run

They have great customer service. I used a designer there (Bette) to help me buy all new furniture for my new home. She came to the house and built floor plans to work for each room. The quality of the furniture is great. The deliveries were also very prompt and efficient. I cannot say enough good things about them.

Knowledgeable and pleasant employees and, as always, great, interesting merchandise. Love shopping at Crate and Barrel in person and even virtually. Been a loyal customer for 45+ years.

I just ordered something online and set it to be picked up at the store. It was the easiest thing ever with the best customer service! I just rang the customer service doorbell, showed them my confirmation email, was given my order nicely boxed and was back in my car in under 60 seconds! I kid you not! And the person answering the door was very pleasant. I will totally order this way again.

Love shopping at Crate and Barrel. No pressure, lots of knowledgeable, engaging sales people. Most of all, the furniture quality is top of line and so much more affordable than RH or W-S.

Worst experience ever. We ordered multiple items worth a few thousand dollars, including a sofa and were told by the sales person that we could return the products, after paying a stocking fee. Before our sofa was even delivered, we mentioned that we would simply like to change the sofa cover. The store personnel, after repeated calls, emails, etc. told us that they cannot exchange the cover, because it is custom made. They never told this to us when we were making the purchase. I do not know if all Crate and Barrel stores are like this, but I highly recommend you to stay away from this one.

If you are Latino or Latina they will not provide the same quality of service towards you and will roll your eyes at you. That is what happened to my fiancé and we left and didnt make any purchases there.
