They raised their prices but no one is available at their Customer Service at 2:30 pm (and its not supposed to be the peak time, according to their website).Delivery dates have been changed and delayed at least twice for 2 months in a row now.I asked to speak to a supervisor when I called last month. Took them a week or so to call me back.Their text says stay hydrated....how dare you even add that on your tag line when you dont deliver the water youre supposed to? If I can give 0 stars, I will. Will also bring my complaint to Better Business Bureau.
Water is great, but they raise the price every 6 months. They are currently at $6.99 per 5 lb bottle and are raising the price another $2 per bottle. Plus delivery.
Free refreshments for the driver, follow simple instructions to get loaded, and go deliver 🚚...Very simple....
