Absolutely great place. Had a coming class led by Alec and cannot recommend it enough. He was educational and entertaining. Food came out great and all our questions were answered. Will definitely be going back again

Been coming to sur la table at least once a month and the meals keep getting more delicious. Last night we had the pleasure of learning from chef Tim who is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and an awesome teacher. (Parmesan risotto is my now my new favorite dish)Thank you chef!!!

Looked around with my boyfriend here and were treated like trash. We used the espresso machine and were treated with rudeness and condescension that we would dare use them or even know how to operate them. The woman working gave us a nasty look and terrible customer service. As soon as she spoke to us I knew it was time to leave. Take your business elsewhere.

Will never purchase again from this store for its low quality product

I spoke with Linda in regards to cooking classes with a specific menu concern. When she answered the phone she appeared rushed and almost bothered to take the call. I felt she was abrupt and mocking of my question and dietary concern. I dont feel this was good customer service

Im a mom of 2 great kids. My son thats 11 years old loves to cook. So I decided to buy him private cooking classes. After calling Northbrook location many times eventually I got a number to a personal Chef from that location. I called and talk to a gentleman who said its about $280 per private lesson. I was very intrested and wanted to schedule regular lessons 2 times a week. He said to me that he cant commit to stady schedule like that because of classes and took my number to talk with another Chef and will call me back to schedule lessons. That was 2 months ago and I never received any call. I did reached out and called the store. Again they took my number and never called me back. I guess they dont need my money. I will never shop at there store again and will never sighn up for any classes. I got Blue Apron for my son and he is doing wonderful job.

I love Sur La Table. They have a HUGE selection and you will always find what you need!
