Good pricing after that everything else is subparBrain has poor communication skills and is very disrespectful.I would pay double the price with another company before i deal with them again.Other than poor leadership the spikes to hold the rug aren’t padded that well and in certain spots so i had to get another company to do some repairs 1 month after installation

The place was very helpful with no hidden fees. The installed pricing with an 8LB memory foam pad is listed on every carpet sample. They have a greater carpet variety than the big box stores. They also allowed us to take a few samples home to see how it would look in our home.

Kudos to Brian from Lehigh Vally Rug. When researching carpeting for our second floor we discovered all of the marketing tactics retailers use especially Lowe’s. Beware of “Free Install” promotions.Lowe’s installer appears to simply add square footage to their measurements to absorb much of the promotion pricing....and not just a little.Lehigh Valley Rug was 140 square feet less and a lot closer to the actual measurements I did. I must add that the carpet we chose as well as padding were comparable across the board and had NO pattern to deal with. Installers did a good job, were polite (according to my wife whose standards are pretty high) and arrived as scheduled.Brian gave us a fair price up front including the services we wanted. Thank you.

Owner Brian, was very helpful and bent over backwards to accommodate us with the vinyl flooring my wife chose for the kitchen and baths. He also takes care of senior citizens. Definitely will stay local and return for carpet for our house we are downsizing from . Thank you Brian for everything.

Brian was very helpful with the details and specifics of the carpet we chose. The installers were very meticulous in their work since the job required a lot of custom cuts to fit the carpet. Brian installed our carpeting when we moved into this home. He helped us choose the right carpet for our budget and he was patient with all of our questions as I knew nothing about various qualities available to me. Ten to 12 years later, the carpeting has held up beautifully and there is no buckling either. I highly recommend Lehigh Valley Rug Company for your next flooring job.

This is the most unprofessional company EVER! I would give them zero stars but I can only write a review if there is at least one star. I would recommend a company to work with but any company is better than this.
