They are friendly and professional however I would definitely not recommend them for getting a breast pump. They have limited choices and they do not do their own insurance billing. Instead they farm their billing out to Dundee pharmacy. I think it is always better to work with an entity that keeps everything in house. I also think it is better to work with a smaller business that is why I looked into new mother new baby instead of some of the larger companies.I also like there original idea of having a retail space. It was was a brilliant idea, however they now appear to be downsizing and moving and selling less merchandise. This is a disappointment as I know moms like to browse and touch and see the merchandise. Yes online shopping is convenient, but sometimes actually going to a store is better. Overall this business has potential but they have not taken the commitment to grow it and instead are downsizing.

I went to look at their selection of nursing wear and wasnt disappointed! I found several quality pieces that I now love to wear. They also have a good variety of nursing supplies, toys, maternity wear, etc. Thanks for helping support nursing mothers in the area!

I was pretty disappointed in the lactation consultant appointments I had at New Mother New Baby. My consultant was late to the first appointment and she did give me useful information. The appointment felt rushed and she was short with me. The store looked adorable, but I changed my third appointment to a different lactation consultant who turned out to be much more patient, thorough, and detailed in documentation for me to take home.

This place should have more reviews and more stars for me to give, as they were great and life savers. Needed the advice of a consultant urgently, as I was almost crying while on the phone trying to find one that could get me in asap, and they made it possible. Same day appointment. Gail was amazing explaining things. There wasnt much that I was told that I hadnt read online, but the personal experience, hands on approach and the peace of mind you get from talking to someone who knows or seems what you are going through, it was literally life saving. Weighing in the baby after each feed to see that she was indeed eating, was also comforting . I will start going to their classes too as they seem very interesting too.

Love this store! Everyone is so helpful and friendly. I have taken classes, joined a new moms group, learned about cloth diapering, tried on baby carriers and seen Gail for a lactation consultation all at NMNB. I recommend this store all the time!
