This is a store to go in with no expectations. Youll see things you might not see elsewhere. You might get disappointed at not finding what you want. Also, dont go in expecting low pricing. But its a great place to window shop.

The folks at the Northborough location are so nice and thoughtful. They were fulfilling an online order for me, and called to check everything was correct so that I would get the right items and so that there was no need to make exchanges in a pandemic climate. Shout out to Kelsey for reaching out to make sure everything shipped just right. Awesome customer service!!!

Great selection of gift packaging and cards. This place is always well staffed by friendly people.

It isnt the card store of a number of years ago. Hallmark is the primary brand. Lots of gifts for sale and certainly busy during holiday period. Personnel are helpful and friendly.

They’re mean! I returned a gifted tshirt to change size. My size was out of stock, so I picked another design, same display, same price!The gift had been bought with a 20% discount voucher, but they made me pay full price to make the switch 😒They won’t see me again

Went for the store chain reputation. I like the selection and variety. Didnt get greeted or asked if I needed help once from the three women in the center consul. Didnt find what I was looking for either.
