I was traveling for work when I had my car break down. I looked on my phone for Mercedes service and realized they were close to my location. Telly came on his lunch break to see if I was okay and to assess the situation. We decided to have the car towed to the shop and he made several calls to get me set up with a plan of how to get me back home.The follow up was great, they were very up front with pricing and what we needed to do now for immediate work and they made me a list of what was lesser priority items that we could address in the future.My husband and I were kept updated on price and timeline throughout the process. They were kind enough to get the car back to me on the day I requested as I was back in town for work, and called me that morning to assure me that all would be done and then called me back once the work was completed.I can’t say enough kind words and recommend them highly enough. We will be bringing the car down from Milwaukee for future service work, as I can’t find anyone in my area that offered this level of kindness, service and fair pricing. I noticed one item on the list of “things to address in the future” that we had been quoted double the price at my local shop!

Just bought a used Volvo not too long ago and had constant check engine light codes. I went to 3 other shops giving me the run-around trying to figure out the problem. In MBS everyone was really polite and caring. Not just the tech had vehicle maintenance advice but the person in the front. The technician achieve more than just basic brake and rotor change, they inspected my vehicle thoroughly and found out two minimal issues which Im going to fix. I would recommend my friends and family to come here not just for the service but the pricing of maintenance.The location was really well maintained. Water and coffee was great not to mention FREE. I took my car here after a oil change at a Mercedes dealer and Mercedes dealership had given me a list of repairs that I needed “quote unquote.” I couldn’t wrap my mind around the estimate that they had given me. Long story short I’m a woman and MBS didn’t try to overcharge me and say a bunch of things were wrong just because I’m a woman. They looked at my car and the most expensive repair that I was given is the one I didn’t even need. These guys were HONEST and FAST and charged me a fraction of what I would have paid at the dealer. The MBS Automative was very prompt and smooth service.I took my Mercedes AMG E-55 for oil change/brake flush/radiator flush. Dropped it off in the morning and picked it up at noon. I just bought a 2005 c55 amg and had it inspected at a shop. They wanted 4k in repairs to bring it to new condition. I took it to MBS and they gave me what had to be done and what will soon need to be done. What i had done was a quarter of what the other shop wanted and there work was fantastic. I highly recommend this shop for Mercedes Benz work. Im now a very happy c55 owner!

I brought my BMW to MBS for an oil change and brake fluid flush. During the service, they told me that I was leaking oil from my valve cover gasket and oil filter housing and my rear differential. I asked for an estimate of repair cost which they provided and were happy to schedule for me to bring my car in for the repair.....that was until I said that I have an extended warranty on the car and that I would like them to submit a claim to get it taken care of. At that point, I was told that they dont like my warranty company because they are hard to work with and that essentially I would have to take my business else where. This really left a sour taste in my mouth as its dissapointing that they were very eager to do the repair for cash but didnt want to do any of the legwork to get warranty to cover it.

Someone left a card on my windshield. That guy should get a raise!

A lot better than two mercedez dealers I tried - reasonable cost and very honest.I had my 1998 E320 4matic serviced here twice and very happy with the service. You can find honest tech. You can find skillful tech. But it is hard to find a tech who is honest and skillful. Terry has been always patient and honest explaining the issue and giving me advice. The repair cost was very reasonable, too.My only complain is that it is hard to book an appointment because MBS is always busy due to their excellent service reputation. My experiences at MBS have been very positive since the first time they fixed my car. Most of the time they came under their initial quote, which was already a lot lower than any others in the area I live in. They did fix my car oil leakage problems with fixing up my car on the same day. Thats how I feel business should be done - dont over-promise and under-deliver. Considering that most repair experiences are below average for me, this was basically a dream. I do have three vehicles to be serviced regularly there, I would recommend them to my friends. MBS Automotive is the only MB service shop that I trust to maintain my 2002 CLK 320 (217,000 miles). Telly has been been providing quality maintenance service on my MB for the last three years. The service prices are well below any local MB dealership service center. I had a Check Engine Service light repeatedly come on----MB dealership recommended replacing 3-4 components to remedy the problem. Telly diagnosed and repaired it for 30% of the cost of the dealership quote. Telly has even driven me to the local library so that I can wait for the service to be completed on repairs that are expected to take a couple of hours or longer. First class operation.
