Stopped in here on my way to the airport today (just curious to see what this location had versus the Schaumburg store) and was impressed yet again. Found some great snacks as well as some noodle bowls to bring home to a friend. Excellent selection of dry goods, seafood, frozen & produce alike. Wish I lived closer to visit more often, but will definitely be back next time!

Fruits are not always fresh. :/ The mandarins I bought often taste bitter.Other products are fine.

Its a small grocery store. It carries enough products. But its not like the one in Niles where you have a lot of variety. But it can fulfill your basic ingredient needs. Nice to have it around the neighborhood.

A lot of asia foods you can choose and pork meat quality is really good.

I love H Mart! I wish we had a location near the Milwaukee area. I know alot of people that would take advantage of having a location close by.

H Mart is mainly a Korean supermarket but has added a number of Japanese food products.Excellent fish section packed in ice and very fresh.A good selection of vegetables and fruits including Korean pears which are highly recommended.Overall, very high quality and excellent value. Quite small which means a limited selection of certain items like ice cream. A good spot for a quick grocery run though.

This is seafood department hour. We come here 2:30pm . One employee tell me now is lunch time I have to wait for 30mins . After that another employee tell me still need 5 more minutes. That’s sucks

Nice neighborhood grocery store. Not big but you can find any kind of fresh vegi,fruit or all love me of meat. Not too much variety but enough for a quick stop .

While not as large as Mitsuwa in Schaumburg, there is a decent variety and lots of take and eat options, both hot and cold (sushi). I would even call this a great lunch spot.

I bought 2 of these short ribs along with oxtails. All were rotten and smelled terrible. I cant believe none of them smelled normal! Even after cooking, I was almost about to puke eating a tiny small piece of meat. So threw all the meat out. You guys shouldnt sell rotten bone meat!!!! Its so cheap to make money on rotten things. Since I live a little far, I cant come for return. Its just a waste of money. Shame on you!!! First time, I purchased meat in Asian store and will never come there again! Be careful to buy any meat there!

The smallest H-Mart I been to, but it has everything I needed. I only wish they have sashimi party tray like the other H-Marts.

This place sells expired food. Be careful!!! I bought some spicy sauce there, but when I got home found it was expired. I sent email to their customer service with evidences, and claimed the refund a week ago. Nobody gave any response. Worst shopping experience, I will never go there again.

Nice little Asian market. Good selection of banchan and ready to eat/heat food, decent produce (if not a huge selection), same with fish and meat.

Wow, This is my favorite Hmart! I love how the store is small and has everything I need! It limits me from browsing, which is a really good thing. They have produce, meat, seafood, snacks, beverages, alcohol, and snacks! Also, they sell some freshly made foods like kim bap, which is a huge plus! I will definitely be back

The store has really great varieties of ramen, fish, and things like that. The fish smell was a little obnoxious, but everything else was really nice. I definitely recommend it.

A cute mini version of their larger store but still has a good variety, particularly catered to koreans taste. Cashiers seem friendly. But it would be nice for more diversity of other asian products.

Wow!! I cant believe that they have boba ice cream here. Ive been so waiting for it!! No other markets have boba ice cream. Awsome!! I think after under the new management since last year, the markets services and items have been so improved.

Its a pretty good store. They have a lot of hard to find Asian ingredients which I really appreciate. Prices range from great to huh???? Even for common foods. You need to watch prices really carefully which is why they lost a star. Very friendly staff though. I never feel weird being in there.

I frequent this unique place once a month since I enjoy the good mood that is part of this restaurant. The staff is extraordianrillyremarkably helpful and qualified. The service is deeply rapid. Needless to say, the food you get is great. I have been there many times and I was never disappointed. The rate is fair. I suggest this place to my friends and family.

They’re selling old meat. brought the ribeeye steak. i got it from the backrow apparently thats where old meat are now. it smelled funny when i cooked it, tasted a little off and i threw up after eating it. please be careful.

Great restaurants

This is nearby to my place of residence, but there arent many good sales at this location and the selection is understandably limited. I recently came in to look for some Korean snacks, but none were on sale and one sale tag was outdated information. If you just need some ready made food for lunch, there looks like a good selection can be found here although I have not tried them.

