Great showroom, selection, and amazing staff. We’ve done some upgrades and small renovations, and they really helped us navigate the choices and ask all the right questions.
I ordered something two months ago, the order was only marked as placed last week, meaning that it took eight weeks for the order to be officially confirmed. Ive tried calling and contacting all listed numbers and emails for this business to try to get a sense for when my order may arrive, there has been no response to my emails, and I was only able to get ahold of a customer service rep after 5 separate calls. The customer service rep was very nice and played some great 90s r&B while I was on hold, but I was on hold for almost 2 hours and she wasnt able to find any info about my order. There does not appear to be an option to cancel and refund my order. I have also been tracking the order on the Shop app, no updates. Moral of the story: Shop local! Support Black-owned small businesses, shop from somewhere that isnt this business. @degreesofcomfort: if anyone reads this -- Im moving in two months, would love to receive my item before then (four months after ordering it)! I ordered a heated throw for a friend of mine with cancer. He loves the blanket but the dial broke after just two uses.

Friendly staff and a larger showriim than most places I have been visiting. A wde range of brands and prices from affordable to wow There are even a few water heaters and bathroom fans to look at.
This is a great place. Staff helped me save $300 by telling me malfunctioning Kohler faucet was covered by warantee.
