The showroom floor was nice and had all of their beds on display. The salesman Tom was very friendly, answered all of our questions, guided us to the types of mattresses we preferred, and wasnt pushy. He didnt mind my 3 year old jumping on the bed as we tested them out.The quality of the mattresses seriously impressed us, we truly liked them more than other name brand mattresses, and the prices were so much lower! We purchased one of their silver collection mattresses. The best part is that they make the mattresses themselves, so if we need a repair or to have the mattress re-fitted to a different level of firmness, they do it themselves. Couldnt be happier.

Im so glad I went to Yankee Mattress in Northampton to purchase our beds. Tom is knowledgeable and was very helpful to me while trying to choose the right mattresses for myself and my son. I ended up ordering two full size sets.They were crafted and delivered within the promised time frame. The delivery team set our beds up quickly and precisely. They were very professional and polite (Thank you).You can tell the mattresses are hand made with care, they are perfect, like sleeping on a cloud. We love our new mattresses!Everyone from beginning to end was awesome and the fact that the mattresses are locally crafted here in Massachusetts is the icing on the cake.Thank you for the great experience Yankee Mattress! We shopped around for mattresses but ended up buying from Yankee Mattress. I found their prices very competitive, the staff was friendly and not salesy, the prices and availability were clear. Delivery came in about a week with an option to remove the old mattress/box spring. All around easy transaction and nice chance to support a local business. If youre shopping around, definitely check these guys out after visiting the chain stores.

We bought a queen mattress from Yankee, thinking we would support local manufacturing. Purchased the mattress on sale. It was Memorial Day Weekend; about $600. Needed to move one more time. So focus on the mattress was not a priority, but after yet another move and finally settling in, we noticed a sag in the middle and a lack of support. This past spring, contacted the factory. The sag was not enough to disqualify our mattress. So we opted for the factory to replace the batting with a more substantial material ($200). Now we wake up with aching backs and are out $800 and need a new mattress. Regret the purchase.

Their prices are lower than if you bought online & they make their own beds and mattresses! They make shopping local so easy. Great, easy going staff and the quality of their beds and mattresses is second to none!

We found our mattress in about 20 minutes, at a fraction of the price we found at nearby retailers. They told us it might take a week to deliver, but we got the call about a delivery 2 days later, over the holiday, too! Great service--go local with them!

We had a Simmons mattress that started sagging after only 2 years. That’s the last time I buy a name brand. If you want a mattress that isn’t going to sag, go to Yankee Mattress. They build the mattresses in Agawam as they’re ordered. Tom at the store is so smart and very helpful. This is our 3rd mattress (one for us, two for grandchildren). They are a gem!