Well stocked Asian grocery store. Fresh Fish and cut meat options are huge. Fresh veggies are abundant. Wines and beer also available. Good thing about this place is ample parking and close proximity to the main roads. Use Apple Pay while checking out.

Just moved from Denver. Went here to get fish. Store is very small compared to the one in Aurora, CO. Also they have only less number of fish varieties. But they are fresh. Cant expect a lot from here..but the quality is good.

H Mart is always clean and always has great produce prices. Their seafood is usually priced very well and all looks fresh. I always stop in the food court before I shop, because I want to minimize how much shopping Ill do while hungry hahahahhaha - their food court has so many great selections. You could easily spend more than 2 hours in this store.

Loads of great produce, meat and fish. Great Asian packaged food. Rice, noodles, grains. This Hmart is small compared to other Hmarts but youll find a lot to like. Parking also limited - small triangle lot for store and parking.

I tried to call to ask if they sell something and no one in the store speaks English. I totally understand that this is an Asian store, but it seems like there should be one manager, or one employee or someone there who can also communicate with people who are not Asian. Very frustrating...

Great selection of fresh groceries and fresh seafood and meats. There is a nice selection of Asian groceries. However, the prices are high compared to supermarkets in Chinatown. The people there are another story. They are so rude. The staff mainly speak Korean and are very mean if you dont speak the language. The customers are unfriendly. I had a rude lady try to cut in front of me. The staff did nothing about it as she wont budge and demanded to pay first. Ive had old lady ram carts into me as they refuse to patiently wait their turn. Even the guy who sells Walnut is mean.

Like the Niles HMart, but condensed. Small, but well stocked produce section, good selection of meats and fish, and several aisles of noodles and dry goods, as well as some well stocked freezer cases of frozen dumplings, soups and the like. Try some of their premarinated meats! Great for weekday time-crunch dinners.

Smaller Hmart but right in town. Has most items for Asian cooking essentials at slightly higher prices. Decent selection of seafood and sushi ingredients which mainly the reasons why I normally go there for. Checkout counters are fast the last half dozen times Ive been there. Good overall.

Despite its small size, this H-mart location has a wonderful selection of items and has excellent prices. The marinated chicken, beef, and pork are absolutely delicious and an easy prep. As a nursing student I have limited time for myself so the ready dishes are a life saver. The produce is of good quality and incredible prices.

This is a wonderful Asian market. I purchased baby bok choy, cilantro, oyster mushrooms, oyster sauce, whole wheat rice, chicken, and scallions. I made a delicious meal. The veggies were so fresh. The fish and beef here look so good. I will definitely shop here again. Its like a museum of Asian food. I wish they offered recipes so I could cook with some of the more exotic (to me) ingredients. This is one of the smaller H Marts but they have the necessities that you would need from an Asian market. They have a good amount of produce, frozen foods, as well as cooked foods. Its not in the most ideal location and the parking lot is on the smaller side but that shouldnt deter you from coming here.

This place is full of a variety of Korean foods, snacks and groceries. The problem was it smelled like raw fish through out the entire store from the moment you walk in. If you walk towards the back you’ll see a bunch of raw fish laying on ice for people to buy. Unfortunately it’s not covered to prevent the smell from overpowering the store. Also, I came to buy sushi because google recommended this store. I walked around for 20 minutes looking for some, couldn’t find any so simply left the store right after.

Pros of this H-mart: its relatively close to the highway, so access is pretty easy.Cons - Its a small one, so it doesnt have everything some of the larger stores have. Also - the checkout counters are relatively small and inefficient - even with staff that are great

The produce and fish are excellent. The Asian specialties are also excellent. The store is clean, the employees were helpful in spite of some language issues. I had not been here for over a year but found it greatly improved.

While the selection is smaller, the cozier setting makes things easy to find and simple.

Very well stocked Asian market in a compact footprint. If you are a seafood lover you will find a terrific selection. Most of the primary needs for kitchen and pantry are here.

Extremely nice people. My wife accidentally spilled a whole jar of kimchee on the floor. 10 minute clean-up process ensued (kimchee was EVERYWHERE); even though we said that wed gladly pay for the broken jar, the manager lady let us off the hook. Three people jumped on the task right away and cleaned away our mess and chose not to charge us. Im so sorry for the kimchee jar and thank you so much for being generous with us!
