Poor customer service. Received damaged furniture and no one knows when they will dlliverer now. Called them and left voicemails as well. Someone finally answered but again im getting diffrent answers on different days.

Super helpful until it comes time to deliver the goods. No concept of timeliness or delivering items that are not damaged. Will do anything to convince you to accept damaged goods and offer very little of the way in terms of resolution.Spend your money elsewhere. Top price but not top service here.

Trendy and unique sophisticated and edgy furniture, lamps,rugs and other decor. Talented stylists really know how to guide you in putting together tastefully cool designs for home or office.

My mom ordered bedding for me and the sales person assured her that we would get it within a week. Three weeks later nothing. I called and the woman who picked up said they don’t even have it in stock. The sales person who sold my mom the bedding called back and said she doesn’t have the tracking info but she knows it’s on the way. Next day she sent ups tracking info. The label was just created. Best part is that the pickup is my address and the return to address is the arhaus address. My mom only spent 500 bucks on this bedding. No big deal.

Nice furniture but staff are very insensitive and inefficient. Service below zero. They dont deliver on their promises. And worse, they dont tell you unless you ask for updates. Horrible store. They might as well close. #arhaus
