Nope. Not messing with them any more! You shouldnt either! This is the 5th time this week I have been put off or delayed getting my car fixed. This is their responsibility. I dont have that kind of time to waste. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

This is a horrendous business! As a single mother they took advantage of me and charged me extra as well as never included credit for my trade-in. Stay away from these crooks! STAY AWAY!

I have acquired several vehicles from this dealership including Rolls Royce Phantom and Bentley Flying Spur. They do an excellent job and are very professional. I have been there customer since 2001 and am very satisfied with them. Their sales manager Ed Triwush is very good. Highly recommended!!
Thiefs...stole vehicles and not paying for it...they said one thing and do another...they actually even did against the contract...Im up for class action lawsuits and Im in as well

I have used Bentley Northbrook for many years of service on my Continental GT. I love Dan and Greg in the service department. I was servicing my 2012 Bentley when I ran into Larry Balkin who told me about an awesome deal on a 2016 Bentley Continental GTC. I always wanted the convertible and he took the time to go over the car and after discussing the differences between the vehicles decided to upgrade to the 2016 GTC. I also met with the General Sales Manager, Steve Fromkin and he was a gentleman. I appreciate the business relationship that we have and look forward to doing business with them for both Cadillac and Bentley. I plan on getting the all new 2021 Escalade from them in the future.
Hey r nice people, but i am extremely unsatify with their car sell to me. i bought a pre-owner luxury car in this store, brfore i pay for it even after i paid, they told me they do a whole check for this car, and do maintainance rugular. after 3 months i bought it, the maintainance light show in the panel, and i go the official dealer near me to do the maintainance, after one day they check, they told me this car never do any maintainance before, they cant check it in their offical system, and the offical dealer told me there is no place can do AM maintainance because they cant not read the car computer. then, the dealer told me the engine have engine oil leak, the central panel has a crack, battery totally out of use, must be change, so i spent $15000 to fix that, because they have to take the whole engine out to fix the oil leak. but when i buy it, the steve foley autogroup told me they do every check for this car, its in a perfect condition, of course, they didnt provide any warranty. a totally fraud store, never come, and hope anyone buy the car here pay more attention. i will follow this and try to find any gov organization can help me solve this.
